Hey guys, we just signed a new elite wrestling coach at the request of a gym member. This does however mean I had to raise the rates to $100 a week, but with 3 elite coaches I think its still a bargin! So update your fighter schedules as required! Anyway heres the sparring schedule Boxing - Wedensday PM & Saturday AM BJJ - Thursday AM Wrestling - Friday PM As always suggestions as to additional sessions etc are welcome, just pm me with them.
