Guest
Surely part 1 must be the most important part.
Hallty
Fighting top contenders in the UFC by working out only an hour a day, this guy is so talented, glad hes realised this and would love to see him beat GSP.

Guest
great find on this, I watched and found amazement at his flexibility even more back in the days for him. I like the new BJ penn now after his fight with GSP 2. He trains harder, talks less, and fights harder.

Guest
Interesting. Don't like how he came up with excuses after the first GSP fight (didn't know about nutrition, body rest etc.) and here he is getting beat up by GSP even worse in his 2nd fight. But i like him, he's very funny and one of the most gifted athletes i have ever seen. It's too bad that he is so small. If he were around 200 pounds he would have gone done as the best fighter in history.
