What are the percentages like?? Have people gotten crazy RNG or is it quite docile in terms of surprise factor. Just curious as I haven't been active on the forums in many months and have never been able to accumulate any credits thus far.

I think this should be rather used as a bargaining chip to negotiating terms with another manager who could manager the company for you. Separately, given the amount spent on researching, 1 million isn't unreasonable. The market seems inflated with cash still...

Ironically, I have nothing to do with the email. I agreed to help him matchmake for his Org. And did not discuss being an investor at any point. We were both clear on the terms and everything was legit. Not sure why this thread was created. Switch Blade is indeed not 'loaded' and his earnest PM should not cause this sort of reaction. Sad to see the community like this. He's just trying to learn the ropes of running and Org and networking should never be frowned upon when he's being do up front. Sad face.

Experienced in running Orgs, ID res or not. Have moved on to a Nutrition company, but would like to partner up with an Org owner and help run things. Open to suggestions, looking for a minimum 40-50% cut for matchmaking and/or recruitment.

Never spar back-to-back sessions because it will diminish your gains. So for example, if you're sparring Monday AM, then the next time you can spar without diminishing returns is Tuesday AM. Sometimes I have sparred back-to-back to avoid ticker decay ;( but if you do it too often, your fighter will message you complaining about too much sparring!

GSP has mentioned to his trainers that he feels best at WW and doesn't see any reason to fight Silva at a catch weight. He'd be open to the fight if Silva cut to 170 for it. Simply too huge of a size difference
