Favorite Ham Recipies

I made my ham last night. 1 Bone in Ham Shank. 1/2 cup of water. 1 cup of light brown sugar. Place in Crock Pot on low for mad hours. Enjoy. The meat feels apart. No cutting required.

have one, plan on doing that with the orange and pineapple juice

 

 

recipie is orange and pineapple juice, dark brown sugar, honey, mustard, ground clove, and then pin pineapple slices to the outside

That's how I do it, except I boil the pineapple juice with brown sugar, and glaze the ham. I buy a can of Pineapple, and a can of the juice. When you boil most of the water out of it, you will have a nice glaze. Then put the slices on it, and you're good to go.
