DirtyDave
How long does it usually take to see numbers come up? Should I train 2xs a day with a full day off in between or 1x for all 6 days doing am then pm the next day. Any advice will be greatly appreciated
Monsieur.Camara
you trane as much as fucking possible while you have 90% energy or higher. you will need at least 13 conditioning to do this without stopping much, i prefer 14-15 trane hard and dont skip leg day
pjrfin
As Camara so politely put it, train cardio until you don't need rest days and can train all 12 sessions in a week. How long it takes to see numbers go up, there are too many variables included in individual training to give even a decent answer, let alone an exact number of days (or weeks, or months). But as a general rule, the lower the skill, the faster it goes up, and the older the fighter, the slower it goes up. As a non-vip, you only see the skill number as being something between 1 and 15. In reality it's actually something between 1.95 and 150, that can and will go up and down in fractions of 0.05.
davie1903
It is also depending on your fighters learning speed, slow learners take donkeys like
