  1. 1. One Contract But Multiple Divisions: Manger just goes to contract page. Then goes to the fighter, select which division and then submit. A message goes to the org owner like feedback does. But this is asking the org owner to accept or decline the proposal. This way the org owner knows what's going on and isnt taken be suprise when they see a guy in a division. If accepted the fighter will now show up in the division he/she requested, along with the original division. Fights/Base/Win/Expiration all stay the same. Yes you can just send a reneg butowners oversee dozens/hundreds of fighters, I'm sure it can be a headache trying to remember who can do what division as a backup. http://img824.imageshack.us/img824/5175/basecontract.png 2. Transfer Contract: Yep! this subject again. Since doing a total org buyout has it's hurdles. Why not just let the owner send out contracts to sign under another org. After filling in Org ID number a contract is sent to the fighter listing all the current terms they are under. Same fights remaining/base/win etc. Only difference is it lists a different org, the fighter can accept or decline. The fighter gets a say so in what org he wants. Org owner doesn't have to worry about releasing a guy for a merger and risking him not signing when released. http://img829.imageshack.us/img829/7383/existingy.png 3. Soft Release: Basically if an org owner clicks this, it acts as a ''soft release". An offer is sent to fighter asking if he wants to accept or decline the soft release. If declined, nothing happens. If accepted, he is given a two week limit where he can fight/sign contract with another org. His activity clause for the main org is paused as soon as he accepts the soft release. After the two week period the fighter is returns to his original org like nothing happened. I was mainly thinking of orgs using this feature to release fighter for tournament fights. One problem would be if you soft release a fighter and an org signs him to a contract longer than 2 weeks. Probably would be simpler to give "exclusive" a checkbox. Unchecked, the fighter can sign anywhere and fight/accept offers from whichever orgs he is signed with. http://img546.imageshack.us/img546/7781/existingx.png
  2. Hi everyone, I have a fighter on the Island and just tried to sign him up for a quick fight. But it says, I have no fighter eligible for a quick fight. The fighter in question has no active contract with any fight org. He used to be signed to an organization but when he wasn't offered any fighter for longer than the inactivity clause I released him. Could his being ineligible for a quick fight now have anything to do with this? It might also explain why he hasn't been offered any new contract in a month or so. The fighter ID is 352215. Any pointers would be much appreciated.

  4. Hey Guys, I am here to let you know about my excitement of starting my Fight Organization located in New York. I have put a lot of thought on whether to restrict the IDs or not and I have decided to make it a 300k Org. First off, as the Org grows we will feature every weight class and hopefully gain fighters from all over the world. I am bring this to your attention because I am a realist and I know this will take time, and I know I need to gain your trust. And that is exactly what I plan to do. Reasons to Join: - Fair Fight Offers - Very active Owners to answer any questions or Concerns. - 300K restriction for new fighters that can grow in popularity and hype with the Organization. - Open to renegotiate contracts to make everything fair - Dedicated writer for previews and reviews of events. - Tournament Title Shot to kick things off One thing I would like to elaborate on is our intentions to utilize a mini tournament style to determine our champions. Most of our fighters will come in with a 0-0 record. But whether you are 3-0 or 0-5 everybody will begin with a clean slate in the Freedom Fighting Alliance. More details will be available about how this will shake out as we sign fighters. But for now! Jump into the Hightstreet and check out Freedom Fighting Alliance! Thanks!

  6. This would really help the management of organisations within the game. Currently you have to scroll through your list of fighters and see who's got 1 fight remaining in their contract. What I want to see is a page which I can click on and it'll just give me a list of all the fighters with 1 fight remaining. On this list, useful information should be provided such as their weight divison, current form, the current terms of their contract and of course the ability to offer them a new contract.
  7. Okay let's see if I can explain this correctly... When you are running an org you have send out a lot of contract offers. I mean A LOT of contract offers. I myself only run a mid-tier org at the moment so I know the bigger orgs are sending out even more contracts than me. So, when you have a shit ton of pending offers and you're searching through fighters who need contracts it can become a headache to remember who you have sent a contract to and who you haven't. Especially if you have smoked a lot of weed in your time like myself. Basically, unless I am doing it wrong... If you can't remember you have to go back and read through the long list of pending contracts to see if you have already sent an offer and it can get annoying when sending out mass ammounts of offers. My idea is something simple for org owners like a checkmark or some other indication next to their names in the search screen that let you know that you have a pending offer or a rejected offer so you don't end up sending the same fighter more contracts. This just cuts part of the tediousness out of being an org owner and trying to sign fighters.

  14. Steel Penn ICON - A brand new fight organization in Las Vegas is currently looking for fighters in the following weight classes - 135lbs, 145lbs, 155lbs, 170lbs, 185lbs, 205lbs. Let me know with an in game message (92764) if you have a fighter in Las Vegas who is looking for a home Thanks
  15. Another thing that i would like is a "mass invite" for flights. Now you have to add in each ID individually and that takes ages when you have to book 10 or 15 fighters there and back. If i could add the IDs, press look up to check and then confirm it would make mass flights so much easier. The same applies for mass contract offers, mass sponsorships as well. You could simply add in the message, the contract offer or sponsoship offer, then add all the IDs of the fighters involved, click on lookup to see their names and then click send to all of them. This will help masses of people get their work done 80-90% faster because sending out contracts, is one of the main things orgs do

  21. The Tycoon staff and org owners are aware when you are on the New Contracts page of the your org that there is a page to click and see new fighters. On this page it shows the fighter, manager, fighters record and org signed to if any. I think adding a option here for sign fighter or a contract type of option for those not already signed would be great. Instead of having to go to the fighter or managers page and copying the fighter ID and going back to the contract page and sending a offer if we had a option right here to offer a contract it would save many steps and would make thing easier for the org owners and workers. I personally would use tis option to sign a lot of new guys and if the contract option was there we could right click open in new tab and send the contract, once that contract was sent i would close that windown and just go down the line to all the guys I was interested in. I really think having this option would save a lot of steps and a lot of time. I hope my explanation was not that time hard to follow any questions or if thios has already been mentioned before my apoligies I just didnt see anything on here about it.
