Last month on the 21st ECM launched a takeover on the MMA world with the debut event entitled Bling. Here we stand just days ago we saw one hell of a weekend from the Extreme wonder and this edition of ECM magazine will highlight those who have climbed the ranks and are making a name for themselves not only in ECM but worldwide! This young stud has managed to top ECM's ranks as the highest ranked pound 4 pound fighter in ECM in only two fights. He also holds the Welterweight Championship within ECM and thats no small task considering who he has beaten to gain it and retain it! In his last match he faced the number 1 ranked Welterweight in all of Russia at the time of the bout in Hector Ramirez. Not only did he managed to pull off the win he did it in the first round via submission! While that is impressive in it's own right the fact that Sergie is merely a blue belt in BJJ and ripped off the sub against a well renouwn Brown belt, now thats IMPRESSIVE! In the upcoming days Karzamoff will face yet another challenge in his bout against undefeated rising star Richard Cheese! Manne has been the fastest growing force within ECM as he Main Evented ECM's first ever card where he took home the win. Manne managed to crown himself Heavyweight Champion in only his 2nd ECM bout and afterwards shocked the world by moving down in weightclass. Apon arriving in the ECM light heavyweight division he was quickly challenged by the then undefeated Light Heavyweight Champion Shogun Gracie! The bout set the stage for ECM to highlight a mega fight that delievered big! Many expected Manne to fall victim to the talented Gracie but Manne outclassed the undefeated star and took home his 2nd ECM title. Manne is set to defend his Heavyweight title next against another undefeated foe in 4-0 Ivan Borga. The match is yet a 3rd in what could be another storied mega fight should Manne defend his title and come home with the win. Thats just what this talented Chinese fighter did when he defeated the ICP middleweight Champion Vladamir Bobkoff. Ming is now set to rematch Vladamir Bobkoff who after lossing to Xin earlier one went on to gain the ECM Middleweight Championship! While this young talent is still at his up and comer stage we are keeping an eye out as many believe he displays the talent to make a run at a title. He won the 155 title on his ECM debut and has already had a sucessful title defense against Ryan Ronin. He will face his biggest challenge thus far when he faces the undefeated warrior Opa Jokinen. Both fighters will enter the matchup 4-0 and are looking to kill off epic win streaks. We could fill an entire 1000 page book taking about the many stars that is Extreme Championship MMA. We could talk about the talents like Zero Udala, Ivan Crushinski, Kalle Anka, Ricardo Morientes , Vener Galiev and Igor Asklimchzxyqwerstvski. Extreme Championship MMA is a breeding grounds for the talent of today as well as the talent of tomorrow!
