    I was just wondering how often they can train ? My plan is to train one thing at the time, so Striking defence 2 times a day all week. Maybe one session wit CT general. They are wonderful in conditioning. How does that sound ?

    There is a little update. I got a new matchmaker, because im really buzy in the real life. Sorry for the inactiviti. i hope i can make a good tourney for now. I have some thing i need to change in the tourney right now and i need some time for that.

    This weekend our last fight in the group. The 4 losers with 0-2 will gets two knockdown fights. The fighter who wins the two fights will gets a spot in next stage. But it will be very hard because they need to fight this weekend and again november. 28. Who do you think gonna win ?

    Here is the update! After second round of the tournament its clear who goes to the next round. All the fighters who is 0-2 will get a last chance to get the last spot from group five. they will fight against Umberto Grena. But first they need to fight each other in a Knockdown tournament. The next stage is 2 groups with 4 fighters in each. The 2 Best fighters in each groups goes to the semifinale! Hope you like this structure!
