duphus Posted May 12, 2016 Report Share Posted May 12, 2016 unless something got changed, in the past and it's been a while when someone tested doing a single general C/T vs yoga and recorded the flex increase: You gained like twice or 3 times the amount of flex from the C/T then you did with yoga. So the ? is why do yoga at all, unless your trying to save energy but why not just rest 1 session and do a C/T? I have never done 1 session of yoga in my 4.5 years of playing!
