Teufel Posted July 27, 2014 Report Share Posted July 27, 2014 Hi, I have been building up a open gym with 19 coaches and in the end my purpose is to have so called monster gym with 19 Elite coaches. Currently my gym total coach skills are >3400 and rising. As all gym owners know some coaches starts to get greedy. Usually solution would be to sack that bastard and hire a new one...I wonder is it working in this case because my total skill would way more than 3000 after sacking even few coaches? I mean that I guess it is not possible hire new coach in this situation and my effort to build this kind of a gym is doomed to fail. It would be at least expanding the life cycle of this gym if gym fee could be set higher. Anyway it might be only me but this sucks that I am stuck with the greedy coaches and cannot hire a new one like in the real world.
