  1. I don't think clinch should be included. Been a long time since I watched a boxing match, but when the fighters clinch, the ref breaks it right? I mean, there is no clinchwork to speak of. A guy might get a quick kidney shot in befor ethe ref breaks it, but it isn't like the ref lets them ride each other around the ring in a clinch.
  2. I think the big strike against whole fight in the real world, is we all have the tendency to more heavily weigh what we just saw. So if it is a 5 round fight, and a guy completely dominates the first 2 rounds, gets the 3rd round as a push, then the other guy comes back to take the last 2, the guy who came back would get the judges favor because it is what they saw last. I doubt this game has that problem though.
  3. Can anyone point me in the direction of a fight that ended in a decision using Whole Fight? Do not think I have ever seen one on here with any of my fighters, and want to see it before I make many comments.
  4. I agree with everything you wrote. As an MMA fan, I am very happy to be able to see some big fights for free on Fox. However, if the goal of putting this on Fox is to broaden the audience, they need to give people more than 64 seconds of fighting in 60 minutes of broadcasting. And trust me, I am sure Fox will fix it, they have spent a lot of money to put these on it's station, and they will come up with something. Most obvious solution to me, would be to put a 2nd fight on before the main event, and simply pick the 'fight of the night' from the undercard that is fought before Fox goes on air. Would definitely cut into the time to build it up and tell us about the fighters' lives and where they come from, but they need SOME protection from a short main event.
  5. because EVERYONE saw the fight tonight...usually a quarter of the people see it
  6. They both can be effective, a lot depends on the hiddens and physicals too. I have a guy similar to your Fighter B example, and he has yet to be taken down in any of his fights.
  7. Jeez Mike, you need to put some weight on so you can actually win the fight with the door next time
  8. We here at Black Hand Fight Club are looking to put on an event on Christmas that will top the previous high rating of the org. I am currently looking to bring a couple fighters from outside the org to take on these guys. Jack Madison - http://www.mmatycoon.com/fighterprofilepublic.php?FID=85380 Would really like a top 400 p4p to fight Madison. Uncomfortably Numb - http://www.mmatycoon.com/fighterprofilepublic.php?FID=100222 would like a top 500 p4p for Numb Gordon Ramsey - http://www.mmatycoon.com/fighterprofilepublic.php?FID=95012 If you have a fighter that wants to and can be available on Christmas, let me know here or send me a message in game.
  9. They don't pay midget wrestlers enough these days.....
  10. I think this might call for the first ever ultimate manager showdown? 10 of Jacky's fighters vs 10 of Chris' fighters, get them to one org for 1 fight and put them all on one card. Loser shaves his head haha
  11. I own an org. I'd love it if I could hit a button and magically send a contract offer to every fighter in the city who is not currently under contract. It is time consuming to click each individual fighter and have to repeatedly fill in all the info to make up the contract offer. Come on guys, you own the business, put in a little work. Not like pushing the little button on your mouse is carrying a 75 pound boulder and takes a ton of exertion on your part. Next thing you will want is for fighters that sign to the orgs to automatically accept a sponsorship.
  12. Seen them all except bottle rocket and tom-yum-goong (never even heard of it). Definitely would put Rocky, The Big Lebowski, Caddyshack, Porky's, Animal House, Enter the Dragon and Raging Bull on my list. Some of the others I'd have to think about more. Would depend on how big the list should be. I would venture to say though, that any guy that reads the movies listed so far, if there are anymore than 4 or 5 listed you have not yet seen, you need to get watching.
  13. Sometimes to be a man, you must participate in things you don't like I'm not a huge Rudy guy, but think it is an important movie to watch. In no way is this a list of my favorite movies, or a list of ones that are classics LOL. Bloodsport may be stretching it a bit.
  14. Rudy Gladiator Over the Top Bloodsport The Natural
  15. We should make a list of movies you MUST see to be inducted into manhood.
  16. If you turn it into the baseball HOF then it won't mean anything. IMO, anyone who thinks there are more than 10 who deserve to be in this immediately are missing the point of what Hall of Fame means. It is not supposed to be a shrine for the best....it is supposed to be a shrine for the BEST of the best. Just being really good shouldn't qualify a manager or a fighter. Just my 2 cents. If we going to have it, let's do it right.
  17. I could buy some VIP time for someone willing to pay in game cash for it, PM me in game.
  18. You could write all these perfectly
  19. Black Hand Fight Club-Sydney has recently began an openweight division in St Pete's. Had loads of trouble attracting and retaining SHW in my city, so decided to tap into a need market in St Pete. 145K ID restriction, will be having a champion. Not sure that is enough to put on the list.
  20. Looking at some of your fights, and without knowing anything about your guys build, I would venture to say your sliders are set a bit differently than his skills dictate. He has an 8 in MT, but never actually does anything related to MT, you use takedowns a lot in your fights, I assume he has high takedowns. Against some guys that is ok...I think I would just venture to say, your guy has conflicting skills.
  21. Well, yeah, I would fall asleep too, not saying that. Just pointing out, judging isn't necessarily a best statistic competition.
