I opened my last one in St Pete and somebody told I should have opened up in Helsinki, maybe try Helsinki. You'd also have to sell or close your gym because you can't hold both. If I would have someone to hold my gym, I would possible recruit staff and open an org there myself. Central location, a lot of fighters and not that many orgs at all.
