It's about as realistic as someone having a birthday every 3 months... well not all fighters have a clock in their head...so yes its possible. Specially when u consider some submissions if u wait 2 more seconds to try to get to the end...it will BE the end when ur dislocated elbow or ankle never repairs 100% and maybe even ends ur career.
