  5. There is 7 or more accounts linked to the same IP, now that doesn't mean they are all the same person but could be sharing an IP address do to area of internet provider. However many have the same MO and actually fought each other and pretty much all have similar range on creation of the accounts, so very likely. However I haven't had time to study more closely so can't say one way or the other but suspicious yes. PS: Your MOMMA is so fat..........

  12. Jack Russell Johnson Schmid Renato Silvia Donnito Mustacho Hello and welcome to another episode of MMA FanZone. I’m Jack Russell, joining us this week is famed 6 time All American wrestling star, Johnson Schmid and BJJ guru, Renato Silvia. This week’s special guest is former Troid LHW champion, Donnito "el Mastín" Mustacho. This week’s topic of discussion is Trinity’s event on the 25th of March. T135 goes down this Saturday, and boy oh boy is it an event to look forward to. Starting with the main event, Happy Forclit vs. Flagon Sackett, a fight which will see the 205lbs title on the line. Johnson, I know you have been a big follower of Forclit for a while, how do you think this fight will go? Johnson Schmid: Forclit really is a throwback fighter, one of these dominant wrestlers who steamrolls almost everything in his path. He really seems to have found a perfect matchup under his new management, he has lost only two fights from 8 and those two were to two of the best fighters at 205 at a time when Forclit wasn’t fully ready for that level of challenge. Other than those two, he has been virtually unstoppable. His boxing on its own if incredibly dangerous but it’s when he gets on top of you he rains down his fists, he also has some jits so that will keep Renato happy. Renato Silvia: I have to agree with Johnson, Happy is truly a great fighter. He has impeccable BJJ technique on the floor, he slices through people guards like butter. He is great at softening up opponents to open them up for his submissions attempts. However, let’s not forget his opponent, former Troid LHW champion Flagon Sackett. Sackett packs power, only four of his wins he hasn’t been able to stop via strikes. Most of his fights have been all, to high level opponents. His losses have mainly been to him either letting his foot of the gas after long gruelling rounds or his skin failing on him. He is easy to open up and I believe the majority of his losses were doctor stoppages, so it’s tough to say people really beat him. Jack Russell: Donnito, Sackett took the title from you in his Troid debut so you have first hand experience of his fighting style. Does Flagon stand a chance? Donnito Mustacho: It’s a fight, everyone stands a chance. I have Sackett winning this fight, he is one of the most powerful men I ever fought. I feel bad about what Forclit is about to face. JR: A very even fight for the main event, one that our panellists think could go either way. How do you guys see this going? Let us know in the comment section below. The Co-Main event is also a title fight, it sees Bobby "The Next Big Thing" Shamrock vs. Octavio Saades in the 185lbs division. Shamrock will be looking for a successful defence of his newly acquired title and also look to stake out his claim as one of the top middleweights in the world, he currently sits at #7 MW. Saades will be seeking revenge for his loss last year as Shamrock stopped him in the 5th. He was arguably 3 rounds up and all he needed to do was hold on but Shamrock’s power prevailed. Renato, you were a big fan of Insanity when it was running, both these fighters come from Insanity backgrounds will this be a repeat of their last fight? RS: Man, I really don’t know. Shamrock has his incredibly simple game plan he doesn’t show diversity but he has a hard punch and an even better dirty boxing game. Added to that he is one of the hardest fighters to put away with strikes, all of his (T)KO losses were when he was a developing fighter and left his chin hanging out too much, now he keeps his chin tucked, is hard to hit and he returns fire with brutal power. One flaw I find over and over when I watch Shamrock is he doesn’t defend kicks very well, he eats them and takes some nasty and un-necessary damage to his leg. He doesn’t throw kicks either, so his opponents only need to protect from his punches, if he set up his kicks with his punches he would find much more success, you know? Saades though, great fighter. All round tenacity, he greatest asset though is his ability to pick a fighter’s weakness and expose it. He can take people down and dominate there or win standing up. But all his skills, I just don’t think his chin will hold up to Shamrock again. JS: The general rules of MMA, the man with more skills wins. Saades will stick and he will move. He won’t get sloppy in the final round like last time. DM: I don’t know who will win, I’m here to get paid. JR: We will need a more definitive answer Donny. DM: Fine, Saades will win. JR: Chief Tappenahomma vs. Carlos Centurion is the 3rd fight on the card, Chief is looking to regain lost momentum to propel himself to a title shot, whilst the veteran Centurion is in a similar situation as a win here could very well give him another Trinity title shot. Johnson, talk us through this fight. JS: First off, let me say I’m a huge admirer of Centurion. He doesn’t come from one of the best gyms around, he worked his way through Troid and has a diehard fanbase. He is also a very under-appreciated wrestler. You don’t see him shooting doubles, but his work in the clinch is old school wrestling. He has worked diligently on his striking ever since he went into a gym, and it has paid off. His clinch game is a terror with knees and elbows. He will have a hard time with Chief though, he is no slouch in the clinch, a former KT fighter, albeit failed KT but he has the expertise. His MMA game is built around his striking, he might have one of the most powerful punches in the WW division, 12 (T)KOs from 14 wins, who else can post a similar KO record? Chief certainly has the more power but I’m not sure if he will be able to handle to grind Centurion will bring. JR: Donnito, you were a champion the same time as Carlos was. You’ve seen him fight many times live, what’s so special about his fight game? Why does he keep winning? DM: There’s no quit in the guy, he’s like an old school Mexican. He will push forward and get hit to land one of his own. His relentless pressure has won him fights many times. Chief will either have to meet fire with fire and throw down, or he will have to fight smart and pick his shots. But Centurion has been doing this longer, Chief will have a tough fight on his hands. JR: The winner of this fight might very well be getting the title shot at Ozzy McKane, so keep a close eye on the outcome folks. Next up, we have "Scourge of Desert" Omar Boulami vs. Jay "The Great" Gatsby which also takes place at 170lbs, the two former ITFL participants need to get a win streak started back up in order to remains relevant at welterweight. RS: That’s the greatest flaw of an MMA fan, if a fighter loses they go out of the picture and fans forget them. These are two veterans of the sport, Gatsby came so close to winning ITFL season 4, whilst Boulami has been a Troid vet for years and come so close on numerous occasions to a title shot. JS: Boulami will win this fight, he has the wrestling to out-wrestle Gatsby who has struggled defending takedowns for a long time and he doesn’t have the greatest ground defence, well not good enough to keep Boulami off him for long. JR: Opening up the card is young gun Conway "Brick Top" Pulford vs. "Devilish" Itse Perkele. Pulford is a very promising young prospect who is on the verge of taking the HW division by storm. His only loss under new management? Fellow top prospect Cadarn. Perkele has some top wins in his career, most notably in the ITFL where he KOed top fighters. Guys, how will this fight play out? JS: Conway has the power and the chin to take this. 4 (T)KO’s on his record, but people need to look past that as 3 of those were doctor stoppages as his cuts were bad. Other than his scar tissue, he is a very solid fighter. Perkele is good, but man he can’t take a good punch from a powerful hitter. His last 5 losses are KO’s, his chin is getting more and more hittable and I wouldn’t be surprised if he lost to Pulford via another brutal KO. RS: Perkele has been around the block, he will have tricks up his sleeve that Pulford won’t see coming, you know? Pulford is good, but I don’t see a way around Perkele’s power for him. JR: And that just about wraps up the main card, let’s get your quick thoughts on the prelims. Chryst Halo vs. Flavius Odoacer JS: Halo, Odoacer won’t be able to handle the power. RS: Odoacer has the versatile skill set to give Halo problem. DM: Halo, power is king. Dominick De Struicao vs. Lance "Last Chance" Legstrong JS: Dominick will take it, Legstrong isn’t powerful enough to give him trouble on the feet and I doubt his wrestling will trouble him. RS: Legstrong. One he gets it to the mat it will be all over, and it’s only a matter of time before that happens. DM: It depends where the fight ends up, if Legstrong can get him down its his to take. Konstantin "Manes" Manison vs. The Beast JS: The Beast, fitting name for one of the best wrestlers and ground fighters around. RS: The Beast will take this fight to the floor, make it ugly and get the tap. DM: Manison can win this on the feet. John Murray vs. Charlie "regular loser" Alaniz JS: Murray is the stronger fighter, he won’t be threatened by Alaniz’ striking and he should be able to out point. RS: Alaniz will take this. He got the grappling skills to snatch a limb you know? DM: Murray, well rounded enough to get past the ‘regular loser’. Machine Gun vs. Carson "Shutdown" Battistoni JS: Battistoni will grind out this fight for a decision. RS: Gun, Battistoni can’t get the finish which invited Gun the whole fight to get one. DM: Gun can’t take punches very well, he gets hurt easily I wouldn’t be surprised if Shutdown gets the finish JR: That wraps up this week’s episode, hopefully we will see you again some time soon.

  13. I think it would be very useful if we could see per round statistics and not just entire fight stats. Sometimes when you wonder why you lost a round you have to go through every single line to see if you just where unlucky that round or if something didn't work with the tactics (like not following game plan). That job is extremely time consuming but very effective in learning from mistakes. If per round stats were available it would speed things up very very much and would be extremely appreciated. It could be the same stat card in the end but with the option to click round 1,2,3,4,5 in a corner and just display the stats from that round

  14. Its pretty simple. I'm sure you have heard of 99 designs where someone wants a logo, puts up a bounty, and artists submit their work to win the prize. Let's do it here for a nice Tycoon pot.. I am looking for a logo, a real logo for my real company. I am a Registered Dietitian that does nutritional counseling and meal plan setups for cancer patients, acute and chronic care medical patients, individuals seeking weight loss/gain, professional athletes, and weekend warriors. It would be really cool to bring an image from a game that has been in my life for almost seven years into my real life. The name of my company is: Talk To Troy, RDN - Nutrition & Health Services. (RDN stands for Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist) I am looking for a logo that incorporates either the name of my company, or 3 Large T's, or 3 Large T's w/ Nutrition & Health Services, or a combination of all would be ideal. Colors options I like - Green, black, red, silver, orange. Feel free to use any combinations as well as other colors if you like. If you have additional questions to get more of an idea on what I am looking for, feel free to ask. I would like to have a minimum of 6 different designers competing to really get a variety of perspectives. Each designer may enter multiple designs. Depending on the rate of response I get to this post, I will create an end of opening submissions deadline (probably 1-2 weeks from today) and will narrow down the pool to 8 design ideas (one artist may have more than one design in this selection). I will create a poll to gauge the forums response and narrow it down to 3 designs from the votes (with me holding veto power if I really believe a design should carry through, but does not get top 3 votes). I will then ultimately choose the winning design. Once a logo is selected, the winner will be paid $2,000,000 Tycoon Dollars and I will give them credit for the logo wherever necessary. The logo needs to be in a high res vector that can be used for websites, business cards, tshirts, etc. Everyday I see some outstanding creativity from individuals on this site. I would be honored to see and be branded by that work out in the real world as well. PS:If you have any suggestions on ways to improve this contest, I would be open to hearing them also...Thanks and Good Luck!

  16. As I look through my fighters I notice I need to find a gym for one of my fighters in Hilo. I go to the highstreet and there are literally zero gyms to join. I understand that everybody is in alliances, and everybody pools their resources and makes private gyms. But I feel like public gyms need a boost - there needs to be more incentive for people to own and operate a public gym. Never once in my over 6 years of Tycoon have I ever seen a highstreet with 0 available gyms to join. I also understand that public gyms aren't part of the metagame and that everybody should train in private gyms with 1 on 1 elite coaches. There are still people who train in public gyms though - mainly managers who take scraps off the FA list like myself and have no real aspirations with these fighters - it's a far more casual way of still enjoying the game. Suggestions - Close down Hilo - Improve public gym incentive for owners - Have tiers of cozad gyms. The default $50 one and a $1000 one with elite coaches

  19. No way. If I could turn back the clock, I wouldn't want to go back any younger than 25. I think most of us (myself definitely included) are too stupid before that. And for those of you who currently are younger than 25, you're too stupid to know how stupid you are. No offense, that's just the way it is for all of us - live and learn.

  20. Private gyms are a money sink, you're paying a fair amount of cash for what is a relatively small advantage. The difference isn't quite as big as you might assume: http://mmatycoon.info/images/a/aa/Fighters_per_session.jpg To put it into context, I pay roughly 40k per week on my private gym - considering you can easily get class sizes of 2/3 in the $1000 public gyms that's a pretty hefty price to be paying for the advantage. Easy counter example: Steel Penn. If MMA Tycoon was pay to win Steel Penn would reign supreme. But guess what, it doesn't work like that. Having lots of cash may help attract people to your org or pay for training; but it won't help you set sliders or roll good hiddens. There's a lot more that goes into being a good manager than just the training advantage of a private gym, in fact in the grand scheme of things it's not that important - at the end of the day it's sliders that reign supreme, followed by ability to detect hiddens/scout fights. Training advantage is in a distant fourth place (assuming a manager is at least knowledgeable enough to get out of Cozad)

  21. Blink Gee Vs Roy Johnson In the first bout of the night we witnessed one helluva knock out. In the first round Gee comes out and immediately shoots twice, but fails on both. So he throws a high kick that partially lands and pins Johnson against the cage for a brief slowing of pace. After landing a few shots, Gee looks to clinch again, only to have Johnson jump guard. But Gee was having none of that and stands up out of it and beckons Johnson back to his feet. Gee then lands a body kick and a head kick but neither rock the tough challenger. Johnson backs him up with a good three punch combo that lands flush and Gee clinches the surging Johnson. To finish the round, Gee peppers him with knees and elbows. At that point it was clear Gee was getting the better of his opponent, but no one could have seen the show of dominance he was about to unleash in the second round. Blink Gee comes out and hits Johnson so well with a hook that Johnson had to stop and high five Gee for the great shot. I dont know if he lost his focus after this but the end came quickly after this show of respect. Gee throws two head kicks that halfway land, but the second was enough to rock Johnson. Sensing Jonson was hurt, he lined up one more headkick. You could hear the crack of that landing in the back of the arena; It was absolutely one of the heardest headkicks I've ever seen, ending the contest 22 seconds into the second and earning himself KO of the night. Shane Yellowbird vs Stein Ramm In the second fight of the night we witnessed a competitive bout between Shane Yellowbird and Stein Ramm. In the first it was a war of who could gain dominant clinch position. Yellowbird easily won the first via six initiated clinches and peppering strikes to Ramm's one clinch. It was more of the same in the second as Yellowbird bullied Ramm into the clinch eight more times. All the while landing elbows, knees and everything in between. In the third round Yellowbird comes out and lands a nice jab, straight combo. After a missed takedown from Ramm he eventually lands a hook on Yellowbird to pay him back for that first combo. Ramm then lands a left hook uppercut combo that has Yellowbird back peddling for a moment before clinching to slow the pace. They break clinch and to end the fight Yellowbird throws a 1,2 as instructed by his corner and opens a cut on Ramm. Ramm tries to turn up the pace but it's too little too late. The fight ends with a 29:28 decision for Shane Yellowbird as he becomes 2-0 in his career. Keith Thornton vs Jason Garlo The third bout pitted Keith "Poppa Large" Thornton vs Jason "The Grease" Garlo. The grease came out throwing 3 shots and then shot in and got his takedown. That small win was short lived though as Thorton reversed the position. Poppa Large stayed at home base and looked to control. Garlo tried to get up to his feet too quickly and gave up his back. That was that and Poppa Large locked on a RNC and got the tap one minute and forty-five seconds into the first. Jay vs Sterling Nixon The fourth bout was an exciting one.The bell rang and Nixon initiated clinch, only to have Mosby jump guard. Nixon started throwing some bombs and then drops back for a knee bar out of no where and ends up giving up position. Jay mosby worked the top position for most of the first round, peppering Nixon and avoiding his few sub attempts while throwing in a few of his own. The round ends with them getting back to their feet via a referee stand up. Nixon rushes Mosby with 30 seconds left and gets a takedown but Mosby immediately jumps back to his feet as the round ends In the second, Nixon again comes out and gets a great takedown only to give up position with a bad kneebar attempt. Mosby controls on top until Nixon gives up his back and exposes his neck. The fight ends at 4;50 into round two via RNC. Wei Liu vs Danny "Dominator" Jones Wei Liu vs Danny "Dominator" Jones was in my opinion an absolute blowout; Im sure a few agree. Lui instantly stepped inside the pocket and got a sweet trip takedown before any strikes could be thrown. From there it was all down hill for Jones. After a kimura attempt, the dominator was mounted, beat on and eventually caught in a spectacular far side arm bar on the seventh sub attempt after the mount. The manslaughter lasted only 2:46 into round one, but I will say it was an exciting 3 minutes! Farmhouse Flander vs Dieter Von Sprockets In the sixth fight between Farmhouse Flander and Dieter Von Sprockets, we came to a very different conclusion. At the bell Flander initiates with a combo thats hits air, and eats a leg kick for the trouble. He then clinches only to have a bodylock thrown on him by Sprockets. But in a beatuiful move showing perfect timing and a calm under pressure Flander reverses the position with a butterfly gaurd sweep. Ofcourse Sprockets had a rebuttal, and hooked a leg to take back mount on his opponent. He threw enough hard shots that Flander scrambles and peals off the hooks to turn into Sprockets gaurd. Can you say back and forth? They spend the better half of two minutes with Flander in guard and eventually half but the ever dangerous BJJ game of Sprockets had flanders dodging more subs than landing significant strikes. With about 45 seconds left in the round Sprockets pulls a nice butterfly sweep of his own but quickly makes a mistake in throwing a big elbow that misses and gives his opponent the momentum to reverse position himself to end the round. At the start of the second round Sprockets tries a jab to the body but catches a quick hook for the effort. Flander begins going after him a little wildly then looks to clinch but Von Sprocket circles and lands a sharp body kick. Sprocket then tries a double leg but its stuffed. Right at the stand up Flander's corner called for an uppercut and he lands one flush. I think his confidence rose a little too much because he gets wild again and walks right into a Sprocket double leg shot into gaurd. Von Sprocket btries to stand up and pass into side but is stopped and when he hits the floor he's caught with a beautiful butterfly guard sweep. Sprocket spends the rest of the last minute and a half getting hit with decent shots while trying a few submission attempts to no avail. At the start of the third, Sprocket throws a thudding leg kick, ducks a double jab and lands a well timed double leg into half guard. He lands a shot or two before flander regains guard and not 10 seconds later he throws a bad ground strike and Flander uses the opportunity to sweep. It was a great move but over the next minute few shot or advances happen, so the ref is forced to stand them up. Flander goes head hunting a bit and lands a one, two and then another straight. Right at the 3 minute mark Von Sprockets slips a jab and a cross from Flander but then Flander scores with a three punch combo that had the potential to put a lesser fighter out cold. He then swings at air a few times and it becomes apparent at minute four he's starting to gas out, But Flander stayed game. Flander throws a lazy uppercut and Sprockets counters with a sharp leg kick. Ouch. The fight ends with a last second Sprockets Double leg. All in all I loved this fight and Im glad the judges got it right with a Flander unanimous decision 30:27 Hannu Haapana © vs Chris Fuller And now for the main event, a title fight at 135 between Hannu Haapana and Chris Fuller that went on to win fight of the night and for good reason. The champ begins with a leg kick and a little movement to gauge range before he grabs ahold a clinch and puts Fuller against the cage. He throws a body shot to head elbow combo and cuts the challenger early, which is always trouble. It takes a moment but Fuller manages to get free of the clinch and return to kickboxing range. Fuller catches Haapana right on the button with a cross that could've shattered stone, but he keeps his wits about him. After Fuller lands a head and body shot, the champ throws a combo back and loses balance; giving chance for a counter right hand. Fuller throws a body shot, then follows up with a fake to the head and another body shot that momentarily takes the wind out of Haapana. Fuller stops a clinch attempt but takes a hook to the ear in the process. Fuller begins teeing off on the champs lead leg which persuades Hapaana to try and clinch, but to no avail. Fuller scores with a body shot and follows with an awesome Fuller fake with a right hand and lands a good leg kick.Fuller scores with a nice looking left hook. Fuller scores with a nice looking left hook that again makes the champ clinch and shove him into the cage. Hapaana throws a few shots, most miss and for a moment Fuller escapes his grip. But Haapana fakes with an overhand right and moves back into the clinch. The pace slows a bit so Fuller scores with a shot to the side of Haapana's head and breaks clinch. With 4 minutes left Fuller misses with a weak attempt at a head kick. Fuller fakes two low kicks, before throwing a third that makes Hapaana reset his stance. Hapaana tries to throw a leg kick back but its checked. Fuller ends the round using his range well and landing pretty much at will. The bell rings and at this point in the fight I wasnt sure where this was going... But I knew I loved it. At the start of the second more of the same as Fuller lands with an uppercut that bounces Haapana off the cage. He keeps using his range and picking his shots well. Fuller lands a right and lands a leg kick that very obviously hurts the champ... bad. Hapaana jabs and tries another clinch attempt but doesnt get it, Fuller moves away then counters with a straight right hand. At this point the champ looks like he wakes up a bit and starts making Fuller miss a few shots. Fuller listens to his corner and lands an uppercut on command. Fuller fakes high and swings low for a body shot this time the champs ready for the fakes. At about 130 into the round Haapana tries two clinches and gets the second only for Fuller to shrug it off pretty easily. Fuller throws a one,two and see's that he seriously hurt the champ. He smells the blood and goes after it. Fuller slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving out of range. He sets up and throws a huge overhand right that lands perfectly on the chin of the champ. His eyes roll back and Fuller jumps on top of him and begins pounding away; the referee intervenes and calls Fuller the winner by TKO at 2:10 of round two, making Fuller the new bantamweight champion of Fighting Warriors Championship. Congratulations and great fight guys! I'd have to say for this being my first card Ive commentated on for FWC, I sure picked a great night. I hope you all enjoyed it as much as I did. Im Kelly Rich and Ill see you all next time.

  25. For full fight card see SPFT Official page: http://www.mmatycoon.com/orgpublic.php?oid=2905 Tyson Pain (201722) vs Tommy Lynch (237110) Analysis: A welterweight bout between two fighters at drastically different stages of their careers. Tommy Lynch is just 25 years of age with an already impressive record of 5-1-1. He is still in the stage of rapid improvement and is getting better with every fight. Tyson Pain is currently in the worst run of his career with a 7 fight losing streak making him look a shadow of the fighter he once was. It is an interesting matchup; where both fighters tend to prefer the ground game, however you have to give Pain the advantage if it goes there. Lynch has much better striking; and Pain’s chin has never looked convincing; particularly of late, so this has to be the best path to victory. This matchup will be decided completely by the wrestling; who will decide where the fight ends up, and by Lynch’s decision making; as he has a tendency to take fights to the floor despite showing he has some excellent boxing skills. Prediction: Tyson Pain’s only chance in this matchup is if Lynch decides he wants to take him down; a very bad idea against a lethal submission artist. However; this will not happen; as Tommy Lynch now has an extremely tactically savvy manager. The younger man will thwart Pain’s takedowns at every turn and gradually wear him down with superior boxing. He will stop Pain late in the second round. Lynch by TKO (Round 2) The Steel Penn Alliance (203912) vs Dave Klincko (192819) Analysis: A good matchup which allows one of two fighters on losing streaks to bounce back and start a run. None of them are near the title at the moment but it is a fun fight to analyse nonetheless. It is a rematch of their fight in January; a competitive fight where SPA used his superior grappling to eventually submit Klincko. Not much has changed since then; Klincko has a slight advantage standing; SPA has a slight advantage in the wrestling, and SPA has the jiu jitsu advantage by a landslide. It is pretty much the same fight as last time; with them both on losing streaks. The fight will show whether or not Dave Klincko has made improvements in the necessary areas since the first fight. Prediction: Not enough has changed here to think it will go any differently than the first fight; SPA has always shown the ability to take his opponents down; and is a wizard on the ground; Klincko simply doesn’t have the tools to force a different result. Look for SPA to take this one to the ground and finish get him out of there early. The Steel Penn Alliance by Sub (Round 1) Freddy Steel (113791) vs Crash Course (126891) Analysis: A fun fight between two golden oldies of the MMA Tycoon world; this has the potential to bring fireworks; and everyone knows it. These guys will never recapture their past glory; but they both hit really hard, so who cares! Crash was once the best Light Heavyweight on the planet and despite falling on hard times of late; can still bang, albeit whilst being considerably less elusive. Freddy Steel has always been a huge guy and will hold a significant weight advantage come fight night. He will look to pin Crash down in a spot where he can tee off on him. Crash must look to stick and move more being the smaller guy; but should still look to test the chin of his opponent as often as he can. Both are terrific wrestlers who don’t really like to wrestle so we can be assured this will be a standup war. Prediction: Had his fight happened a few years ago; Crash would’ve put on an absolute masterclass which would have ended in a first round finish and mass hysteria from everybody watching. However; this is far from the case now, and the size will make a big difference. Freddy Steel will control the cage in this fight; and after a feeling out process will find Crash’s chin early and hurt him late in the first round. Crash will survive the first flurry, but will then be finished in short order after they come out for the second round. Freddy Steel KO (Round 2) Nick Evans (246961) vs Rukah Padero (219639) Analysis: An intriguing Featherweight battle between two solid fighters who are both struggling a little at the moment. They both have plenty of ability all over the cage; but don’t seem to be able to put any kind of consistent run together, hence this is a very difficult fight to analyse. The striking game is hard to call; Nick Evans will bring a slightly higher output of strikes whilst Padero will bring slightly more power. Nick Evans has never been knocked out though; so headhunting will be unlikely to get it done against him. Padero is the slightly better grappler on paper; but Evans is very effective off of his back; especially at stifling offence; so he will be no walk in the park on the ground. It will be relatively entertaining; but Nick Evans has a style that lends itself to going to close decisions; and this fight will be no different. Prediction: This will be a back and forth fight that has got decision written all over it; it will be a close one as well. At kickboxing distance; the fight will be close, with Evans working on high output and Padero landing big shots every so often. Padero will score the occasional takedown; and whilst he may not be able to do anything with Evans when he gets him down; it will be enough to earn the decision win. Padero by Split Decision (Round 3) K.J. Choi (127918) vs Guywaun Lopez Lopez (87201) Analysis: Another fight between two elder statesmen which has got very little divisional relevance; as one outweighs the other by almost 100 pounds. K.J. Choi has just rebounded from a tough streak with a mauling of Mateusz Puszke; while Lopez Lopez has lost three in a row since re-emerging following a three year break from fighting. This one will depend on whether Choi can force Lopez into a ground fight; because if he can; his weight will give him a huge helping hand. It will be interesting to see if Lopez can tap into his striking ability to defeat the oft knocked out Super heavyweight. Prediction: Not easy to call but strength of opposition is the decider here; Lopez may have lost three in a row; but they were all against younger; better opposition than he will face here. Lopez snaps the losing streak in a slow paced fight where he eventually finds the big man’s chin and puts the crowd out of their misery. Guywaun Lopez Lopez by TKO (Round 3) Max Kaz (183478) vs Alex Mercer (194718) Analysis: The first fight of the long awaited Welterweight Tournament! It’s a very exciting matchup too with both fighters preferring to stay vertical for the most part. They are also both on relatively good runs in their careers with Mercer coming off a KO victory; and Kaz coming off a competitive loss to Don Julio which was preceded by a 3 fight win streak. Kaz will fancy his chances of landing a big shot here; he has the better chin and does have the power to hurt Mercer as well. It’ll be interesting to see whether Kaz goes to the clinch or not here. Mercer is the superior technical striker; but also packs some serious power, so don’t be surprised to see him look for the finish here either. Mercer will be looking to make this a boxing match; whereas Kaz may look to chop his opponent’s legs down before lulling him to sleep. Both of them will want to make a statement that they are among the favourites to be the next Welterweight Champion. Prediction: Kaz is capable of getting the knockout victory here; but it won’t happen on this occasion. Mercer will control the distance and the pace of the fight, Kaz’s clinch will prove futile against Mercer’s excellent defence. Although Kaz will have his moments; Mercer will get the victory the safe way; being alert to Kaz’s power and leg kicks. Kaz has been stopped before, but his chin will hold up in this one; as Mercer takes a competitive; put clear decision. Mercer by Unanimous Decision (Round 3) Rami Harris (220474) vs Tourney Champ (249193) Analysis: This is a fight between a guy who was signed for this tournament; Tourney Champ and an already established Welterweight in Steel Penn – ICON; Rami Harris. Tourney Champ will be looking to make an impression by knocking the more experienced fighter out. Harris will be looking to get his career back on track after a rough patch and will be looking to set up possible rematches by advancing into the next round. Tactically; Tourney Champ will be looking to land a big KO in order to nullify his opponents more well-rounded game; whilst Rami Harris will most likely be looking to keep it simple and effective; avoid getting hit and control the pace of the fight wherever it goes. Prediction: Tourney Champ cannot knock Rami Harris out; Harris’s striking and chin are far too advanced for that. He cannot submit him; and even if he could, he cannot get the fight to the ground. Harris will control the fight in the stand up; he will clinch, he will land takedowns, he will win this fight everywhere. He will eventually submit Harris late on as this seems to be the area that the biggest difference in skill lies. Rami Harris by Submission (Round 3) Salvatore Corozzo (153386) vs Don Julio (194699) Analysis: If you pay attention to the world rankings; Don Julio is the favourite to win this whole thing and become the next Welterweight Champion. He is the highest ranked and has been with Steel Penn – ICON for a while as well. He has beaten some of the best the division has to offer; but make no mistake; this is a tough matchup for him. Salvatore Corozzo has beaten some of the best of the best in a stacked Welterweight Division at the recently defunct Cornell Cage Fighting. His relative inactivity also means that at 37; whilst his very best years may be behind him, he has not taken much damage and has never been knocked out. Don Julio has a lot of heart and can really scrap; so this one is the favourite for Fight of the Night for me. Prediction: They will go at it in the first round and they will both land big shots; neither fighter having a significant advantage. It is a very tough one to call but Corozzo has the edge; he has only ever lost twice and it is hard to see a way that Don Julio can convincingly win the fight. Corozzo also has a highly touted new manager, who will bring him back to his winning ways. He will keep Julio at the end of his punches and will land big shots towards the back end of the second round. He will not hesitate and will give Julio his first stoppage loss at SPFT. Corozzo by TKO (Round 2) Simon Morgan (177080) vs Juan Cabrillo (146585) Analysis: Another rematch here between two of the better Welterweights in the division; Juan Cabrillo and Simon Morgan are quite evenly matched. Even though Morgan won the first fight with his superior stand up; Cabrillo had his moments and was able to take Morgan down; he just wasn’t able to hold him there for very long. The next fight will be similar tactically with Morgan trying to repeat the anti-wrestling; escape-based performance of last time and Cabrillo trying to adjust in a way that allows him to make those takedowns count. It will be a very hotly contested fight; it won’t be the most exciting fight on the card but it will be so close that you won’t be able to take your eyes off of it. Prediction: As with a lot of rematches; the guy who lost the first fight has the advantage; Juan Cabrillo knows what he has to do differently to win this fight; and Morgan does not know what Cabrillo will be doing differently. Cabrillo will pace himself better; getting a few shots in in the striking portion of the fight. His pace will be more consistent and this will allow himself to score takedowns consistently. Morgan will escape a few but not all. Cabrillo will use his wrestling to grind out a razor thin split decision here; with Morgan still getting slightly the better of the stand up. Cabrillo by Split Decision (Round 3) WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP: William King (235719) vs Tural Agaev (242780) Analysis: The highly anticipated bout for the vacant heavyweight belt is finally coming to fruition in a matchup between two warriors. Tural Agaev is a fighter still in his prime and has had numerous experience in SPFT. He deserves this shot and he is rightfully getting it. Putting William King in this matchup was questionable, especially considering that he is on a 4 fight losing streak; however the strange thing is, he does have a very good chance of winning this matchup. Both guys are knockout artists primarily; so it should be a stand up affair; with Agaev looking to mix in the odd takedown or two. King used to be an excellent wrestler in his own right, but his recent performances lead me to believe he will be trying to keep the fight standing here. Prediction: These two both have phenomenal gas tanks; so how long the fight goes will not play a particularly big part in how these two perform. Despite King having a black belt in BJJ there will be no submission here; neither man has ever been submitted. This leaves us with a much closer fight than people might think; but don’t be misled by King’s shambolic recent record or the fact that he didn’t particularly deserve the title shot. Recent fights show Agaev as the more versatile fighter; and that’s what we will see, he will be more willing to mix it up and he will use strikes and takedowns to take the first two rounds. He will need to watch for King’s sweeps on the ground but I don’t see them being too much of a problem here. What is a problem though; is King’s proven ability to come from behind and Agaev having been knocked out 5 times. After being controlled in the first 2 rounds. The former Meth Cook will catch Agaev with a big shot in the third frame before following up with some big ground and pound to snap his losing streak and win a title in the process; can’t be bad! King by TKO (Round 3) Thanks for reading my predictions; don’t forget to look at the review where we find out how right (or wrong) I was. By Chael Mir

  28. http://www.mmatycoon.com/images/posters/1458562754kotb38.png KOTB 38: Apreciar (Preview) Super-Heavyweight Mubaracus Carwin (4-3-0, KOTB DEBUT) vs. Peter "The Bear" Kovalev (6-1-0, 1-0-0 KOTB) As we welcome everyone back to Hard Knocks here in Rio De Janeiro we at KOTB management would similarly like to welcome Mubaracus Carwin as he is set to make his company debut this evening. Squaring off against the American Carwin, is Russia's own Peter Kovalev as he returns to the octagon for his second time this month since defeating Seamus O'Halloran three events ago. Carwin's main strengths are his Boxing and his Wrestling skills, coupled with his fierce Knockout power which have been the main factors in all of his victories up until now. Although not as specialized in any particular fields like his opponent, Kovalev possesses a very well rounded arsenal of abilities and he has clearly dabbled in multiple disciplines. Both men like to keep the fight standing where they then aim to fire off heavy shots, one after the other. One thing that separates the two men however is a habit of Carwins, which is to pull the opponent into his clinch wherever and whenever possible. This fight will likely be a brawl and due to his clear advantage in striking, I would have to predict that Mubaracus Carwin will be the one to walk away victorious. Welterweight Miguel "Black Mamba" Ronaldo (5-5-0, 1-3 KOTB) vs. Kappa Docia (1-1-0, 0-1-0 KOTB) The second fight of the night will reintroduce two struggling Welterweights as they both aim to claw their way back into the win column as Brazilians Miguel Ronaldo faces off against Kappa Docia. Ronaldo is a pure grappler who boasts a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, although the rest of his skills do not come close to the calibre of his rolling and they appear to be pretty poor in comparison. Similarly, Docia is also a brown belt, with little knowledge in other areas of combat although he seems to have a very slight edge in Wrestling over his opponent. Since both men prefer to grapple, it is obvious that this fight will go to the floor very quickly and remain there for the entire duration of the bout. An interesting thing to note is that both of these proud Brown belts have been submitted before in MMA fights, with Docia even falling victim to Guillotine from someone ranked lower than he is. Lightweight "Scarecrow" Jonathan Crane (2-0-0, KOTB DEBUT) vs. Marcus "Slick" Beck (5-1-0, 0-1-0 KOTB) Another new face will be stepping into the KOTB octagon in the third fight of the night as newcomer Jonathan Crane takes on Marcus Beck in a Lightweight bout. Crane has seen success in all of his professional appearances, picking up two wins in the QFC including a first round Knockout victory. Unlike his considerably younger opponent, Beck has not had such luck as of late after picking up a loss in his company debut, which saw the end of an impressive streak of wins. Crane is a Muay Thai specialist who relies on his fists and clinching abilities for offence, with his granite chin and grappling skills there as a defensive crutch. Beck is a very different fighter and he has strong grappling abilities as well as respectable experience in Boxing - allowing him to have a diverse range of attacks to use when trying to finish fights. Judging by his short MMA history, we can expect "Scarecrow" to keep the fight on the feet where he may attempt to drag Beck into a clinch, or may even opt to strike from a distance. "Slick" will shoot for takedowns constantly, like he usually does as he will have the advantage if and when the fight goes to the ground. This should be an interesting match between two very different fighters, and many people are interested in seeing the outcome. Bantamweight "The Devil Dawg" Chesty Puller (6-5-0, 0-1-0 KOTB) vs. Alejandro "Osito" Sepulveda (9-6-0, 3-3-0 KOTB) The first and only Bantamweight match of the evening will see former KOTB title contender Chesty Puller clash with former Featherweight and Openweight brawler, Alejandro Sepulveda. Puller is an ex Champion (from a previous org) with a chip on his shoulder as he was brutally beaten down by the division's top dog - Audley Barristan - on his company debut. Obviously eager to recover from that setback, Puller will hope to make full use of his fearsome Boxing and Wrestling skills in order to get the one-up over his opponent this evening. Sepulveda is a highly skilled, and incredibly admirable young fighter from a terribly unfortunate background, who aims to become KOTB Champion in order to bring fortune and good-will to his people. After fighting (and sometimes beating) men twice his size, "Osito" will face an all-new challenge as he comes up against the smallest opponent he has faced in a very long time. Sepulveda possesses a diverse but sharpened set of skills, which he has used to earn knockout victories as well as submissions, proving that he can be dangerous from any number of positions and situations. Puller will have to be very careful when he comes up against the Chilean wonderkid, as he will be his toughest challenge to date. A win for either of these young men will set them up for big things in this small and somewhat lacking division, and the victor could see themselves on the way to eventual title contention. Middleweight Silvio Gasaspo (2-0-0, 2-0-0 KOTB) vs. Thatcher Halverson (4-3-0, 3-3-0 KOTB) Next up we will welcome back two familiar faces, including a true company veteran as the Swiss Silvio Gasaspo comes up against his toughest challenge yet in Thatcher Halverson. Since signing with KOTB a while back, Gasaspo has impressively won two fights in quick succession, both by means of submission - after trapping Tito Gomez in a kimura, and Kimbo Spice is a triangle. Halverson is far less green than his next opponent, as he has been around since the company's very first event. Since then, Halverson has had five more fights where he has seen both successes and defeats, even becoming the first Middleweight Champion in the company's history during this time. Gasaspo is a skilled grappler that has earned his brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and has demonstrated remarkable Wrestling capabilities in his previous appearances. Unfortunately for the Swiss up-and-comer, Halverson is an even more seasoned grappler than he is as he boasts possession of a black belt in BJJ, a rank above that of his opponent's. We can expect this fight to make its way to the mat eventually, and from there the victor will be the man that plays his cards right and the one who manages to seize opportunities if and when they appear. Will Gasaspo cement his place as a future contender in this division, or will Halverson prove he has what it takes for another title-run? Lightweight Lionel "wutUsay" Wright (6-4-0, 5-3-0 KOTB) vs. Mat Diaz (2-0-0, 2-0 KOTB) The next match up will be between Compton contender Lionel Wright as he faces off against the relatively new Mat Diaz. Although his career under KOTB has been largely successful, Lionel Wright has now suffered three setbacks on his way to becoming Champion, including a loss on his first shot against the ex-Champion Sean The Strangler. After amassing a three win streak, Wright earned himself another title-shot which again proved unsuccessful. Diaz on the other hand has felt nothing but successes since joining the company with two Knockout victories, although he faces the toughest challenge of his career thus far this evening. The only area where Wright has the advantage over Diaz is his Muay Thai, although the pair do seem to be on equal footing regarding BJJ abilities. Unfortunately for "wutUsay", Diaz has an incredible advantage in Wrestling, and a slight edge in Boxing which could cause some serious problems for him when the pair come together. Wright likes to keep the fight standing where he mixes up his attacks, keeping at a distance and avoiding dirty boxing and clinch exchanges. Diaz is partial to a takedown, and brings the fight to the mat wherever possible where he then works his opponents over with vicious ground and pound. It will be interesting to see how these two men choose to play their game this evening, and even more interesting to see how their styles will match up. Middleweight Hugo Carmody (3-1-0, 2-0-0 KOTB) vs. Aeden Declan (6-1-0, 0-1-0 KOTB) This Middleweight bout will welcome back two promising youngsters as the up-and-coming Hugo Carmody is set to clash with recently defeated Aeden Declan. Carmody has impressed everyone since joining the company after earning two dominant knockout victories that were both billed as upsets, a feat he will be looking to recreate once again this evening. After facing the first defeat of his career by the hands of Kyrie Perry, it will be interesting to see how Declan handles himself going into this fight and whether or not he can regain momentum once more. Carmody will be looking to use his exceptional Muay Thai abilities in this match as it his main strength, and he can rely on his superb wrestling and seemingly uncrackable chin as defences. Declan seems to have advantages over, or at least equal footing in every discipline with Carmody, with Muay Thai being his main strength too. This fight will almost definitely stay standing as both men like to trade on the feet, each of them enjoying striking from a distance as well as taking the fight to closer proximity, by use of the Thai clinch. These men are ranks #2 and #4 in their division, so it is more than likely that the winner of this bout will be issued a title-shot upon victory, so expect them to both bring their A-game. Welterweight "The Farmer" Isaac Curtis (5-0-0, 2-0-0 KOTB) vs. Johnny "Smack" Pain (7-0-0, 2-0-0 KOTB) Two former RSF Champions will finally meet one another this evening as former Lightweight star Isaac Curtis, moves up in weight to take on the terrifying Welterweight contender, Johnny Pain. Since joining KOTB, Curtis has bagged himself two TKO victories in the Lightweight division including one over TWGC Winner Ryo Takajiri, and is hoping to extend his streak as he takes on his literal biggest challenge yet. Johnny Pain has also seen success as his company debut back on KOTB 34 ended with him shutting off the lights of the aforementioned Miguel Ronaldo, in only a handful of strikes. The most interesting thing about this match up is that both men like to fight the exact same way, and even possess similar abilities with Curtis having the advantage in Boxing, and Pain in grappling. These two men like to stand and bang, with neither one being shy to take the fight to the clinch. This fight is between two undefeated former Champions and it will be sad to see either one have their record tarnished, but it is definitely an exciting must-see match-up! Co-Main Event Welterweight Title Fight Parker "The Terrorizer" Allen (6-1-0, 5-1-0 KOTB) vs. Yoshiry "Samurai" Torikama (4-0-0, 2-0-0 KOTB) The Co-Main Event of the evening will welcome back two-time Welterweight Champion, King of the Beach Veteran Parker Allen as aims to defend his belt against the next hungry competitor in Yoshiry Torikama. Parker Allen's last two fights were against the same man, the one he dethroned in order to become Champion, and a change of opponent this evening will be a refreshing alteration, as well as a brand new challenge. Yoshiry has yet to taste defeat in his MMA career, and has impressed people with his previous appearances under our organisation as he has earned two TKO victories consecutively - both in seriously dominating fashions. The Champion has the advantage over the challenger in both striking departments, Boxing and Muay Thai which is something that his opponent will have to remain seriously wary of during this fight as it could lead to some tricky situations. However, Allen isn't entirely greater than Torikama as the "Samurai" has the edge over him when it comes to Wrestling, and the two also possess purple belts in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, neither one having the upper-hand there. Allen will like to keep the fight standing where he can dominate his opponent with strikes that can not and would not be matched. The Challenger however will aim to get the fight to the floor ASAP where he can then attempt to execute his usual game-plan of working over opponents with his Wrestling. One thing that Torikama will have to be wary of is the craftiness of the Champion as he has been known to escape from tricky situations when on the ground, evident from his fights with Former Champ James La Grande. This fight will not be an easy one for either man, and we are all eager to see how it plays out! Main Event Middleweight Title Fight Giblert Melendez (8-0-0, 5-0-0 KOTB) vs. "The Golden Child" Kyrie Perry (6-1-0, 6-1-0 KOTB) The final fight of the evening has been one a long time in the making as the current Middleweight Champion is set to defend his belt against the loud-mouthed top contender, Kyrie Perry. Melendez has had a great career since joining the company, and has been a dominant Champion ever since his victory over the then-king Nathan Fisher, with two title defences thus far. Perry has also remained largely successful, with his biggest win coming from his latest bout with Aeden Declan, a dominant and decisive victory that was in a lot of people's eyes an upset. After Perry's win over the Irishman, Melendez had positive things to say about "The Golden Child", and was quoted saying "Congratulations on the win, I had a feeling that other guy was just all talk" before issuing a warning in which he quite clearly implied that Perry's next fight would not be as easy. Amongst a sea of respectful words (as well as some bold statements), the American was heard saying "Like I said before I am your kryptonite" - a statement that has left many fans curious and excited! We know that the Champion's main strength is his Wrestling which when coupled with his strong boxing skills, makes for a vicious clinch-game that has led to the dismantlement of many - if not all - of his previous opponents. Unfortunately for the Champion, Kyrie seems to be more sharpened with his Wrestling abilities, as well as his Boxing which may be deciding factors in how this match plays out. It's hard to imagine Melendez losing his title after so many dominant performances, so it would be a grave mistake to overlook his abilities even for a moment. Similarly, Perry has proven time and time again that he is not a pushover and is in fact a top contender that should not be looked past. This fight alone is enough reason to buy a ticket to KOTB: 38, so get down to Hard Knocks and buy a ticket! I appologise for any drop in quality, as I'm pretty damn ill at the moment lol. Good luck to everyone with upcoming fights, and thanks again for sticking with our organisation.

  36. Writer’s Union The Intro The Writer’s Union was the brainchild of Fergsuk, and a thread was developed previously by Clydebankblitz, which you can read by clicking here. Essentially, the whole point of this “Union” is to provide a better communication line between Orgs and Writers, and make it easier for Org’s to find writers to provide write ups for their org. How the process works is the Orgs contact myself, and I lay on the work to the Writer’s involved in the Union who are interested. Essentially, I will act as a middle man for the process, and should the work go laying around, I will do my best to provide the write ups myself, but the Writer’s involved will get first option on them. We will be discussing potentially Price Guidelines later, but for now, the org’s should explain how much they can afford to pay, and the work will be relative to that payment. The writer’s involved have been asked to provide an Intro / Bio for themselves to explain who they are, but also to allow Org Owners to see their writing ability on first impression. Their intro’s will be edited into this post as they submit them, but for now, the Writer’s involved are: Grant Brophy (GBK16) " Writer of the Year 2015 - Acting backup writer for the union" Michael Wolf (Wolf) " hi, i'm mike. I like masturbating" Donald Canmore (YerMaw) "High quality and fully in-depth previews with a little bit of hype sprinkled in. Every matchup gets scouted thoroughly to ensure you get your money's worth. Examples of previous work: EPL1, EPL2, EPL3, EPL4, EPL5, HG138" Mark O’Sullivan (markyosullivan) "Hello, I'm Mark O'Sullivan future Part-Time Writer of the Year winner. If you are like myself and aim for greatness, then you should seek me out to come and write for you. With greatness and high quality comes a high fee, so expect a premium price and if you don't like my write up then you're a God damn lier!" Justin Credible (HimSc) "I do the Main Cards only, full cards upon request, for the right price. I'll do a standard or another more creative style, depending on what you request. I'll submit it to the times and your smack talk forum as well. Stay Classy" Kris Hughes (kdmh74) Fergs uK (fergsuk) - Only a backup writer at this point "I'm lazy. I'm British. I'm also a pain in the arse. If you're paying me enough, I'll do a great job. Will write for nudes." Cue Dini (cuedini) YodRon Daan De Jong (Yodron) Tony Scatero (TonyScat) So, if you are interested in having a Write Up done, whether you are an Org Owner, or a manager looking for any kind of writing work done, feel free to contact me and we can discuss and one of our writers will take up the work, subject to availability. I'll be updating this with anything new or editing it based on any feedback we get, but whether this will be a success or not is down to the org's interest. I'll be PM'ing orgs so they know about it, so hopefully we will get a good response to it.

  38. Well I guess that's where the similarities between our mom's differ. Your mom never seems to show any shame in those public gang bangs. Actually, I think I saw a glimmer of pride in her eye one time... No wait that wasn't pride it was my semen.

  40. 100$ for a 40 KM above the speed limit is a joke of course, but frankly speaking i care less about fighters speed and parking tickets, i still want to see them in the cage.
