royp777
What's the fighters current conditioning level?
Face Kicker
you talking about this guy? http://www.mmatycoon.com/fighterprofilepublic.php?FID=38550 if so, i think you should be able to get there. you're 6 pounds away from the max weight cut for 205, so 3-4 cardio sessions should get you under 205. meatflop
11 days is enough time to buy a weight loss supp and lose a pound or two.
Guest
His current condtioning is Comptent. No that's not the guy, this is the one http://www.mmatycoon.com/fighterprofilemanager.php?FID=38558 however I realised he can actually cut to 155.9..... i didn't take in to account his current energy loss, so all is okay. still interested in the answer though... does training cardio lots decrease its effectiveness? Guest
still interested in the answer though... does training cardio lots decrease its effectiveness? No, it doesn't. Lots of people train nothing but Cardio in the beginning, until they get their fighter to a level they think is acceptable. First then do they start training other things. Guest
I think 11 days is plenty, with a good supp and good gym equipment you should be able to kick up the skill level a few notches. The other idea would be stick him on a weight loss supp and drop a little bit of weight to make the overall cut easier. I did that with one of my guys that was almost at the max weight for
