Got me hooked the other night:

 

4 slices of a big white loaf

Butter to brown it a little in

1 small jar of crayfish-tail

2 avocados

2 teaspoons of squeezed lemon

1,5 decilitre of sour cream

2 spoons of mayonnaise

2 garlic-pieces

Salt and pepper

A little salad and crushed garlic pepper for decoration

 

1. Brown the loafs in butter.

 

2. Remove the avocado-seeds and mash them, add the lemonjuice

 

3. Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, followed by the avocado and the crayfish-tails. Crush the garlic-pieces and mix it in. Divide it on the bread and decorate with salad and the crushed garlic pepper.
