People become a police officer for various reasons. It does seem rare though that you find one that joined for the right reasons, and still holds true to those reasons. Some may have joined for the right reasons and became corrupt through the years.
Look at the situation in Ferguson. If you listen to most of the interviews on the streets, the community is throwing a fit because most of the police officers there are white. Whose fault is that? Did any of them even try to join the police force? Are they even allowed? Are they already felons and can't even carry a weapon?
There will always be people who abuse their power, in fact you probably hear about sixty percent or more of the stories every time it happens.
However, you probably hear less than 1 percent of the stories that happen every minute of every day of every week of every year of those that
don't abuse their power.
You can list ten or twenty instances on here of all the bad things police have done, because that is what people want to hear in the news.
If they listed everything good they did all the time, there wouldn't be time for anything else.
Sorry, I forgot my original reason for posting this.
Lock WarMachine in a cage with all of the family members of those that he allegedly attacked. Let them fight to the death.
That would be real justice, despite who walks out alive. The universe has a way of balancing itself out.
