  4. It's time to hype the fight. I never saw this post from you Hare until today. My apologies, that I didn't look earlier. Nobody ever posts here. I digress, when I saw this, I went to see if I could make it happen. However, Phol has the next shot at Blood. But, here's the thing, Blood is locked in a fuckin TWGC tournament. So he may or may not be available for the next title defense at Gladitorius Maximus Here's where I hype the fight. I looked it over you're both on 3 fight win streaks. You both lost to Blood. Phol was champ when he lost and I gave him the option to get his rematch when he was ready. After his win over Pinochet he sent me the word he was ready. On the other, last week after his third win in a row and four out of last five fights, against Panda, Madik says hey...I'm ready for that work with Blood. So, I think the fair thing to do here would be to have you two fight at Gladitorius Maximus. Winner gets title shot. Is that fair and can we make this happen?

  5. If any of those fighters want to come to CWC, I can set them up. I could liquidate CFC into mine but I dont think I can buy directly since I own an org. If possible I could agree on a set price if I have a guarantee of multiple signings from current roster.

  7. Oh shit, you ran into Mentor: http://www.mmatycoon.com/fighterprofilepublic.php?FID=353252 Better to fight your 18 year olds just once in QFC to test for hiddens , you got good chin so that`s good enough. Now maybe look to place him in an ID restricted org so he can get fair fights?

  8. 1. Why would a top 1500 PVP fighter get dropped? Unless they want to sign with an unrestricted org, I don't see them getting dropped. If you want to explain that to me, feel free. 2. No hype is only a thing for the first 3 events max. Your org has ran over 40 events so don't even try to pull that. I highly doubt you sign guys to 40 fight contracts. 3. I understand that, but you have 20 guys in the top 1500 who would instantly get 10/10/10 from me. It makes sense that your pay is lower than mine, but I don't think 1/5 of what my guys are getting paid is fair. 4. Since you are running 1 event a week, it would mean that you don't get drop offs from running more than 1 a week. If anything, running 1 event a week would increase their contacts. Let me ask you this, how much are you making an event? I can guarantee it's more than what I make. Stop trying to act like I'm the cheapskate when you make more than I do. Not sure why you care about the money in my bank account. Like I said, most of it's mostly from laundering 3 years worth of fights. Also I got 6 Million EliteMMA.

  9. Being an ID org or being an unrestricted org is the same thing. There isn't anything that limits you from paying them more, you just choose to pay less to make more money. You're right, I'm too chickenshit to run PPV's, but that doesn't change the fact that I am offering what this org can afford, it's not like I'm making 200k/event and then telling people what I'm telling them.

  10. Yes, A smaller company paying you a very good salary for half of the work of what a bigger company would ask you to do. Very good IRL boss. You're paying guys 130k to fill a 3k Arena. Are we really talking about who the cheapskates are in this game and then mentioning one of the few who aren't? When you play this game everyday for 3 years, you tend to build a nice bank account due to laundering as well as other things.

  11. Top 25 PVP fighter is offered 30k/30k/35k which is a lot for a non-PVP org. Check out my comments above. You expect me to offer PVP #'s for an Org that barely turns a profit. Do you even do research about what your talking about? I legit pay the most in the game for a non-PVP org. What an idiotic comment

  12. Not sure why people associate my beginning days of DUEL with a completely different org more than 3 years later. I'm paying almost twice as much as all of my current competition.

  14. Being #1 is extremely over rated because the ranking system is based mostly upon wins and not quality of those wins. For example i am #29 now, i was not involved in the fighting part of this game for over a year and i started spamming QFC fights (something i never did in my life before) and i went from nowhere to #29. In the past i struggled to be top 50 because i was always taking on high level fights. I remember Gale Hawthorne in the day never made it to the #1 spot and at one time he had 80% of his roster in the top 4 orgs. If we have a look at the majority of the top managers, most of them have their fighters in ID orgs and compete against nobody type competition. There are a few exceptions, but the fact is that the current ranking system is totally flawed. How it should work is, if you win against a fighter who has more points than you, that win should be worth a lot more. The same applies for losses, a loss against a better opponent should not be so huge. Top 100 ranked fights should be significantly more valuable. Also more active managers should also be given a plus to ratings. I remember David Brent was ranked top 10, 4-5 months after he stopped playing the game, that is ridiculous. Managers who have not fought in over 5-6 weeks should be totally removed from the rankings (at least temporarily, until they start playing the game). Also managers who fight irregularly should also get a hit (loss in ranking).

  15. I was a bit disappointed at how easy it was to reach #1, didn't feel as much of an achievement when you do it almost accidentally.

  16. Hopefully he accepts this version, I have to admit it looks so much worse by literally adding in an upper lip. I still don't get how he accepts other avatars that haven't had anything changed to the mouth, for example ...

  18. This is the exact reason why you shouldn't trust random noobs in this game. I'm just too gullible. You turned out to be as big of a failure chode as I imagined you would

  19. Lol your butt hurt aren't you don't lie. What should I pay 350K fighters then "oh holy one" of the org business?

  20. You're comparing your unrestricted org to ID orgs? You "can't afford" to pay higher salaries because you're too chickenshit to do PPVs. That's your own fault, not any of the fighters or the managers. Offering 30k contracts to some top fighters and justifying it by saying "EMP is not doing PPVs" is ignorant. I won't go deeper into this as there's no point.

  21. This is completely subjective though. I had an offer of 1.5M/ 200k / 200k or something ridiculous like this for Ibrahim Camara (top 50 p4p at the time) but went with Empire based on the following (in no particular order): - I already had enough $ from my other contracts. - Biro is a very active org owner. - The mid tier orgs need help, this is fact. - EFC has the nicest belt in the game. I like shiny things. I`ve gone 1-1 so far and just a few days ago lost my belt in a very competitive fight. Camara is not yet finished (training) so it made sense to help EFC and get fair fights while I finish his training. 31 fights already at age 26 = lots of recovery time where he does not train. A lot of so called "top" fighters don`t ever see 30 fights in their lifetime, Camara will easily see 50. I admire the old times, sometimes I like to read about Karter`s past champs (when I click on his belt cabinet I get to relive his legends` fights) with 50+ fights and I want to bring them times back. I mean it.

  22. You can thank Roger Kint (14544) for those belts! You are indeed right about there being no middle tier organisations. It's either restricted or a PPV org at this point (unless you choose EFC of course). I can offer fights once every 20 days and some fighters will even get to fight twice a month. Less money, but I try to make that up by being active and working with managers to do whatever they would like (Superfights, TWGC, Tournaments)
