If it was just a year ago, I believe increased elbow and knees in clinch are the only major change.

What constitutes drugs? I'd imagine by the pure definition of that word it would put us at 99-100% of tycoon users use drugs. There were three posts regarding THIS fight from the original post day. The next day YOUR post derailing the thread and the rest is history. It was getting decent traction (for the state of the forums now) and then it spiraled into this. I didn't start my post calling you a moron. You want to put your fighter in the convo, cool. He is #1 and deserves a mic in this forum. Use the forum for this fight and fight card or for setting up a future fight with your fighter, but not what it has gotten to now.

Quit hijacking this thread. OP is promoting one of the top fights of the year and you moron's have nothing better to do than jerk each other off over petty bullshit. If you want to talk shit, talk shit about this fight or fights on this card, not your own petty bullshit. I'm all for the shit talking and ribbing each other, but don't take over a thread promoting #1 vs #2 and ruin it for your personal spotlight.

I know you put a complaint in about this post, but there is no infraction. He is pointing out that you are creating avatars that people are paying for, yet they do not meet the standard that Mike has in place right now. How does that leave your customers? They are now out the cash they paid you and have a picture they can not use. May want to rethink your strategy...or not.

At a time when no one really knew shit and you fought for every dollar in your bank account...it was. The hype of these fighters made them what they were/are. Hype makes the real fight game. It's the reason people pay PPV money to watch CM punk get his ass kicked twice. That's one of the things missing from the game now. There's no hype. People used to discuss upcoming fights like they were breaking down real ones. Is everything good now?

No skill decline. Learning speeds were faster. There was no cap. There were small gyms, but no private ones. Any decent run gym was always at capacity. I used to wait on Thursdays for the top gyms to kick someone out when they couldn't pay their dues. That was the best way to get your fighter top training. Even then you were training 2-3 a session. Money was tight. If you opened up a company and could not pay the loan back....you would lose VIP. No one had much cash to float you. The highest supplement was 159 for a long time. No one had the money to research a 160 product. The top two orgs, Syn and the Canadian Fighting Championships, battled it out each week to see who had the balls to risk their nut on the first PPV (or so thought first PPV) and not lose their shirt. YB Sol was the first true star of the game. He capitalized on "sub spamming" and I guess engineered the first change to the fight engine that I witnessed by reducing energy for that. He cruised to 14-0 record before his Coming to Jesus moment. So many great fighters of old being talked about on the forums with creative backstories and interviews. Jigoro Kane in my mind during my time in the game was the scariest of all the fighters that I've witnessed. He seemed to be the chuck liddell of the game without the dropoff at the end. Alliances paved the way to networks of orgs joining together and branding across the game. There were large scale tournaments with many orgs and various cities involved. Mike was single with no kids
