Guest Posted January 20, 2010 Report Share Posted January 20, 2010 I'm currently cutting from 191 to 160 (at a tad under 5'8".) granted i have till april 3rd to do it, so just about 10 weeks. If i didn't completely let myself go i'd probably cut from about 179 to 160. I don't find it hard at all and I dont come from a wrestling background. It's a matter of an extremely strict diet and just increased exercise and water consumption. I actually ate the day of my last fight and came in 2 lbs under. my coach thinks I could eventually make 145 ( which I highly doubt!)
