Guest
On the South Africa setting, I felt it somewhat lacked intelligence given the very overt apartheid theme. How direct do you need to be? But one thing I've found REALLY interesting from an anthropological standout is how "prawns" has become a pretty common word for people talking about it. It's interesting (to me) because this is something the movie makes clear is a deragatory term. It's basically a racist word like (insert any ethnic slur here). Yet people are happy to repeat it and make it part of their common speech when discussing the movie. It's just interesting to me.
