I am all for little groups, really, but i have to say, i think the alliance pyramid system needs some working. Here is how the system ranks the leagues at the moment: 3 points for a win. 1 point for a draw. Bonus - best opponent hype receives 24 points bonus, down to 3 points for the worst. +1 for a finish, -1 for being finished. Adjusted Points - adjusted to average points per 30 fights, if you have more than 30 fights. Top alliance promoted (plus some best place runners up, over the whole of that Division level). Bottom 3 relegated (except in division 4). Pay attention to the text in bold. So basically what is this saying? It is saying that you should a group of 5 alliance members which know what they are doing. There is several bad points with this: #1 It encourages alliances to be small. Do we need small alliances? It means younger members will never make it to certain groups, which means they wont get the mentorship they need to develop. #2 Smaller groups mean lower activity. A group of 100 members will likely be much more active overall than one of 5 (i know some will argue this point). Lower activity means people leaving the game. About 4 years ago i joined a game called Cybernations. The admin made a change where alliances would benefit from adding newer members to their group. Guess what happened? Groups inflated, member retention increased, activity went up. I do not think we should encourage "micro alliances" to be micro! The more we encourage groups to grow, the better it is for the game and for new members. I know this is coming from "the owner of the biggest alliance in the game", however, i can tell you that a lot of my younger members have SERIOUSLY gained from being part of a larger more active group. A lot of them are now very active in the game, building companies and developing. We need to encourage more of this, not less. I am sure alliances such as Steel Penn have done wonders for their own members as well. My proposal: A) Have a Micro alliance pyramid. All the alliances with less than 10 members will compete for the Micro alliance title, the big boys will compete in a different pyramind OR Make a minor adjustment which will look like this: 3 points for a win. 1 point for a draw. -3 points for a loss. Bonus - best opponent hype receives 24 points bonus, down to 3 points for the worst. +1 for a finish, -1 for being finished. Basically if an alliance is simple "Big", it wont be enough. They will be losing as much as they win and end results is that they will not be winning anything. Being Big wont be enough, you still need to bring in the results. Obviously bigger groups will have an advantage to a certain extent, but that advantage wont be enough, you will still need quality as well to win anything. You could increase the bonus for hype from 24 to 30 or even more to increase the value of higher ranking fights. That is another pretty good addition as well.

So after reading topic about avatars and looking at this Vladimirs tutorial on have to make them I decided to do it for the first time. I really have like 0 experience with photoshop so it was some kinda harnd and nerve wrecking to me but I made it and also recorded it so I can remeber it later and you maybe can give me some advices on what I did wrong because I feel that its not the best avatar out there and I need a lot more experience on photoshop to make them better. So a lot of manager from the forum and chat told me that most likely that its some other guy who lost intrest in the game and is allowing on his last VIP days just to use the gym and is giving his guys to sparr for Kole. But then after few dats I made my topic the other manager actually lost VIP and his gym whent on the same and funny things in noticed there. So lets see this is the gym the other guy was owning for Kole and its now on sale and has 1 day left http://www.mmatycoon...D=2649&CTYPE=96 and there it is because its on sale you can see all the finaces public but for the case if other will not believe me when its sold again I will make a little screen shot of it. http://oi41.tinypic.com/2eutyet.jpg So as you all see the manager have put in gym 1250k that would be 1million and 250k. The gym has 22k left so it has spend all its money as you can see of course now lets see the time line on the things. So if the gym spent 1250k with all possible coaches that it has now when does the money was put in it? lets calculate. As you see in the gym it spends 50k a week and it has 12 coaches in it. Now lets count all the money out that is spend by singing coaches. 5 single elite coaches = 25k 6 double elite coaches = 60k 1 triple elite coach = 15k So that would be 95k and now lets take that ouf ot all money that gym had in 1250k - 95k = 1150k ( I will make ir 100 so its easier to count). Now we know have much we spend on singing fees not lets check out have old is gym if we know that it has left 20k in it and it spends 50k a week on it. What we need to do? We need to divide the gyms overall spend money - singing fees with the 50k that it spends on a week. So so it would be 1150k / 50k = that leads up us to 23 weeks what is almost 6months actually 1 week less. So now lets see have old is the other manager account http://mmatycoon.com...php?MgrID=83027 SO he was registred on 2013-01-28 09:48:35and he lost his VIP I cant really remeber the correct date but if we follow that gym is sold in 7 days after we loose a VIP then its 20 of august. So at that point when he lost his VIP his account was old as 7 months and 8days. IF you count out 18 days of VIP trail what would every new managers take for sure it is 6months and 20days. So what it leads us up to if he had that gym for a 6months and thats a fact if you see the money flow in it then he would buy his VIP at the same time he would create the gym and almost next day he would start to run it with 12 coaches because if in the start there would be less coaches he would not spend that much money all these costs that have been done in the gym could only be done if he had 12 coaches all the time. So for the fact for all the people who said that he just lost intrest in the game I would love to ask who buys VIP in the game and the same day gets a private gym with 12 coche what would cost him even at that point 100k just to pay for singing fees for them and no wat in those 20 days he could make that kinda money to then loose intrest in the game and keep the gym active for 6 more months and sparr for other guy for no reason? And when his VIP is lost he quits the game? Intresting also that this manager havent finished his NUG new user guide.
