Guest Posted August 5, 2012 Report Share Posted August 5, 2012 Benson Henderson vs Frankie Edgar - I still think Bendo will pull another one out and Frankie drops to 145 Donald Cerrone vs Melvin Guillard - Fight could go either way, but the longer it goes the better Cerrone's chances are Jake Shields vs Ed Herman - Picking somewhat of an upset in Herman, but it's another tough fight to pick Yushin Okami vs Buddy Roberts - Okami used to be one of the top 185ers, Roberts is good but not that good Justin Lawrence vs Max Holloway - Max Holloway gets one tough fight after another, going to ruin the kid's career before it starts Dennis Bermudez vs Tommy Hayden Jared Hamman vs Michael Kuiper Ken Stone vs Erik Perez Dustin Pague vs Chico Camus - Damn, another fight for Pague already??? I think he'd have beat Bendo up if not for that upkick (and if he didn't give up good control positions once Bendo started going for standing kimuras) Donald Cerrone vs Melvin Guillard - guy with a solid chin, long arms, decent power in his strikes and good submissions vs Melvin. Hmm. Jake Shields vs Ed Herman - it's been cool following Ed's career resurgence, but I still think Jake is a top guy. Yushin Okami vs Buddy Roberts - who the fuck is Buddy Roberts? Justin Lawrence vs Max Holloway - oh man, this fight is gonna be so much fun. Giving Holloway the edge due to his reach and Lawrence's questionable fight IQ. Not that it really means a great deal as Dana often goes back on his word but he said there won't be a 3rd, if Frankie wins then Henderson won't get a rematch, said they need to get the division moving again and Diaz will be next in line regardless. I can just picture one of them getting a really unjust stoppage or something now! Or dare I say it a NC due to another eyepoke, that would absoloutley suck!
