iLuke92
In still a little rusty at the game, but for projects is it ideal to train physicals up first then start secondary and primary after they are done? What's an effective way of training them
psychosmudge
Iv always been told to train up your conditioning to 12 then train sparring and other physicals then secondaries
Wolf
Dont do physicals first as they are not effected by learning speed and van be trained just as effectivley when they are a bit older. I like raising secondaries first then when they sre 19 start sparring but to each his own
iLuke92
I've always went for physicals first but I'm thinking is it really effective

iLuke92
I might try a different way to training see how that goes
BigTree
physicals progress will slow down also as age increases

Caleb613
I train conditioning and strength to at least 13 and then secondaries and primaries, then at around 23-24 I train the physicals to top condition, therefore you can fight along the way if you want
thb
So ideally it's better to start them first? Â it depends on your cardio, if it is low you're better off training cardio first so you can have a full training schedule, if it's already high you can easily wait a while before training physicals
iLuke92
Does anyone of you fight below 95% energy some say don't go lower than that others say no lower than 90%

iLuke92
Yeah if you went 95% you'd have to rest 4 times maybe a week? You go to 90 your talking 2 at most
skull
For a project you dont plan on fighting for a while I would not worry about anything but secondaries until you get the important ones to at least remarkable-wonderful (clinchwork, striking d, defensive grappling etc..) I would make cardio 110 at creation so you can train pretty much every day . While training secondaries your physicals will slowly increase too but not a whole lot. Then once you get close to where your comfortable with his secondaries for fighting start mixing in some general circuit training and you should have a fighter who is ready to reek havic on an ID restricted org. BigTree
if you're at wonderful conditioning with a Q160 supp you should only have to rest on Sunday and not go below 90% depending on training (excess CT will drop this lower). You could always throw a yoga session in like Wed AM to get some training on physicals and not too much of a hit to your energy to keep you over 90%...Once your guy gets to excep...you will be fine to train all week with a quality supp
SpizzEnergi
Do you train weights on both sessions on the same day, or should it be mixed up?
BigTree
you can train weights as often as you like...make sure you are using a strength supp with it...preferably 159 or better. Strength takes a great deal of energy and to train. So, if you are doing strength exclusively, be sure to put a rest day or two throughout the week so you do not go below 90% energy during training
