  1. Here is the thing cus. You don't know me. So don't make jokes about me. If it didn't make sense, then just ask me to elaborate. That's what I do if I don't understand something. Otherwise you shouldn't have said anything at all. I wasn't upset. And I'm not now. I just found your humor unnecessary. Btw, if you don't think you were trolling, I could copy and paste the definition of troll, and show that your post actually fits the definition.
  2. You're right, no misunderstanding. I'm just an idiot. I made no sense because I was on drugs. But I am pretty sure I know what a troll is. Big green guy with a long nose, eats human flesh, and likes to harass people online by posting irrelevant jokes at other peoples expense. Since I found your joke inappropriate and unneccesary, that must make me uptight. Gotcha... I understand.
  3. Nor did it make sense why you was trolling. How was I supposed to know that you searched the link and you saw the avatar, even though I didn't? How was I supposed to know that for some reason, I was the only one who couldn't see the avatar? And why did my last response get a negative vote? it had nothing in it that could be taken offensive... All this over a stupid misunderstanding on both parts?

  5. Jax, don't check again, because this time you will see the same avatar as I had before... I just went looking for the avatar, and I found it. So I changed his avatar back to the original one, just now.
  6. @Jax, well the first time you checked, and the time you checked a minute ago, you should have notice that avatar picture is not the same as it was the first time. but whatever. it's old news now. not a big deal. @MMAtycoon, No, I Don't see how I could have done that. It only happened to one of my fighters.
  7. I figured if you searched the searched the I.D. that I gave, you would view his profile and notice that he had no avatar picture.
  8. How more specific do I need to be? Topic is "fighter avatar disappeared" what else could this mean? the fighters picture is the fighter avatar... it disappeared... his picture disappeared, as in where is profile pic(aka avatar) is supposed to be, it is white... blank...gone. Don't mean to sound sarcastic. I realize just because it's obvious to me, does not mean it's obvious to others. I will do better in the future.
  9. Okay, I don't mean to sound like an ass, but.... Awhile ago I made a post recommending more slots (never suggested spending money to do so), and Mike said it was a good idea, and that he would put it on the "to do" list... But now that the op added the idea of paying money for it, it's more appealing to implement it? By the way, I use one for each fighter, and that's why I only have 10 active fighters. Each saved tactic, is the base tactics for each of my active fighters which I adjust slightly, depending on who is my fighters opponent. So for my style of gaming I think 20 saved tactics should be the maximum, so a style could be saved for each of the fighters owned by the manager. 20 max saved slider settings for the 20(the max amount) fighters owned by the manager. But I think this should be implemented with out VIP members having to spend more money. Although non-VIP could be limited to 10 still. But anything more then that, I don't know if I like the idea of someone having a slight advantage, because he doesn't need to remember the slider settings he had his last fight with my fighter (because he has it saved), while I do. I am already a VIP, and I don't think anyone should have an advantage over me because they are willing to become VIPer than me, because they are willing to spend even more money then is already required to get all of the features. Bottom line is either increase the storage for all VIP members, or not at all. Btw, VIPer is more VIP or a better VIP or MFP (my favorite person)..
  10. Why you guys gotta troll? His joke was not even funny... cliche maybe, but not funny. And most definitely not something that would make you roll on the floor laughing (unless you seriously were smoking something), or could it be described as awesome. My fighters avatar screen was blank white... I had to get a different avatar, because I couldn't find the one that was there before. This has actually happened in the past once, but since I was able to find the avatar and get it back, I did not complain about it.

  13. is this a bug? or is it meant to be... I hope it's a bug, soon to be fixed... for one, this is unrealistic, and for two it can be easily abused; and from what I have heard it already is.
  14. 2 came from the bug,when certain org events had all fight results end in NC's, and the other one I think I picked up from my fighter that i grabbed from the fa list. he came with one NC, and yet it added the NC to my historic. please bring me back to 0 NC's Thanks

    Is that a rule of thumb for most managers? A minimum of 12 strength? A few of my fighters have less then 12 strength... But not less then 10; and they seem to be doing fine so far. I thought I read somewhere, that higher strength means its harder to train up the tiger physicals, which makes sense, because in real life, usually the stronger and bunker fighters have less conditioning, speed, flexibility, and agility.

  21. @Minark, that cap that you call peak, is different for every fighter. There is no imaginary universal cap that allows all fighters to reach, yet none to pass. And yes a few people posted their dislikes of my idea, and their dislikes were based on misunderstandings, of which I corrected. I did get one person who liked my idea, and another that seemed to like my idea, although his post was an attack on mike in my defense. Your biggest objection was that its just a game and realism doesn't matter. I did joke about throwing some fantasy elements into the game to prove the absurdity of such an objection. Anyway, maybe someday in the future I will throw this idea out there again. If what goatacre says is true, and not many fighters will reach the cap, than maybe it won't be that bad to have a cap. But I still think no cap is better with my suggestion.
  22. Yes, I was here. And I should have posted this sooner. And I know its to late now. But I think my idea should be kept in mind for down the road. And as long as people attack my idea with out any grounds of doing so, I will keep defending It. Good ideas should not be trashed just because the idea isn't perfect. It should be expanded upon and improved where possible. Every problem that's been proposed thus far, are not reason enough to throw my suggestion under the bus. There are solutions that can be sought out with out having to trash my idea.
  23. In one way the cap diversifies, in the sense that if everyone reached 100% total skill points, then everyone would be exact clones of eachother. But the other way it does not diversify, as it makes sure all the top fighters are exact equals in level of skill. 1000s of fighters at 80% equals 1000s of GSP's. The cap does not prevent everyone from having a GSP or A. Silva. What's the chances that a single fighter can reach the 80% cap? It seems to me that the chances are over 50%. What's the chances of a single fighter could teach the level of GSP? Maybe less then 1%? My solution is similar to a cap, because no fighter will ever reach 100%. Chances ate that no fighter would ever reach 90%. Most of the top fighters will reach 75%, while some could reach 80%, while few could teach 82%, while fewer still could reach 83%. Any fighter that reached 85%, could be considered a legend, and truly the best fighter, and truly unique . See my suggestion solves the same problem that the cap does. No fighter can be the best at everything. But the cap creates the problem of making sure that there is no overall best fighter skill wise. On the contrary, there will be 1000s of best fighters skill wise. With my suggestion, there can truly be the best overall fighter skill wise. It is possible that only one fighter ever could reach 86% total skill points, because he had the right hidden with the right training. Secondly the cap creates the problem, of making training almost useless, once the cap has been reached. Why train anymore if you can't get any better? Once the cap has been reached, the only reason to train is to keep from deteriorating. With my idea, once a fighter has reached 80%, he cam still improve his skills, even if it takes him 2 years to reach 81%. Or 5 years to reach 82%. At least fighters can train to improve. Your right, realism should not ruin the fun of the game. There should be a line that should not be crossed. For example, its unrealistic, that fighters age 1 year every 13 weeks. But this unrealism is necessary, for reasons I am sure everyone agrees. But what I am suggesting is a realistic and fun solution. Caps are not fun. Caps ruin games... That's why although many games have level caps, they either make it really hard to reach that cap, or they give other ways to improve your character, after that cap has been reached.
