So I got a message from Humors and it goes as follows..

 

 

Hello, guys I want you to read this and judge it after you have done it.

Its me humors and I have come to conclusion that I no longer at this point can play game as fully competition member with using forum and doing other stuff with the community because thats always brings the attention to me and there is really no way its possible for me to hide that its because as we all know I am from Latvia and I cant play with Latvian IP or with proxy because at the end that is dead giveaway with other small things that its really me and eventually I get banned all the time.

From my last legit ban when I was banned with my name kurzemespr has gone a lot of time and I have had around 7 more account from who where in game from 2-5 months. Most popular of them as I remember now where STnext Knockout VladTheImpaler Mushroom KingJames and two more I cant really remember now. All of them did never had no report or warning in the game or in the forum and that is being said that I posted with them in forum overall I would say about 700 posts. With all my accounts I was never bad to others or in any way did abuse the game itself and I would help other managers as much I could. With STnext I did run organization where I did get a lot of money for the creation tournament for new managers. With other accounts I would always allow others to train in my gym for free as long as I did have money. With my account Mushroom I allowed manager DosSantos to train his guy in my gym not asking him even single dollar. With VladTheImpaler I manager to join Cold Blooded Killers and I think that speaks for itself. Of course I understand what I have done in the past and as much as I could I have gave my apology for what I have done in past but there is really no way I can change it all I can do is to prove that the time has changed me and I would never do what I did when I posted these stupid pictures in the forum in late 2011.

I have decided and I hope some of you will support me to give it one more shot at the game. I understand I cant play as me now and I even cant play as anyone else with fully using the game so I will go incognito for the time being. I hope you guys understand me and that I have no other choice than to ask you because the game is all about community and that is the main reason why Mike is not letting me back to playing. I am going underground for now that been said I will not post nothing in forum and join in chat only for UFC events if I get allowed to do so because I was allowed at this time to join few of them like 8 and there was no problems with it. As far as I go I will play the game with account I will create in one or two months so all the attention is off me and I can easily play incognito but I cant do that for ever so I am making my last shot and seriously asking for your help to support my comeback when I come out with the account I would be playing for some time. I hope that the time that I have played after I have been banned have showed that its possible for me not to abuse them game rules and the time I will play forward will also show that I am a man of my word and eventually you will support me and give me last chance of playing the game with fair chance as all other managers.

To say the least I cant play incognito for ever because at some point you want to do more with the game with your fishers and your companies and thats is the thing that will always give me out. Even if I manager to get ranked 1 manager in two years I would be caught and banned and I cant afford to waste all that time for nothing. So I will set a date when I will come out with my account and if you manager and Mike will still say no to me then I guess I cant do nothing more and will have to let this game go.

I will come out in 08.04.2015 what is also my name day. So see you then this is my last community post till that date and I hope time will show that I just want to play the game and dont want to harm anyone as I have tried to show for few years now.

I personally have nothing against the guy, I've spoken to him in PM on IRC for ages (Don't need to be in the chatroom to be in IRC)..

Well, he is claiming to be innocent on all those accounts, but he was trolling the hell out of the forums and -1ing everybody on his KingJames account only yesterday. I really don't know what he said that was so bad that got him banned, but Mike has hinted that it was very bad.

 

He has also stalked people and posted stuff all over their Facebook pages, even sending messages to their family members. That is the reason that so many people don't want him back. Trolling the forums is one thing, but attacking people outside of the game and involving their families is not cool.

What he did before was disgusting and I'm not condoning his behaviour at all. But I am all for second chances, I'm not going to vouch for him or post a free Humors thread anytime soon. But we all change and we all grow up and I feel like we should give him one last chance, if he fucks up, he's banned permanently and everybody will know, he won't be able to ever come back again.

Yes thats true as I said in my message I did post images of dead people after my ban in late 2011. But it has been 4 years guys. Dont I understand it was fucked up and I have been nothing but class act after that. Have you ever heard in any reports about me? That I have been doing something against the rules or something?

 

And this is not multi account it has been created after my account was deleted.

Were any of these accounts at the same time? If so, is that not a violation right there? I am just asking, I really do not know if that is the case.

I believe in second chances. If someone had an account on the forum banned, then let them try again later. In this case though it sounds like he has had dozens of account deleted in just a single week in the past. It sounds like more chances would just show everyone in the game it is ok to take anything as far as you want.

 

There are other games out here on the internet, if you feel that you have changed as a person then you should look for a game that can offer you a fresh start that will not harbor negative feelings from the past. Most people have had to deal something remotely similar in their life. Somethings can even be forgiven but will never be forgotten. So even if you were allowed to return the negative feelings would still be there which is bad for you and everyone else. I really suggest moving on and finding a game you can enjoy, be accepted and be yourself. If I were in your shoes, that is what I would do.

You were warned and carried on, it's not a case of multis and being given a second chance (ala mentor,steel penn etc)

 

It's a case of intentional racism and harassment by posting obscenity onto a public forum and breaching the rules of your contract by signing up for the game and the forums.

 

You have no place in this game anymore,you can only be forgiven when you have Truly changed(which is clearly not evident here) and even when forgiven it will not be forgotten and you should still remain banned.

 

Zero tolerance to behaviour like yours will send a message that it is not okay.

With all others Mike said I can play but once some one finds out its me I get banned and it does not matter if I have posted in forum if I have joined chat if I am ranked as number 1 manager or if I have all top 10 fighters once some one PMs to Mike that he thinks its me and Mikes sees my IP and am deleted and that is what happened with these accounts I mentioned there. I wasnt banned because I did do something bad but because it was me. And for me its impossible to hide because I am from Latvian I cant use Latvina IP or proxy because that is dead giveaway. If I was from UK there was no problem I could get other UK IP tomorrow and play as new manager but sadly there are no Latvian managers.

I registred KJ account to test myself against JLP and Duphus in creation tournament. When after 2 weeks the tournament wasnt filled up I just hype it with that stuff. I did not try to harm anyone and did not post about it in other threads. And as you see that helped tournament filled and we where ready to go.

Being Anti-Religious is fine, but spewing it to others is the same as people who basically force their beliefs onto you. You have the right to be anti-religious, just like people have the right to be religous. Just don't go shouting it when it isn't part of the conversation

This thread is just another example of why the guy is never coming back, as long as people know it's him. Constant, incessant discussion and wasting of time and energy, with the expectation that I have to explain why he shouldn't be allowed back on the site, or why I do not even remotely find it funny when people post "free humors" t-shirts. The guy has very nearly single handedly caused me to quit this game on at least 2 occasions. Anyone that actually likes this game should want him nowhere near it and sure as shit shouldn't be asking for him to be allowed back into it.

 

There's no such thing as another chance when it comes to humors - all you are doing inviting him back in any capacity is just guaranteeing that at some point you will have to waste your time dealing with some sort of problem.
