Guest
Make training exercises like weights and cardio for those physical skills since there such a pain to train up.

ShaneOMac
I think it's fine as it is. In real life those attributes are really hard to improve, plus I wouldn't want everyone to have Wonderfuls across the board for physicals.
backelie
Circuit training is not slow. If you think it is you're in too big classes. If you can't afford a top gym the solution is to gym-hop between cheaper gyms to the one that has the best class size at the moment.
Guest
Not sure precisely what physical gains you'll make from sparring, but footwork training or shadow boxing might be a cool option to focus on your agility/speed/balance.

It would result everyone to have wonderful physicals in every aspect. ;P
Guest
the only ones that are tough to pop are speed and balance. agility is easy enough to get superb or so in.
Guest
Instead of speeding up the rate at which agility, speed and balance pop. I think cardio and strength should be slowed down. I think they all increase just fine with circuit training. That being said I wouldnt mind seeing the ability to focus your weight training added. I would add several options of weight training just like in real life. When you choose weights you would also choose the type of weight training : heavy/low reps (similiar to what we currently have would pop strength first and speed secondary) light/high reps (pops more agility, speed secondary, balance secondary, strength third) explosive/plyometrics (pops speed and balance, agility secondary and strength seconday. Manfred
I like the idea of adding more non-coaching activities to help the other physicals. I don't think it will result in everyone popping like crazy. Strength are cardio pop much faster because of the supplements.
Guest
cardio and strength pop TOO fast. they could stand to be slowed down a bit. I dont want to leave my gym because all my other skills are poping at a rate i can live with. i only have prob with those 3. +1 to the shadowboxing idea
Guest
I think that rlslmshdy has a really good idea with the weights and plyometrics and all that.
