  1. I changed my vote to more than 40 fights. If we really want a legends tourney, allowing in 30 yr old fighters with 20-25 fights doesn't seem right.

  2. i like the idea of 33-35 one last hoorah for the aging fighter one last resume builder to be one of the greatest of all time...then the winner retires to bahamas or even all of the participants.

  3. I'm giving out 100k to ANY new VIP manager (90K+ Manager ID) that posts in this thread. If you're a new manger and trying to decide if it's worth it to get VIP...IT'S WORTH IT. It adds so much functionality and makes the game much more enjoyable! As an added incentive to anyone that supports the game by buying VIP, I will send you 100k to help you get started

  6. http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/13792832359250.png Team Kaiser Amateur Access with Chip Mercer We have just under eight days before the lightweight clash between young upstarts Larry Davis and Rod Cheney at Silent Fight Championship in Los Angeles. Leading Los Angeles fight figures have given their verdicts for the bout: Jason Sturd: Who the f*** is Larry Davis? Seriously!?? I have the biggest fight of my life against Taj al Din coming up and you point a microphone in my face, wanting me to answer questions about some QFC scrub? GTFO of here before I leave you gasping in a puddle of blood. K Rad: Larry Davis takes this one hands down. Although, I'd appreciate it if you'll wait until after I've finished my candlelight dinner with Mannetosen before you ask me such trivialities. Chris Karter: Moses Diggs by first round decapitation. **Chris' secretary whispers in his ear** Larry WHO? I'm sorry, but I don't watch bum fights. However, I would like to say "piss", "cherry picker" and "excellence". I do have a quota to fill after all. Well, there you have it people -- general apathy and confusion are the only reactions we can garner when we ask fight fans about the impending Davis/Cheney showdown. I'm Chip Mercer and I'll see you after the fight.

  10. An idea came to mind when reading this topic: http://www.mmatycoon.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=38217 I do not agree with what was said there, but as i mentioned in my post, there are cases where a Free Agent is picked up by a new manager. In those cases you could lose a legit top level guy simply because the inactivity clause was expired when he picked the fighter up. My suggestion is that when a FA is signed by a new manager, his inactivity clause is reset to 0 days to stop people from picking up fighters and not fulfilling their contract obligations. Obviously you could argue that they (i mean the new manager) did not sign that contract in the first place! However that is not a legitimate excuse because when they tried to sign the FA they knew he was signed to a particular org, so they should be ready to fulfill the agreement already signed. Note: Personally i release such fighters if requested by the new manager, however that is my own personal policy.

  13. Would work like invite list for gyms. Fighter or manager on this list, they can board the jet at anytime. Without needing to send individual ids. Would be good for semi private things such as alliance jets, org jets, or tournament jets providing fighter travel. Thought about having a mailer sent to the manager each time a flight is booked, but that would get messy and annoying. Maybe just send each manager the flight schedule when they are sent the VIP invite. That way they can check to see if the jet has a flight available when they want to.

  14. In that case, maybe we can make it so you can make x number of seats public / private. I don't mind doing a VIP list but that would be a lot more work.

  15. Oh and in addition to that: Weight doesn't play a huge role (from what I have heard), so a Wonderful Strength Heavyweight doesn't crush an wonderful lightweight. So being on the lighter site of your weight class doesn't really matter.

You will face each team in your own group 2 times, having a HOME match, and an AWAY match. 8. You will face each team in the opposite group one time having 2 HOME matches and 2 AWAY matches. 9. Each team will have a coach/captain to do fight picks. The HOME team will make the 1st pick and the 4th pick. With the AWAY team getting 2 and 3. 10. The winner of the individual tournament will receive 2 million dollars and 1 yr VIP 3. The winner of the individual tournament will also be inducted into the org HOF I have found some1 willing to create the 2nd organization and JLP would be the project manager for the org having done the first two seasons as an employee. I also have a writing offer but that means I would need 1 more writer and the pay would likely be pretty good. I am paying 2.5 mil each to my two writers for season 2. Not sure I can afford quite that much but it'll be worth it considering you only have to write every other week. 1 thing guys should keep in mind when voting is some fighters are declining early. I know I have a 32 yr old on my roster who is already declining in physicals despite training them 3 or 4 sessions before.

  17. Manager A accepts fight offer. Manager B is ignoring or hasn't seen fight offer. http://imageshack.us/a/img547/8149/d3pk.png Manager A accepts fight offer. Manager B declines fight offer. http://imageshack.us/a/img547/8149/d3pk.png The problem? The offer still sits there like Manager B just hasnt gotten to it yet or something. If owner doesnt get around to removing the fight/sending another offer, come fight day you don't know whether to fly out to prepare for the fight or not. This leads to a couple of missed training sessions, flights etc. When the declined fight offer is sent to an org owner, the fight offer page should be updated with the same info. I was faced with this situation a few days ago and had to message the opposing manager to see if he declined or not, so I don't waste a flight and training sessions. Manager A accepts fight offer. Manager B declines fight offer. http://imageshack.us/a/img51/2074/oeby.png

The Winning Streak Continues For Liam O'Connor! http://mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/13762188447833.jpg http://mmatycoon.com/images/belt/2013070623542113.jpg "Lucky" Liam O'Connor 26 years old 185lbs 6-0 The Main Event of VIP 23: O'Connor vs Almeida was seen by nearly a packed out arena at Hayashi's Lounge. Many thought that Almeida would have been a great test for O'Connor because of Almeida's great boxing skill but Liam O'Connor managed to add another name to that list of people who he has submitted in his MMA career. Liam O'Connor came out with a gameplan, come out, clinch, pull guard and get the submission. If you look at his previous fights, he's been highly successful with this gameplan. It took him a while before he managed to get a clinch and it was soon over once he got a hold of Almeida. George Barbosa Almedia was impressive in this short fight, he showed that he definitely has great hands as he quickly opened up a cut on Liam O'Connor. He only landed 2 punches with one of these opening up a cut. He was doing well avoiding clinching up with Liam but eventually he got a hold of him and wouldn't let go until Almeida started tapping. I guess a lot of MMA fans are left wondering - what would have happened if Almeida would have connected with more of his punches, would he have knocked out Liam O'Connor? Would the fight have been stopped later in the fight had he connected with more of those punches? The only way we'd find out the answer to those questions is if they ever have a rematch in the future. If Almeida goes on a winning streak, perhaps we could see these 2 fight once more in the future and maybe we'll have our questions answered. Liam O'Connor has quickly made a name for himself on The Island, he's fought lots of high calibre fighters and the big question is - how long can this winning streak go on for? ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Apologises for the late update, didn't have internet in my student house the past couple days and only got round to doing this update today.

  19. when booking flights, the "flight info" section should show the number of training sessions that will occur between the time that the flight leaves and the time of the fighter's next scheduled fight. this would make it MUCH easier to calculate when the best time to fly is, and to make sure that your fighter will have enough rest sessions to recover all energy lost from flying before the fight happens. make it so!

  23. http://i44.tinypic.com/1089t2u.png Steve: Hello! I'm in Tokyo, in the great gym known as Dojo, where Max Eisenhardt is preparing for his fight against Melvin Reem. Max the fight is tomorrow, why are you still in Tokyo, dude? Max: Chill, Steve. I'm flying by private jet. Fucking machine! I don't have to worry about bad effects of such trip. Steve: Okay, Vladimir the owner of CF:London said that a winner of the fight might get a title shot, what's your opinion? Max: If I will win the fight I shouldn't receive a title shot. I think there are guys who deserve it more. But I would see myself in an eliminator against Nikolai Dzhumagaliev. As a MMA fan I would see with a pleasure fight between current champ Imma Bag and Takeshi Naoki. And If I will win the elimator I would see myself against one of the guys from my dream matchup. Steve: It seems that you became a matchmaker! Max: Well, Putin is not paying me well... I'm having my own TV program "MMAXimum". Right now I have *Max picked up his phone, he is looking for something* 185 followers on Twitter, 78 subscribers on YouTube and 101 peoples clicked "Like it" on facebook. Since I'm in TV interview, I'm encouraging you guys to type in Google "MMAXimum" Steve: Dude, it's my program! Not yours! But let's back to the interview. Current light heavyweight champ Iso Kaato is fighting too in the event card, any comments? Max: He is a great fighter, but only his two opponent was at decent level - Tyler Murphy and Harry Callahan. To be honest I would want to have super fight between me and Kaato, right after I would get middleweight belt, but we could arrange such fight earlier, it's not a problem for me. Of course as long as pay would be higher than my current. Steve: Such fight would be great, but let's talk about your upcoming challange. Are you feel being ready? Max: I think that I'm ready on 100% on the upcoming fight. It's worth to add that my striking defence in a striking exchange is pretty good. I never took a hit. Only in a clinchwork I received a few punches from great japan fighter - Hitokiri Batosai. Steve: It's impressive. That means your chin had never been tested! Max: It's a right time now, haha. Rumours says that Reem has solid chin. It will be a test for both of us. And I'm looking forward to pass it in a positve way! By the way, in my program I was comparing me and Reem, maybe I will turn it on? Steve: Damn, Max! Max: Sorry Steve... But you good viewers know already that Steve's are not doing such analysys like I do in my program! Steve: I think it's a right time to end this interview... Last word Max? Max: It sounded more like a threat... Are you up to some sparings Steve since we're in the gym? Okay, guys, I with Steve gonna do some sparings. Buy tickets, follow me on twitter and do not forget to check my program "MMAXimum"

  24. http://mmatycoon.com/images/posters/1378829667berserk.jpgBerserk - Preview & Predictions September 21st Hard Knocks - London (3,000) ------------------ Main event Light Heavyweight Championship http://www.mmatycoon.com/images/belt/20130420175242belt.jpg Iso Kaato vs Victor Vector Iso Kaato is the highest ranked under 22 years old fighter in the world, and MMA analysts in the internet are writing very highly about him. He has all the tools to be the best 205'er in the world and Crucible Fights: London is very lucky to have him. President Vladimir Putin is definitely building him to be the face of the company. Kaato's first title defense will be against Victor Vector, highly skilled submission specialist. YoMom upset the world by submitting Vector in the beginning of the first round in their title fight, and Vector was very upset about that. Vector worked his way back to title picture by dominating other submission artist Rocky Chilemba and people around Vector are telling that they haven't seen anyone who is as hungry as Vector. Maybe that loss to YoMom was good thing for Vector and he pulls upset of his own. Still, Kaato is very heavy favourite and only retarded swedish ex nazi from Gothenburg would bet his money against Kaato. There is a rumor going on that humors escaped from mental hospital and bet all his money for Kaato. Prediction: Kaato by KO (Head Kick) ------------------ Co - Main Event Featherweight Championship http://www.mmatycoon.com/images/belt/20130420175242belt.jpg James Dean Rockefeller vs Luta Livre James is here to set records and he is the future hall of famer. This tall and skinny 4-time all american has no weaknesses, and he is just 21 years old! Luta Livre is very tough, but in my opinion he is poor man's version of Kira Miyata and Rockefeller dominated Miyata so i wouldn't bet my money for Livre. Prediction: Rockefeller by Unanimous Decision ------------------ Main Card Heavyweight Championship http://www.mmatycoon.com/images/belt/20130420175242belt.jpg Reijo Rento vs Evil Muno Reijo Rento has some sick KO power, all of his fights has lasted under 2 minutes. That is just sick. But Evil Muno offers him his toughest test so i predict that this fight ends in the third minute of the first round and Rento has to take a shower after the fight first time in his career. Prediction: Rento by KO (Punch) ------------------ Main Card Welterweight Bout Mike Blow vs Morten Joikhaaja Mike Blow is huge crowd favourite, especially women have wet panties every time he enters the cage, so we will hear a lot screaming in this fight. Blow is undefeated in his career, but this is very close match. I predict that if Blow can't pull submission, Joikhaaja will grind out decision victory. Prediction: Joikhaaja by Unanimous Decision ------------------ Main Card Featherweight Bout Hideo Kono vs Kira Miyata Winner of this fight will get the next title shot. Prediction: Miyata by Submission (Kimura) ------------------ Undercard Middleweight Bout Melvin Reem vs Max Eisenhardt This is huge fight, since the winner will be very close for getting title shot. It will depend what mood Vladimir Putin is gonna be and the performance of the winner. Prediction: Eisenhardt by TKO (Strikes) Undercard Heavyweight Bout Vincent Gompka vs Aster Roid Prediction: Roid by Unanimous Decision ------------------ Undercard Featherweight Bout Tsutomu Miyazaki vs Nathan Donald Diaz Prediction: Diaz by Submission (Strikes) ------------------ Undercard Light Heavyweight Bout Rocky Chilemba vs Yuri Hanzzle Prediction: Hanzzle by Unanimous Decision ------------------ Undercard Welterweight Bout Erik Gustafsson vs Julius Biacolo Prediction: Biacolo by Unanimous Decision

Agreed. Sharing own strategies is like making your fighters more exposed to loss. That's the main reason why I'm not going to add my brick to this thread (I'm not slider's Sun-Tzu, but I know something about setting them) Bragi~

I haven't been real sharp with my top-game just yet but that'll come in time. Knocking out two guys with brutal head-kicks like that has given me a lot of confidence on my feet though which admittedly was a bit of a concern for me coming into this tournament. I feel like I was robbed of the KOTN this week knocking out a top guy like Evgeniy Malkin just because I'm Sean's fighter but it's whatever really. I have to say I am getting quite anxious to learn who my next victim is going to be. I guess after watching me the first two weeks Team Kaiser has pee dripping down their legs. Can't say I blame them really." an excerpt from part of an interview for MMA weekly magazine

  35. Ladies and Gentlemen... IT'S TIME! The one and only, incredible, panty dropping, housewife's choice responsible for an unprecedented amount of sliding off barstool induced concussions in ladies from the ages of 18 to 800... K-RAD is proud to unveil the the scourge of Undisputed Manager Tournament, the wrath of the Gods, the ginger minger: Pauline "I Don't Like It!" Hanson (http://www.mmatycoon....php?FID=225662) Disclaimer: Non Australian/Kiwis will probably have no fucking idea what is about to follow. Apologies in advance. Not for the interview but for the fact that this woman really exists and she was elected into parliament. http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/6/6b6.jpg K-Rad: Pauline, welcome to the Undisputed Manager Tournament. Pauline: I don't like it. K-Rad: You don't like the tournament? Pauline: I don't like it when you turn my voice about. K-Rad: You don't like what? Pauline: I don't like it, when you vote One Nation out. K-Rad: Why is that exactly? Pauline: My language has been murdered, my language has been murdered, my shopping trolley murdered, my groceries just gone! K-Rad: I have no idea what you're talking about you insane rednut, so let's talk about why you want to compete in this tournament. Pauline: I believe we are in danger of being swamped by the Asians. K-Rad: So you're here for racial reasons? Pauline: I come here not as a polished politician but as a woman who's had her share of hard knocks. K-Rad: You certainly do have an impressively red beard, but as both a woman and a politician do you feel you're at a disadvantage going into this tournament? Pauline: I do not believe one's skin colour determines whether you are disadvantaged. This nation is divided into black and white and the current system encourages this. A truly multicultural country can never be strong or united. K-Rad: So you've essentially come here to use this tournament as a soapbox for your mononic and half baked platform of cultural intolerance? Pauline: Please explain why my blood can't be coloured white? I should talk to some medical doctors, coloured blood is not quite right! K-Rad: And you don't like it? Pauline: I don't like it. No I don't, never did. I don't like it... I DON'T LIKE ANYTHING! K-Rad: Nothing? Pauline: I don't like anything. Except I like Neil Diamond, yeah! K-Rad: Thank you for your time Pauline and for dedicating yourself to sending multiculturalism and acceptance back 300 years. Pauline: No, the whole thing is wrong, it stinks and I don't like it. * Note: Only half of that interview are actually direct quotes from the real Pauline Hanson, the other half are amalgamated together for the hilarious purposes of this satirical film clip and song:

  36. Mike said that a long time ago - each judge has his own "skill level" or sth like that. There are good judges that will judge a fight like it should be, but there are also judges that watches soap operas during the event and has no clue what they saw during a fight. Just like in real life. I hope that refs will get that kind of skills too Would be awesome to go "Shit, Steve is reffing my fight? Oh boy, Im fucked" xD

How are you man? Iso Kaato: I'm good man. I've been training hard & partying hard that's all I do man. Reporter: So you have your first title defense this weekend. How has your training camp been for this fight? Iso Kaato: It's been good man. I train in one of the best gyms in the world with elite coaches and training parnters who push me everyday to do my best. I've been training hard on every aspect of the game and I feel super good coming into this fight. Reporter: So your opponent is submission the specialist Victor Vector. What are your thoughs about him? Iso Kaato: I don't know too much about Victor. I know he is a good grappler but I've faced better grapplers than him before so I'm not too worried about him. I've just been concentrating on myself to become a better fighter every day. I do respect him though and I wanna apologize to him in advance that he has to be another stepping stone for me on my way to greatness. Reporter: You're currently the highest ranked under 22 year old fighter in the world. How you feel about that? Does it add extra pressure for you? Iso Kaato: It doesn't add any pressure. It's nice that I'm regarded as one of the top talents in the game, but I know I'm still young and have a lot to learn before I'm ready to enter the big leagues. I really don't let that stuff to get into my head. I just keep focusing on my training and hopefully someday I can become the best LHW in the world! Reporter: Is there anything you want to say to your fans who are reading this? Iso Kaato: Thanks for all your support! I'm doing this for you guys! Without your support I wouldn't be doing this! Reporter: Thanks champ and good luck on you're fight! Iso Kaato: Thanks!

  40. Wow just wow.... not long ago BJ Penn was the man and now look how people talk about him. It's sad to see really, i'm with steelpenn on this one i hope he gets into great shape and has a good go at it. I really doubt after his last few fights he will take this one lightly, i hope anyhow.

  44. It's been a great month for Dominance, we've signed a lot of great fighters and we just recently had our biggest event where Sheng Chung Li captured the Middleweight championship. I've decided to do rankings for our divisions again and we'll start off with the Middleweight rankings http://s24.postimg.org/v21n483px/rankings3.png

  45. http://i42.tinypic.com/2r2x7hj.png Kent Phillips talks about his loss against Frederick Frost at NGF 77. Steve: I'm in Kent's aparment in New York, first thanks for the invitation to your home Kent. We saw your fight at NGF 77. It was hughe war, you and Frederick had won FOTN award, but unfortunately you had lost. Any comments? Kent: I was over confident about my abilities. I was also too agressive. I made mistakes in the fight and I paid for it. The price was big KO that I took. I talked with Bragi about it and we made some future plans, how to do better in the future. Steve: So, Kent, would you share with us what conclusions were made? Kent: We made two. Gym and weight. First I had changed my fight camp to better one. And I'm going to drop 20-25 lbs. Those weight cut tires me man and it's lower my abilities in a fight. We were watching my fight videos with Bragi and he pointed a few examples and statistic. In super heavyweight I was undefeated. In heavyweight I had a few problems but now we made official decision. No more weight cutting, weight have to be dropped. I even ordered great supplements from Cold Blooded Kemist, one of the best nutrion company in the whole world. Steve: The plans are big, how's your situation in NGF is looking after the loss? Kent: To be honest, I have no idea. Frederick was ranked as #2 or #3 and I was ranked as #12 in the fight. I was outside top ten and I was fighting for becoming top contender, it's weird, isn't it? But my manager wrote an email to NGF's matchmaker - Chad Didion with information that I'm out of the business for three or four weeks. I need to drop that weight and improve my skills a little. Steve: I know that you mentioned you were too agressive in the fight and you have to drop a few pounds, but after seeing the fight video a few more times what you can say? Kent: I gassed out! I thought that I wouldn't... But that shows MMA is one of the most demanding sport in the world. Peoples says I'm a gas tank but after 8 minutes in the cage I hadn't air in my lungs to breath. I took a hard lesson and I will back better, stronger and lighter. Steve: Thanks for the interview, word or even a few to our fans? Kent: If you want to work out with great supplements like me, order now your own CBK's supps at www.coldbloodedkemist.com, follow me on Twitter via @KentPhillipsMMA and don't forget to buy clothes from Kaiser Fightwear

  46. http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/35/35b9.jpg Name: Hugo Llorente Nickname: Man of War Nationality: Portugal, Lisbon Occupation: Vaginal inspector and MMA fighter (in that order) Achievements: Former UPF 205 champ After spending my career in UPF Hilo, which was full of low life stoners, I have decided to move over to New York to destroy any and all bitches here in Dominance and become the champion that New York has been waiting for. What kind of champion is that you ask? Well, let me tell you. A champ with a skill set that makes the hair on your balls tingle, a champ that makes the females gush like the Niagara falls, a champ that talks the talk and walks the walk, a champ that will not be beaten.... A champ like me! I took one look at the roster list and the first excuse for a man i see, who is way too near the top of the ladder for my liking is Dustin Kilgore... How he has 7 wins, like me, is a fucking joke to put it politely. Mr Assassi let me kill this cock jockey. Then I shall take on the other Llorente wannabe's. Llorente pace walks back to his tanning bed in his favorite man thong.

  49. What is the matter with this guy? He is the most unintentional funny guy Ive ever seen ... (Mario Balotelli is the runner up for your info) Just seeing this guy almost makes me laugh ... He seems to think hes really good as well, thats pretty funny since since all he can do is throw some (lame and weak) punches and yell at his opponents ... Cries after a loss as well ... I must admit I kind of like the guy tho ... After getting his ass kicked by GSP ... "I could have had a better training camp to be honest, I dont want to sit here make excuses all day, BUT" and then he holds the Biggest bad loser speech of all time ... Excuses coming like machinegun bullets (lmao) ... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-7BJp7-l1Dw
