That is some bad news I wish him the best. I just had two of my top fighters signed by Hbk so I'm disappointed to see that people are immediately trying to get out of their contracts. The organization is still alive and has bright future as long as it has another motivated manager running it. Why not just honor the hard work the man has done for the organization and avoid making it a sinking ship?

I wouldn't mix it up. In my opinion it's too risky to stand in front of him and wait for head kicks, so taking him down is very easy decision. You have a huge wrestling advantage so you should be able to take him down without any problems if you have any takedown skills. No need to be unpredictable. He's a white belt so you'll destroy him on the ground very likely. I'm not sure though would it be smarter to rush for that takedown with high aggression or take it by countering.

I also see Houston winning this fight. He has eight weapons and Kimbo has only two. But if Kimbo decides to use his size advantage and turn it into a wrestling match.. who knows.

I guess they'll show the last two episodes next Wednesday. Both quarters will be in the first episode and both semis in the second.

Only Mike knows for sure but it's very unlikely that there is such mechanism. I don't see any logic why it would have been made to work like that.

I've been trying to fix his weaknesses but his learning ability is frustratingly slow, which is why I'm going to release him and make room for some youngster with potential.

Yes, It's kind of strange that "white belt in BJJ" or "cuts easily" is reported on keys to victory when those are actually keys to loss. I'd have no problem with it if the belt level was reported in the case of a fighter having higher belt level than his opponent, but mentioning white belt is pretty much useless information.

You can pretty much forget training cardio once you have gotten it to reasonable level. It goes down very slow so you'll have plenty of time to notice when it needs more attention again.
