Guest
So how do fighter gain energy? i've had fighters doing no training many days, and cant see them gain much energy. Is there any way to make fighers gain energy faster? ps. what time did training occur am and pm?
MMATycoon
Doing no training is the only way to gain energy. Training is 10am and 10pm UK time.
Guest
Also remember to train conditioning to lessen the energy hit you get each training session. Thats the investment that will give you the biggest return in the long run.
Guest
Is there some % amount that fighter gains energy on 1 training slot if he is not training?
Guest
Is there some % amount that fighter gains energy on 1 training slot if he is not training? It depends on the current energy level of the fighter- Recovery is larger when the fighter is low on his energy level and the percentage recovered decreases near the top. Tycoon posted this somewhere, if I find it i'll refer the actual number.
drm.2008
man I want to say that they gain 5% energy per slot per day that they don't train. however you can keep them active which cuts down on conditioning loss with doing like yoga or something for one session per day. depending on your fighters conditioning, you may want to put them on "Reduce Recovery Time" type supplement or a "Stamina Increase" Type Supplement
backelie
I checked on my fighters this sunday, they gained between 3.24% and 4.35% from one missed training. (Not one day.)
Guest
Also think of a "missed training" as a "rest day" rather. Since you know those recovery percentages per slot, you now know the sticky task of actually letting your fighter rest for a little bit. Again, remember that conditioning = efficient energy usage.
