The winner should hope for the extreme honor of fighting Nintendo "Wii Wii" Takada in the Pride ring.

Then we'll know who the real Middleweight champ is. :boxing:

Nintendo was most definately invited into the tournament. The pride owner was quick to decline any involvement in the tournament.. I am of the opinion that if you decide to not fight against the best in the world than the numeric rankings do not really matter much. but thats just my personal opinion. Nintendo is clearly a well respected, amazing fighter and I really hoped we could have come to an agreement to get him involved

You're free to believe that. Heck, you're free to believe that Fedor isn't the best HW in the world for the very same reasoning! Lol. But I digress, Pride's MW division is stacked enough as it is so there's plenty of work there against opponents who're even odds at downing Takada. Best of luck with the tourney though! We'll all be watching.

what was his name again ... Nintenwho "Meep Meep" Takawhat?

Lol. You're as bad as Rampage with this whole "renaming a fighter as a call-out" business.

Besides, when a grown man wears a sumo diaper to open the shows as Takada does, you don't need to make much fun of him.

Ervin is a veteran of 5 title fights, he is no stranger to the spotlight. Finishing off all 8 of his opponents by KO it could be a long night for whomever he meets in the first round.
