Jackking
Can someone explain to me the whole custom avatar system? I see a lot of VIP managers using them and forum threads for buying/selling them but I'm really confused about how it works: how are they made, who can make them, submission/acceptance process, does it cost anything to use them, etc.

Everyone has different taste to it you'll eventually find yours. Some use apps on phone to make them others simply use photo-shop. It's good money also and is a perfect way to start the business in tycoon. Managers who make them are a lot Such as Alex, Rei and Elexuz and so on. Here are some samples of art works you can look at Posters/Avatars. http://www.mmatycoon.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=63653&page=2 http://www.mmatycoon.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=59069&page=7 http://www.mmatycoon.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=63265
Jackking
Thanks Winger. So I get that anyone can make them, and they use photo apps/photoshop. I also see how to apply to your fighter, but I'm a little confused on the acceptance process, VIP days and buying/selling procedure. So if I make one for my use I can submit it for acceptance and if accepted, it will cost 15 VIP days and only I can use it, correct? However, if I make one and sell it, how do I get the avatar to the buyer? What is the process? Do I need to submit it first and then transfer it somehow in the game once it's been accepted, which would mean I'm paying the VIP days upfront ? Or do I just email the unsubmitted avatar to the buyer and they submit it, so the VIP days are coming from the buyer's acct?
joseppe
The buyer will copy it & submit it then send the seller the money(normally the case). It cost 15 days VIP (the one submitting it)
Jackking
The buyer will copy it & submit it then send the seller the money(normally the case). It cost 15 days VIP either way if you sell or just make them for yourself (the one submitting it) Ok, maybe I'm just dense, but if the VIP days are subtracted when the avatar is submitted then your first sentence implies the buyer pays the 15 days VIP, while your next sentence implies the seller pays it... To clear it up for me, are sellers only selling already submitted and approved avatars? Or are they selling avatars that have not been submitted and approved yet? Also do you still get charged 15 days VIP if the avatar is rejected?
joseppe
VIP days are subtracted when the avatar has been accepted. Only the one submitting the avatar has to pay VIP days
actionjackson
If you are making an avatar yourself make sure it contains part of an original fighter avatar picture.
Jackking
VIP days are subtracted when the avatar has been accepted. Only the one submitting the avatar has to pay VIP days Ok thanks. So the buyer always submits right? I assume if it gets rejected, the deal is canceled.
joseppe
Yes the buyer always submits or it wont show up in the buyers custom avatars.
Gator001
Ok thanks. So the buyer always submits right? I assume if it gets rejected, the deal is canceled. Yes if not accepted there is no payment to the person who makes it, which is why some guys have stopped making them due to a fairly high rejection rate You only get debited VIP days if the avatar is approved
