Plus, he looked to be smoking it in some sort of paper.. in which case the meth would be burned off, wasting the meth, and destroying the psychoactive properties of the meth. Leaving only the affect of the PCP. The boiling point of meth is around 172-174 C while a cigarette generates as low as 400 c and as high as 580 degrees Celsius. meaning even all trace amounts of methamphetamine would be destroyed.
