  1. My best is 62.55 % and is shows. I'd love to get him to a private gym though.
  2. Efficiency is the key http://www.mmatycoon.com/fightcommentary.php?FTID=87953 http://mmatycoon.com/fightcommentary.php?FTID=70217 http://mmatycoon.com/fightcommentary.php?FTID=91071
  3. Well, in a world without weight classes, the heavyweights would rule. Guess it's the "well, GSP was really dominant in that fight but Fedor would still kick his ass" factor I'm not a heavyweight fan though because the gas tanks and the lack of talent. Plus the benefits of weight and size are too high.

    Judo As A Primary

No. Adding an extra primary would take time and effort away from other problems and new things to add to the game.

    Striking as TD?

I wouldn't suggest kicking the guy's shins From the wiki: Where did you get that speed reduction with the leg kicks?
  6. Been there, done that, got the fight commentary to prove it. http://www.mmatycoon.com/fightcommentary.php?FTID=27015 And of course everyone's got a ton of fights where one's own fighter totally dominates the fight and gets knocked out by a half dead opponent or submitted via guillotine in the last round.
  7. Using a mix of wiki and common sense I'd say taller dudes are easier to submit and have a longer reach but aren't as strong as the stubby fighters on the ground and more likely to be taken down.
  8. Or put the browser in a window mode and move it on the edge of the screen so that the scroll bar is outside the screen.
  9. Press mouse button 3. Tadaa: a customizable scroll.

    Agility

How's the guy's Boxing/MT? Striking defence doesn't help one bit if the fighter's stand up skills are bad.

    Companies

Tokyo seems pretty empty. There are a lot of companies out there so I'd say the key is specialization. No one's gonna buy Q100 supplements or train with Respectable coaches and it might not be the best idea to include every weight class in an organization. So insted of providing a little bit of everything, try doing those few things just right. In a gym I'd propably start with sparring while adding a few elite coaches when the money starts pouring in. Advertisiment using wonderful sparring partners (if they really exist ) is recommended. Specialization is the key in a nutrition company. Make one good product instead of 5 mediocore ones. Giving contracts to new fighters with 1-0, 0-0 or even 0-1 is a good idea when starting an org. The difference in hype is pretty small compared to those 3-0 who may be getting thousands from a contract while the new guys can be recruited with mere hundreds.
  12. Having a fighter with the most losses is more important than a few victories. I definitely wouldn't kick him.

    Rest

Go to the gym and select No Training. This way he's in full training, a member of the gym but doesn't lose any energy.
  14. Well, I still wouldn't go to the groud willingly if your guy has any stand up skills.
  15. Better punching means more hits means you can sacrify some accuracy for power. So boxing/MT sparring, punches, kicks, agility, strength, Sliders set to damage.
  16. In real life the fighters usually measure for the first minute or two and then start cracking little by little when the opportunity presents itself. Since MMA Tycoon doesn't have these kind of "waiting/measuring periods" and mechanichs, knock outs can happen throughout the match. The energy/morale is still a mystery to me too. And by the way. The last 5 second KO's are a LOT more annoying! http://mmatycoon.com/fightcommentary.php?FTID=27015
  17. MT improves punching and striking defence and punching and striking defence improve boxing. I think
  18. Does the damage/accuracy slider have anything to do with strikes in the clinch or on the ground? I'd assume no since it's in the standup department. I think there should be damage sliders in the clinch/ground cause in a lot of fights with dozens of strikes in the clinch or on the ground without cuts or stoppages and I don't think that a knee to the face is just for softening a the guy up a little Most of the strikes still hit the target.

    Spam Tatics

You can't prepare for takedown spamming with tactics. You can only control your own takedowns and your aggressiveness. Everyone knows Demian Maia's going for a takedown but you couldn't take that into consideration in this game since the fighter learns to avoid takedowns in that current match. Trying dozens of takedowns in a fight maybe fine in a game but if MMA Tycoon strives for a realistic fight "simulation", the takedowns will have to cost a lot more energy. Or make the lost energy count etc. Anyway takedown defence is vital and every fighter should know how to wrestle at least a little bit.
  20. Naaah. I wouldn't want to see any more random factors into the game. Why would peaking affect the fighters learning ability? The manager makes the "peak" by training the fighter so that by the signs of aging start to kick in, the fighter is skillful and in shape. There's no need for extra factors.
  21. In the wiki it says that strength is most important in the clinch. Guess it affects pretty much everything in some way since the game is to be as realistic as possible.
  22. Is there any way to block the signatures altogether? They can be pretty damn annoying... Like the ones in the previous posts edit. Found it. My controls -> Board Settings under Options.
  23. I agree. It's a pretty minor change that requires a lot of work. I guess
  24. Sounds pretty good to me.
  25. Kinda depends on his takedown ability as well. If the guy's really good at it, I'd push the fight hoping to get him before he gets my fighter. If he's really bad and only relies on the fact that he can attempt the takedown 30 times a round, I'd try to counter those. Anyway I would put the damage slider pretty high since it sounds like the opponent has a pretty crappy stand up.
