If they are seriously insulting, derogatory (ie racist, sexist etc) or threatening then I'd PM Mike. He won't (and shouldn't) intervene just if someone is venting a bit, he has too many other things to take care of... but if it is seriously disturbing or threatening it should probably be knocked on the head. Basically this ^ I've read the PM and you'd describe the PM as douchey but it was very mild indeed. Just something like "I see you picked up my guy, which means you can't make fighters yourself". Or something like that. Really just requires ignoring, whereas if someone sends repeated abusive messages they will be dealt with / warned.
