  1. My first post to noob section and i'm ranked 114 Anyways, My fighter is currently in motreal and he will be taking a fight in Las Vegas on 2010-02-06 (10 days to go). When should i fly to Las Vegas in order to gain full energy before the match? i'm always keeping him over 90% energy when training. I have never visited city for a fight, so i really dont have a clue how much energy or morale it will eat. Thanks in advance for advice. The fight will be John McClane [ 23627 ] vs. Ruscle Muscle [ 4262 ] (Looks like a hard fight for my guy.)
  2. I just signed my 19 years old fighter [ http://www.mmatycoon.com/fighterprofilemanager.php?FID=23627 ]with CFC and i'm kind of positively scared about what you're saying. The reason i signed with CFC is that i definitely wanted to be in a major org. like CFC and to see how he can hold his own. I guess the owner won't put me up against the best there are but with other CFC rookies. Most importantly i'm not afraid to get couple of losses in my record, at least then i can say i was beaten by the best. The awesomeness of winning good fighters is why i'm in to this game, so the risk of losing is worth taking. Ugh!
  3. Vladimir Janakoff's reply: "Oh my god! I didn't know the number one spot in the 155 lbs. division was supposed to go to mr. Silva. I'm terribly sorry i almost broke his arm. Time will heal the wounds and i suggest he wins couple of fights and then comes in the cage with me again. Maybe next time he'll get lucky."
  4. Could you put the WW-Tournament tree up here? It would be nice to see who faces who. Keep up the good work!
  5. Dear god! I hoped that Tatu Tikki would win the rematch but look what happened, more of that beautiful sub spamming. I hope my guys don't have to face Marcus Hansen. It seems he doesn't know when to pass out and get KO'd. John McClane and Antti Tuisku are taking a fight in HFC XX and i guess the winner will face Mr. Hansen for the title. Somebody must knock him out.
  6. Tigerland added a new boxing coach. Clayton Kirk is an excepional boxing and competent muay thai coach. He will be teaching striking defense.
  7. Tigerland hired yet another coach to keep the fighters per coach ratio low. Jason Foster is an Exceptional (120+) wrestling coach, who will begin to teach takedown defense for your future mma champions. Gym fee will be 125$ a week and this will give you six quality coaches at your disposal. Our current fighter per coach ratio is only 15.17! So Helsinki based fighters might want to check this out.
  8. I'm laughing my ass off! Somebody please make a t-shirt "has anyone really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like?" and i'll buy them to all of my fighters.
  9. Tigerland hired Yuri Hyram, an exceptional (120+) Muay Thai coach. The gym fee will stay on 99$ per week!

  12. I think this is a very good idea. I wouldn't mind if ageing was even faster. After all, over three years of playing for one fighter is a pretty long time. Thumbs up!
  13. You said it man. But their argument "life isn't fair" is so powerful that no one should question this matter. (...but wait. This is game not life. hmm... and it makes me wonder.)
  14. I won a match in 8 seconds and got injured for 15 days. Does this happen often? (or is it some kind of bug?) http://www.mmatycoon.com/fightcommentary.php?FTID=57453 Like the song says: And it makes me wonder...

  17. Sergei Janakoff's weekly press release: "John McClane lost his title match but won't give up fighting. He made a new deal with HFC and is looking forward to his next match against Oovompi Laari at HFC VIII: The Main Event. Training BJJ skills is the main thing he needs to improve and Tigerland gym is a perfect place to do so. Lots of sparring is scheduled and everything looks bright in the future. Also he said that, if he still keeps knocking guys out and nobody is willing to challenge the current champion, he is up for the task. After all, Third time's the charm..." "Sergei jr Janakoff and Hans Gruber have made a new deal with HFC. These contracts are a positive sign from HFC to both of these young fighters to rather stay in a excellent organization than quit too early in the game. A lot of improvement on their skills are showing and as their manager i must say that i expect great things for them in the future." "The word on the street says that Akseli Hammar is joining the impressive roster of Helsinki Fight Club. As of this moment there have been some early negotiations with the organization owners but nothing is certain."

  20. Here's what Sergei Janakoff's fighters in the HFC have to say about their upcoming fights: Riku Rauta interview during a hard practice on treadmill: " I must admit that i'm not in good condition. Somehow it seems that after my head injury my training has been more difficult. I Think this fight against Rupunen is going to be really hard for me, both physical and mental. I'm not saying i'm afraid, just saying that i'll try my best and see where that takes me." Sergei jr Janakoff about he's rematch with Pedro Pedofiili in HFC III " Last time we fought i wasn't prepared. Did't know Pedro had so much power in he's right. This time it will be different, i refuse to go down even if he'd punch my face to my neck. I want to see what he can do laying on his back. And i want to show my manager, coaches, gym buddies and all the fans that im not that bad as he made me look the last time. I guess Pedro is feeling confident and that's where i'll strike him. Put his cockiness into his...hmm... well you'll see where." John McClane and his toughts about the title fight with Torsti Monivamma in HFC V " I have heard that Torsti had a hard time finding an opponent for this fight. I dont get it, HFC title and guys are backing down an offer to be the champion. Even tought i just got my ass whipped by Monivamma, and it seems a little strange to offer me this fight, I'm willing to go for it. If i lose, thats it for me in this business.."
  21. HFC 1: The Beginnig - aftermath "Hi, this is Larry Mullet, I'm here with John McClane, who just lost his fight against Torsti Monivamma. Any toughts about the fight?" John: "Well... öö.. Torsti is a tough guy ... on the ground...öö.. I don't know what went through my head when i took him down... Maybe i was too eager to pound his face.. well.. öö.. It didn't happen, so the guy made me pay for my mistake.." Larry: "That was your first loss, what now?" J: " I go drink some beer and get drunk. Monday morning i guess i have some boxing sparring to do. You know.. My manager is already trying to get me another fight. You know.... ööö... you know... I'm not that kind of motherf*cker who starts to think my fight's too much.. you know.. L: "That was a really exciting and good match. Thank you John" T: "I guess... Die hard - live free... öö... and get drunk!"
  22. Now that the first HFC event is getting closer here's what Manager Sergei Janakoff's fighters are saying: John "Die Hard" McClane's comment's on Mr. Monivamma's jibber-jabber "The reason why Torsti Monivamma (what a sad name for fighter) has won three fights in a row is simple: He has never fought with a REAL mannish man. You know the kind with hair on his chest and even on places where a REAL man keeps his guns. What comes to BJJ and other groundworking abilities, i must say that those abilities i only use with ladies. Since i consider big-mouth-Torsti a lady, i'm more than happy to show my skills anywhere this fight should go: standing up or down on the ground. My prediction anyway is that Torsti will get to ground though it's a shame i won't be joining her. Yippee-ki-yay, motherf*cker" Sergei jr. Janakoff comment's "I'm still pretty tired from my last fight. I haven't even checked what my opponent is all about. I guess he tries to make me tap or go to sleep. Either way, i guess that's what i'm trying to do to him. Although i said im tired it doesn't mean anything when i get to the cage. I'm ready and i hope he is too." and last, but not least: And for Mr. Ryti: I'll take your bet for sure. 50$ for McClane to drop your guy. For the organizer and other managers: Lets have a rockin' event at the Helsinki Fight Club!
