Damn a month between fights guess all training during that time, how long should we train on each aspect of the training

Depends entirely on your fighter

Some managers like to boost a couple of skills at a time.

Whereas, i train everything simulaneously.

If your fighter is a noob, i would first fill in his holes, such as making sure he has at least a blue belt and good cardio.

Who your opponent is can also be taken into account. If you are a ground fighter vs striker, maybe you focus on takedowns and strike d.

Every fighter is different. There is no right or wrong way to train.

Just keep in mind that you need to maintain your current skills and you should know what he will look like when he is maxed out. But how he reaches max is personal preference.

With younger guys it is better to have like a month or so between fights so that you can train them properly. It's often smarter to fight about every 6weeks or so at earlier age so that they can develop well. Once they are nearly fully developed, they can fight more often, depending on the org and the injury hidden.
