There is a way to strip Champions without taking a hype hit at all. Not that i'm saying how.... Not for free anyway =)

Hey, hope all is well. Just a simple idea for Org contracts. How about when you send a fighter a contract along with all the other info it supplies like SB, Base, WB dates ect. Somewhere near the Orgs name that is offering the contract it give the Orgs City/global ranking and a standard message that the Org owner fills in that goes out with every Contract. Seperate from the other box where you can supply some info. So you can see the Orgs ranks and basically a mass message from the Org, so the Org owners do not have to keep typing the same thing. Then in the other bottom box we can use that box to totally personalize it to the fighter. What you's think?

Hey everyone, hope all is well. I’m the Owner of Machina Fighting Championship, a top New York based Org. We currently have 4 competitive divisions 155lbs thru 205lbs. We are looking to put together a Kickboxing (KT) Open weight division; we will start it off as a tournament to crown a Champion. The first KT champion will receive a 50k winner’s award and the runner up 15k. But again our ultimate goal is to make it an active Kickboxing division. So let me run it down on how this will go down of we can get enough fighters. 1) Kickboxing (KT) open weight division that will start off tournament style with the first crowned Champ receiving 50k and 15k to the runner up. Again after the initial tourney is over the fighter will remain in the Org as an active division as we add more fighters into the mix. 2) We are looking to start when we have roughly 24 fighters, fighters starting contracts will be based on their current hype+pop. ( We send out generous contracts) =) 3) The fighter’s hype we are looking for at minimum to start is between 125-150, exceptions can be made for fighters who can compensate for having a good amount of popularity. 4) Regular fights will be 3 Rounds-10 minutes. Championship fights 5 Rounds-10minutes. We are really trying to make this work and get the ball rolling on it, so anyone who has input/idea’s to improve this please do not hesitate to throw your idea out there. Hey, hope all is well. Have a question hoping some of you could help with. With the changes to Org/Event Ratings does anyone know what the Org hype should be for a Pay per view events? Also what should be average hype+pop between your top 5 fight match ups on the card? I know in the Wiki it says Org hype around 250ish and fighters of the similar. I just figured the Wiki may be somewhat out of date with the changes. So anyone put on a Pay per view recently that they could share their numbers with me to get a rough idea? I understand what your saying, but i'm not saying to drop the Signing Bonus or Base/Win Bonus. This would just be an extra incentive. It could sway where a fighter goes, say he has 2 contracts that are about the same. But one Org is offering incentives, while the other is not. At the say time it could help the Org rating system on how managers rate the Org's. So don't look at it as a way to screw fighters out of more money as you suggested. It would be a way for them to gain extra money. Therefor it would not be irrelvant, you could say the same thing the win bonus, it's not a sure thing unless you win. Also you would not have to offer every fighter a bonus/bonus's.

Hey what’s up everyone? Hope all is well, just had an idea for sending out incentives in contracts to fighters from Org’s. The idea is that when an Org owner sends out the standard contract, they can also offer 1 to 3 incentives/extra bonus’s from the org. Example: Three fight win streak- $3000 Two wins by Knockout- $2500 Title defense- $5000 The money of course can be different each time depending on the Org’s offer/Fighter. My only concern about this is can we make up our own list of bonus’s to choose from and say have a list of 8 max to choose from. (Again no more than 3 per fighter) Or would Mike have to set them. Also could the game actually recognize that the bonus has been completed and auto pay out? Or at least send the Org owner a message that it has been completed and it’s up to the Org owner to send the money out? Having the Org owner send the money out would be good in sense of the Org rating, having a good Org owner keeping his word. Also this extra incentive would not be mandatory but a fun option for managers and Org owners. What you guys think?

Hey everyone, hope all is well. How much Hype does an Org lose from Stripping a champion when your Org hype is well above 100? Really do not want to strip my 185lbs champ, his manager is pretty good and a cool dude. Problem is he has'nt logged in going on a month.
