  1. Jean Claude Overeem recently read Scott Levy's published Skype exchange with Ronnie Way and had a few things to say: "Caveman ...you sure you're not looking in the mirror? Scott Levy is clearly a self centred, immature, deluded dumbass. Keast Gaard clearly lost the first 4 rounds of the fight against me as unanimously agreed. I rocked him and really destroyed him if it wasn't for that last second victory. Yes he beat me in the rematch, however to say I didn't deserve the rematch is farfetched! Levy is not even in the same league as me and to have the audacity to even attempt to trash talk me is ridiculous. Levy is a fraud, he's lost 4 times now with just 8 wins, I don't believe anyone deserves a title shot coming off a loss, let alone coming off a title fight defeat unless there are extreme circumstances which in this case there clearly isn't. He's a sore loser. What part of UNANIMOUS decision do you not understand? Anyone with a brain would give me the title shot, and thus i expect Whymer to appease this. I shouldn't even be arguing this as there is nothing to argue. I want my belt back. "
  2. Reporter Graham Harrison found a rather frustrated Jean Claude Overeem and managed to get a rare, special brief interview out of him: Graham: I'm here with Jean Claude Overeem, widely regarded as the best welterweight fighter in the Galaxy Fighting Championship! You've won your last two fights and are clearly next in line for a title shot, Scott Levi just came out demanding a rematch, what do you make of this? Overeem: I am normally a very polite person, but this Scott Levi guy is mad! He lost the fight, there's nothing wrong with the Galaxy judges and he's just bitter. He has to wait in line like all the other fighters. I'm sure Pawel Konopacki would love a rematch with me and I feel that this is the right path for Galaxy FC. Graham: Scott Levi was particularly infuriated by what he calls a "robbery". Looking at online polls you can see that you deserve the title fight, but what do you see happening if you do indeed fight Pawel? Overeem: Pawel is a fighter I respect. I took the title off him and that damaged him & I believe I can do it again. Last time Pawel fought a good fight and may have won the first two rounds, but I never back down and a powerful knee put him away! Many felt that Pawel should've won and day i sare few thought i was "lucky". I would like to prove that i wasn't lucky, I am a much improved fighter now in all aspects of the game and not to tempt fate, but I expect an easy victory this time round. Graham: Thankyou Jean Claude, it will be exciting to see what Whymer does. He has already stated that he'd like to give Levi the rematch but let's see if he changes his mind. Overeem: If i'm not fighting to be the best, then I shouldn't be fighting MMA, let's hope Whymer makes the right decision.

    Rating fighters

I love the last paragraph! Like a count for how many times they've gone 3 days inactive and a separate one for 10 days
  5. i completely agree with you heree
  6. No...the right fighter will always win, the judges score correctly...but the fight commentators would often predict incorrectly to increase suspense for managers I have seen them also...but they're well too rare (like 1 out of 20 fights!)...think about UFC commentators who are the best in the game; they predict wrong results more than 1 out of 20 fights and they're literally the best
  7. Hey Guys I've had well over 100 fights in MMA Tycoon now and have noticed that the fight commentators are super accurate in analysing every fight and who won each round. It reduces suspense at the end of the fight because whoever they say they thought won the rounds, nearly always (at least 95% of the time) wins the fight. Earlier, my fighter Brock Ferguson managed a majority draw and it looked like it was going to be 48-47 to the other fighter and i realised how predictable the fight commentators always are. I have spoken to Mike Tycoon and I think he should make them less accurate, so they normally (80% or so) predict the right fighters at the end of the each round, but sometimes call it wrong which would leave managers on the edge of their seats. Think about Joe Rogan/Mike Goldberg...two of the best fight commentators in the world, and even they regularly score rounds wrong and say that they thought the other fighter won it...let alone shitty fight orgs' fight commentators. What do you guys think? Comment below..
  8. Xande Gracie vs. Bounty Hunter is clearly the biggest upset... http://mmatycoon.com/fightcommentary.php?FTID=377597 (0-0) Xande Gracie managed by a brand-new manager and Xande Gracie has just been created beats top 10 manager in the world Le Goat Jacky Chan's (3-0) fighter....you don't get a bigger upset.
  9. The second one is kinda simple...but the first one is cool
  10. Hold on....how is Xande Gracie's win not the biggest upset?! I had a manager record of like (2-0) and Xande was a brand new 22yr old fighter versus Le Goat's (3-0) fighter :S http://mmatycoon.com/fightcommentary.php?FTID=377597
  11. Although there are limited video creators...the videos I have seen are amazing, and therefore this category should exist as a way of appreciating the hours/days of effort put into these videos
  12. http://mmatycoon.com/fightcommentary.php?FTID=377597 My shitty brand new fighter with no skills whatsoever versus Le Goat's (3-0) fighter! He released him shortly after....but Le Goat went on to generate Bounty Hunter a record of (5-1)...
  13. Seeing as no-one is going to nominate anything done for UN!T Fights as we are a relatively new fight org...I shall nominate my own work http://i265.photobucket.com/albums/ii229/aipom1994/UNTposter.jpg http://i265.photobucket.com/albums/ii229/aipom1994/uNtposter2_Smalsl.jpg

  15. Seigo has respectable clinchwork...so he has an average clinch Thanks!
  16. CMon guys...50 views, no replies...you must have some sort of opinion
  17. I'm fairly new to MMA Tycoon and I have a record of (12-0)...not including the free agent i just signed who is a (6-3). I'm currently the 3rd highest ranked Rookie in MMA Tycoon and would love to continue my great record So i've got two tough fights coming up and would like help with tactics. I'm willing to give my primary/secondary attributes if you want them. Sami Hieno vs. Massive Boner http://mmatycoon.com/fighterprofilemanager.php?FID=158283 I'm going to be training Hieno's wrestling like hell over the next eight days and at Woeful++, i'm hoping to reach Comepetent (or at least Medicore) by the fight. On the ground I do have a bjj purple belt and solid takedown defence/def grappling, but i'm worried the huge difference in Wrestling is going to be Hieno's pitfall. Boner is a submission fighter and not a GNP fighter however, which could play to my advantage as I have great submissions and a BJJ Purple Belt. Hieno has proficient clinchwork...could that be a key area to take advantage of as he's won from the clinch before? I have a huge striking advantage however and with Superb Punches, they may give me a KO, but i'm just interested in hearing expert tactics. Massive Boner's manager is also (15-21)...compared with my (12-0) which you have to look at as a significant difference. Seigo Okazawa vs. Bigfoot Silva http://mmatycoon.com/fighterprofilemanager.php?FID=159176 Is having a purely BJJ Fighter necessarily a good thing? In this case maybe not...as I'm fighting a solid striker and i'll have to rely on Okazawa's Strong Takedowns, but versus a BJJ Blue Belt who has no Wrestling could make it very easy? Will being a 'very confident' fighter help Okazawa? Okazawa has Remarkable Striking Defence so will be able to block many strikes, it's just Silva's Wonderful Boxing may prove too good. What do i do???
