A1 I've been told that Echart Tolle and Jazz Clementine are fighting for that shot at the belt. I feel like I can beat both of them, but I guess I'll take the loser. I should be fighting for the belt though. Q2 You have definitely earned a shot, but it is a deep and competitive division with very talented fighters like yourself. Moving on though, tell me, how'd you get into the sport of Mixed Martial Arts? A2 I'll start it with my father. He said "The kid was born for this", ever since then I've always wanted to make him proud. I knew that sport was going to make me a better person and improve my life, and after my first fight lasted only 59 seconds, I knew that this was the sport for me. Q3 What was going on in your head after your hand was raised for the third time at RISE 15? A3 I was thinking about a shot for the belt. All of my fights have gotten faster from 59 to 40 to 18 seconds. I want to fight challenging fights so that i can show people all that I can do and that I deserve a shot at the belt. Q4 Who do you think is gonna take home the featherweight title at RISE 19? A4 I honestly feel that Alessio Bianchi is gonna win utilizing his BJJ, but Tim Slater is 3-0 and I don't think that I should underestimate him in any way. It'll be a good fight.
