    Getting ever closer to actually having a release date for the EP, I'm just fine tuning some rough edges and working out a couple of kinks. ( perks of a one man setup, I literally record on my own in my bedroom at the moment ) However for now I keep dropping random tracks onto my soundcloud and I really enjoyed this one.     I've been surprised by Lukaku so far, Hope he keeps it up cause United look very entertaining. I'm a Norwich fan and we've had an interesting mixed bag of results thus far. I went to the Villa game last weekend and we got fucked over so badly, handball for the 4th goal and wicked deflection for the 3rd it was a shame really. Excited for a season of re building.

    Couple of others that I've released, one I did last week literally on the back of a 12 hour night shift I wrote it on the bus home and recorded it when I got in, so it's not the best quality but I enjoyed it.     Can't take production credit, I've been teaching myself to play the piano and I can play drums so I've been learning to create my own instrumentals for a few months but for now I'm using not for profits and leasing instrumentals mostly, or I collab with friends of mine. Hopefully I'll be producing my own stuff by the end of the year but who knows, it's difficult to get into.

    Okay so as some of you know I make music, and I've been working on a lot recently. I have an EP that I am just fine tuning as it stands that should be released by the end of August; I'm very excited about that cause a lot of work has gone into it. Most likely going to release it onto my soundcloud along with the rest of my stuff. But I've also been working on other solo releases that go onto my soundcloud page. So I'll be posting them and a few progress updates into here and hopefully some of you like it. DISCLAIMER : I'm all for constructive criticism, it's a huge way that artists improve their sound; but if you have nothing constructive to say then please don't bother because there is nothing helpful about saying you don't like something if you can't give a reason why or something that you believe could do with improvement (if you can then I more than welcome it basically) So yeah, hope some of you enjoy!     I'm not entirely sure how to answer the question so I won't try incase I'm deadly wrong. However I switched up my training when I had less time from 6 days to 3 days and just did 2 body parts per day Now i hit Monday Wednesday Friday and train Chest/Back - Legs/Shoulders and Triceps/Biceps with Abs after each workout and Cardio Before each workout to reach a state of Ketosis

    The Departed 10/10 Snatch 10/10 Lost In Translation 9/10 Watched all three last weekend, and have seen Snatch and the Departed before but never the full film for whatever reason (Missed the start or fell asleep cause i was far too waved) Honestly thoroughly enjoyed all three and Snatch was probably my favourite of the lot. Struggled a little more with lost in translation because it's a different vibe but on it's day could potentially be a 10

    Basically my entire story with this game also. I've been here best part of 8 years and I'm probably the worst at it than i ever have been but thats because I've lost passion. There is an elite group and then everyone else at this point, there used to be pride in every ORG in every Company and now its just not quite the same. Love u all my old timer buddies tho, and appreciate the love that has gone into the game, but It really does feel like it's dying out sometimes which is super sad

    What do you reckon is a healthy cut though. I'm 6"1 and 187 with about 11% body fat. I reckon I could make 155 tho if I drop another 2-3% body fat

    3-8 lol Tbh I haven't had time for any of this recently. Amongst the volunteer work I've been doing and babysitting my 3 godchildren daily I've only had free time to go to the gym and work on my new EP. Ahh well
