sabaton
http://mmatycoon.com/gympublic.php?gmid=1231 I help run this gym. Last friday when i checked the vending stock, there was none, despite recently buying 500 units. I asked the other coworkers if they deleted it and they said no. I ordered 500 more units afterward and filled up the machine monday afternoon. Tonight when i went to fill up the machine, i found the entire inventory, again, reset to zero

sabaton
Damn. OK, I'll have this fixed by next week. Dunno when this started! Thanks for your patience on this one.Lol it started 3 weeks ago! I dont know if it was a new feature or something i had just not seen before, but on the nutrition side of things, we could now see which gyms had stock but were not partners. I am wondering if a line from that code could be the cause?
MMATycoon
Figured it out. It's if the gym owner doesnt log in for 30 days. This was so that nutrition companies didn't have their stock stuck in a gym indefinitely so not sure how to work around that. Ideas? I guess a countdown added for last time the vending machine was updated would work best.
sabaton
Can you please post here when this has been fixed? Gym has now lost 2000 units of vending. Thanks
MMATycoon
I posted what was causing it but unfortunately I am having serious issues with my programmer just not doing any work, so this sort of thing has to go back burner for a while until that gets sorted. This will happen every week if the owner doesn't log in, so dont order max stock.
Shards
In my opinion there isn't a fix here, if the gym owner doesn't log in for 30 days this seems like a logical fail safe for nutrition companies in the same sense that peoples fighter get an inactivity clause with a contract(mind you that has a bit more flex). If you work for a gym and the owner hasn't logged in for 30 days don't buy stock, that's the fix, you could add a note when attempting to make an order so people are aware the stock will likely disappear with the reason why but that's it. That's pretty dumb if there are active employees in the gym who can fill the machine. No reason to screw everyone over just because the owner of the gym goes AFK. I don't think the gym should run smoothly because the owner hasn't logged in for 30+ days, the guy isn't just "afk" he's plain inactive aka not functioning. You shouldn't be able to run it smoothly without him logging in for long periods because it's not your business to run for the long term especially without the actual owner. I think you feel like you're more entitled to the function of the company then a staff member should be, I don't support that your role should be as great as your think it should be. This should be my last reply to this topic, with such a terrific lead into your last post I can only expect your next post will be a true work of art, if you have a counter argument to Mike fit it into the next post and I'm glad to give you the last word. Lol. Its a gym. You need to get over yourself and not take things so seriously. Whether i own the gym or help manage it is irrelevant. It is an active gym with active members and active employees. You just seem to want to shit on people for no apparent reason all because the dude who holds the gym went awol? Lol Grab a snickers pal. You obviously get cranky when youre hungry lol
