  6. Introducing the International League of Violence – ILV 1: The Dawning Date: 26 July 2013 Location: Micro Arena – Hilo Ticket Price: 150$ http://www.mmatycoon...php?EvID=777331 ILV 1: The Dawning is International League of Violence's first sponsored event and its looking to give the new organization a big jump in the Hilo fight organization group. ILV's first event includes some of the organizations top fighters in the Middleweight, Light Heavyweight, and Welterweight classes. This card should provide nothing but heavy hitting excitement from beginning to end. Lets introduce you to our opponents, starting with the undercard: 185lbs: Steve Silva(0-0-0) vs. Lebron James(0-1-0) -Both fighters enter the cage tonight looking for their first win. The newcomer, Silva has yet to have a match and he will be going against a great clinch striker in James. Silva holds the advantage in wrestling, strongly outclassing his opponent, while James towers over Silva in his Muay Thai skill. This will be an interesting match, as the rookie will likely look to take his opponent to the ground and finish him with some ground and pound, but shooting in for the takedown will be dangerous if he cant avoid those knees. If he clinches James and tries for a takedown, he runs the risk of getting that plum hold on the back of his neck and taking some pretty heavy shots. This should be an interesting chess match to watch, how will each opponent go, predictable or not? 185lbs: Bradley Diaz(1-0-0) vs Leigh Manihera(1-0-0) -This fight brings you two undefeated mixed martial artists, one of which will leave the cage with his first loss. Both fighters are evenly matched in the stand up game with Diaz holding the better boxer skills and Manihera excelling in Muay Thai. Manihera pulls away slightly in wrestling, so it will be a mystery on what these fighters have planned for each other. Either way, one will continue his streak while the other will unfortunately have to add a number to his loss column. 170lbs: Nick Diaz(1-1-0) vs Jason Powers(0-0-0) -Diaz looks to rebound from his last loss against a newcomer in Powers. Diaz's only loss were at the result of a more experience jui-jitsu artist and this match is no different for him. Diaz holds a strong advantage in the stand up game and should look to do all he can to keep the fight from ending up on the mat. Powers makes his debut in professional MMA fighting with a heavy background in wrestling and some good knowlegde in jiu-jitsu. Powers should look to take advantage of Diaz's poor jiu-jitsu background and submit him for the second loss in a row to clinch his first ever win. 185lbs: Tesea Johnson(1-1-0) vs Andrew Carter(0-2-0) -What we have here what looks to be another interesting matchup between a strong wrestler and a strong muay thai fighter. What sets this matchup apart from the other, these two warriors can stand up and bang. Bother fighters have a good boxing skillset with one slightly above the other. Will they look to go to war on their feet? If so, you need to watch out for Carter, cause he can and will throw some good kicks in the mix and could possible change his gameplan with a clinch and a mix of muay thai strikes and dirty boxing. Johnson could keep the fight standing, but I would be shocked if he doesnt throw a surprise shoot takedown in the match and try to finish Carter on the ground. Both of Carters losses were on the mat, but both were through submissions, and neither fighter here has a good set of submission moves. 205lbs Co-Main Event: Andrew Anderson(2-0-0) vs Blue Rak(0-0-0) -And for your Co-Main Event. Anderson, with 2 wins and zero losses faces Rak in his debut match. Anderson and rak both excel in their stand up game, if theses two go toe to toe in a heavy boxing match, you should expect an all out war. Anderson slightly outclasses Anderson in his boxing and will have a small advantage, but Anderson may use his stronger skills of wrestling to put him on the mat and look for a tapout. Either way, you should expect a hell of a match with these two top Light heavyweight fighters. 185lbs Main Event: James Quinn McDonagh(0-0-0) vs Tourney Champ(6-4-0) -And now, ladies and gentleman, your Main Event. Tonights Main Event features International league of Viloence's most experience fighter going to head to head with their most prolific boxer. Tourney Champ, at 6 wins, and 4 losses, is looking to get his win streak fired back up after 4 consecutive losses. Tourney Champ has finished 5 of his 6 opponents with (T)KO's and only left one opponent awake with a decision win. Champ has remarkable wrestling and will likely look like to take his opponent to the mat and pound him unconscious with hopefully his second KO of the night award. James Quinn McDonagh makes his debut in cage tonight against one of ILV's toughest fighters. McDonagh possesses some serious boxing skills and will be best keeping the fight on the feet and picking his opponent apart. Tourney Champ, with his experience, will look to run his gameplan though and this will be quite a challenge for McDonagh, nonetheless, you should expect a brawl with these two warriors when that cage closes.
  7. Now accepting all weight classes! Contact myself or respond to topic for contract offer!
  8. Any idea why after entering my event I'd (which I assume is the number at the end of the browser address) that I get the calculating gear icon and then just black blank page? I've tried all three browsers on my computer with same result.
  9. http://imageshack.us/a/img713/2272/vxgs.jpg The International League of Violence is a new and upcoming fight organization looking for talented fighters with dedicated managers in all weight classes. If you have a fighter in the 205K and above I.D. Range, give ILV a shot to prove you are the best. ILV works on a performance based salary, using an excel spreadsheet I created, your win%, (T)KO and submission %, and hype are all recorded throughout your ILV career, at the end of each contract, you will be given the chance to resign a new contract with an added bonus depending on your performance. These performance based salaries are balanced perfectly to reward the highest win percentage and finishing rate with good hype the best bonus, but even a win-less record will gain some appreciation. I am a dedicated manager who was one of the first 4,000 to join the game in the beginning but had to let go due to family problems. I have returned and went straight VIP because I'm willing to give 100% to the game and the fighters in my league. I have an open work schedule that allows me to spend a lot of time managing a company and my fighters. Do you have what it takes? Join ILV! 11. Well, I made the huge jump into the fight orginization business today. Managing fighters, while entertaining, is not speedy enough to me and I need something more to focus on and keep busy with I created the International League of Violence and am now looking to contract new fighters in the 205k ID range and above. I am a dedicated manager, I was one of the first few thousands to join the game at the beginning and just returned and quickly made a move to VIP status. I have plenty, let me stress this...PLENTY of time on my hands to fully control a fight orginization. Any new fighters looking to get into an upcoming orginization: http://www.mmatycoon.com/orgpublic.php?oid=3855 is waiting for you. Any employers looking to assist with managing? http://www.mmatycoon.com/orgpublic.php?oid=3855 is waiting for you as well.
  12. http://imageshack.us/a/img855/6387/bb7y.jpg Introducing to Revo: Jones Chisolm Jones grew up with an abusive father and was forced to fight to protect his siblings or pay with beatings from his pop. This lead Jones into the MMA world, recognizing that the training could assist in his world of protection and reduce the amount of beatings he endured from his father. MMA was taught the hard way for Jones. No bags to punch, no pads to spar with, Jones had to learn by kicking trees till the bark wedged into his shin and punch walls till his knuckles swelled to the size no gloves could fit. Sparring was typical fights, any loss taken and he spent the hours after training harder. Chisolm enters the cage with the intention to fight for his life and to protect his family. Haunted by terrible memories, I as his manager, hereby revoke any an all responsibility on my half for any harm or damage caused by Jones. You are warned
  13. Much appreciated! Should have zero worries in fighter improvement now thanks to you. Anyone know how many tycoon dollars it takes to buy a real life laptop??
  14. Appreciate it. I find it kind of impossible to not do what I do. Love my kids
  15. On which part? Raising 3 kids alone or a 20% pay cut due to the sequestration? Selling items in the house to get VIP status? None of it was a joke, its all true. But I didn't sale stuff in my house for the sole purpose of getting VIP status. I sold it so I could build an emergency fund during my furlough. I just took some of that emergency fund and used it for the game
  16. Ha. Thanks...its appreciated. One year of VIP doesn't put a huge dent in savings, I know...but its still the fact that I'm a paycheck to paycheck guy as a single father, and I thought MMATycoon was a dire emergency. Watch...one day Ill be hurting for 30$...
  17. A combination of the last two. Actually..the household items were sold to increase my savings account for emergencies during my furlough period. Funny thing is, my laptop was one of those things. Days after I get a please rejoin us email and do so and remember why I left in the first place, because my life ends up revolving around Tue game. And my VIP status was purchased with my savings account funds, this is an emergency right?
  18. I'm in dire need. My fighters and their training will feel the affects of my RL furlough, damn sequestration. Hard enough raising three kids alone on a full paycheck now I need to manage with a 20% pay cut. Honestly, I ebay'd a few items in the house just to gain my VIP status....

  20. Looking to offer good short term contracts at Vale Tudo International in Sydney. Need every weight class, specifically looking for everything but 185 and 205 but will sign them too Hit me up -- Ryan Thompson (3913)
  21. Bad Blood will be spilled at VTI 1 - Initiation..... Welcome Sydney and the rest of the MMA World. I’m Craig Alexander of MMA World magazine. We are here today in Sydney covering Vale Tudo International and its debut event which is coming soon on July 4th with a bang out fight card. Vale Tudo is typically known by its backyard style fights and “whole-fight” judging system, no 10 point must. July 4th has a fight card packed with explosives, Machada and Jordan for the main event looks to be a great fight, neither manager is allowing for pre fight interviews, this should be intense. Hassan and Hoy are fighting for the Co-Main event. Hassan is a normal 170lb weight class fighter but he has accepted the fight at 185lb to try and prove that he is the true pound 4 pound best fighter in Vale Tudo, Sydney, and the World. ================================================================================ One great fight we have coming to us is Tyler Spartacus, a fighter everybody is looking to sweep his competition, but you can’t place judgment on a man like that without first seeing his debut fight. He is taking on Pete Sampras, who has the obvious size advantage over Spartacus, but does he have the heart and the drive to carry that extra 40 lbs all three rounds. We’ll have to wait until July 4th to see but in the meanwhile I was in a separate room with each of these warriors yesterday and today and I got to ask them both a few questions ================================================================================ This next fight must very well be the most hyped up and intense fight of the evening, possibly standing out the crowd more than the main event. Baker versus Bananasplits. Bananasplits is hard one to take serious with his out of the normal surprise antics and harsh and humorous words and gestures. He’s been trying to get into the head of Baker for some time now, he refuses to admit his attempt to gain the mental advantage of the fight, but one can only assume his goal with the trash talk is an attempt to piss Baker off and hope he throws wildly at Bingo in an attempt to kill him but making mistakes while doing so. I’m afraid it’s not working though after my quick talk with the fighters, here is what I got out of them ============================================================================== That’s it for interviews today; these two fights along with the 8 others on the card should really impress the crowd here at Wild Bob’s Bar. Each fighter is poised to entertain and look to end each of their fights before it gets in the hands of the judges. Tickets are on sale today at all TicketMonster locations, doors open at 4:30pm where pre entertainment will happen with door prizes and the Wild Bob’s Ring Girl Wet Tee Contest and Fights start at 6:30. Good luck to all fighters in their matches. Craig Alexander signing off [/font]
