My thoughts as well...make the ground control spammer earn the stand up.

I have had similar ground fights too many for example in the begining of second round:http://www.mmatycoon.com/fightcommentary.php?FTID=704307 For me it also seems that there is no problems to get takedowns it is more that when your opponent just tries to control, not advance without any agression: 1. Advance position -> referee stand up usually pretty fast 2. Hits are missed even if having superior ground game?! -> referee stand up because not succeeding with hits 3. Even if my fighter sliders are agressive, hit and finnish to actually do anything even having superior ground game When ground game work is that if both fighters are active. In my opinion what should be tweaked in ground: 1. To have more value if either one is active and give opportunity to do something -> that would give also value for the escapes Why I am talking about superior ground game and tactics from the opponent? I am utilising this same crap with my strikers and even with my gym spar bots with surprisingly well. I also feel that around half a year ago I were quite succesful with wrestling but nowadays I seem to suck in it. Just my thoughts...

19 Coaches and overall coach skill over 3000 --> I assume I cannot hire a new one --> gym coach total skill value will decrease.

Hi, I have a feeling that quite many gym owners strugle with the same problem that they do, not find nutrition partner. Quite often it has been that if nutrition company have only two official gym partner third one has still stock and new partnership cannot be done. I'd like to propose an earlier idea:" expiration date for nutrition" or remove restiction if someome has stock still left. I understand that it might lead to a situation that nutrition company could sell to many but that would still require loads of effort --> effort should be rewarded.

Hi, I have been building up a open gym with 19 coaches and in the end my purpose is to have so called monster gym with 19 Elite coaches. Currently my gym total coach skills are >3400 and rising. As all gym owners know some coaches starts to get greedy. Usually solution would be to sack that bastard and hire a new one...I wonder is it working in this case because my total skill would way more than 3000 after sacking even few coaches? I mean that I guess it is not possible hire new coach in this situation and my effort to build this kind of a gym is doomed to fail. It would be at least expanding the life cycle of this gym if gym fee could be set higher. Anyway it might be only me but this sucks that I am stuck with the greedy coaches and cannot hire a new one like in the real world. Or I need to lower my gym quality and "regular" gyms can swap the coaches when ever.

We are here with Aleksanteri "The Siberian Bear" Karelin and his Manager Atte Peltola at their gym BAD PLUTO! in Helsinki. Aleksanteri is a young new fighter at Vicious fights organization who is about to have his first fight in an actual organization. Reporter: "So Aleksanteri you are having your first Heavyweight fight at Vicious Fights on 11 Sep 2012. Are you excited about that?" Aleksanteri: " Who? Me? A fight?uhhh?" Reporter: "Eeh, so can you reveal us a bit how have you prepared for this event?" Aleksanteri: " I've been tossing around some weights and people..." Reporter: "Have you analyzed your opponent and what are your thoughts about your opponent David Drake?" Aleksanteri: " Anal...yzed...hihihihihi!" Reporter: "OK..." Reporter: "As a Aleksanteri's manager, Atte what are your thoughts about upcoming event?" Atte: "We are really exited about Aleksanteri's first appearance at Vicious fights organization. Rami actually got an fight offer against David Drake in that Grand Prix but Drake declined that fight. I actually did not get that. Why to participate to a tournament and throw a white towel to the cage before it even started. Oh well, everyone has their reasons." Atte: " Well in this sport fighters has to be ready to fight against who ever and as a manager I let them if it is in a tournament or championship fight. How about an idea to rent a coach from a gym to personal coach...Gym owner could set up some coaches for rent and with certain sum of money that coach is only available for one fighter. OK some thought needs to be put into this more because single elite coach weekly wage is almost 3 times more expensive than highest gym fee and you should make an profit with this. This thought came from the real world...all "stars" has their personal coaches.

One question considering hype and popularity of an fighter. Let's say fighter loses a fight does he lose more Hype/Popularity if the fight rating is low? I just thought that if the fight is with 100% rating (or fight of the night) and you lose shouldn't you still at least be able to keep your popularity --> Hype of course takes a bit damage. Just wondering...

As gym owner I would really appreciate that I could make retired fighter as regular sparring partner to my gym. Someone already suggested something like that I guess.

This a great idea...for example three different kind of agreement 1 Week, 1 Month(-5% fee) and 3 Months(-10% fee). Some sort of "inactivity clause" has to be there as well related to Current cleanliness lower than agreed level or Number of coaches.
