For example on your 12 training slots this week and you only have 3 sessions for weight and you tick the box for muscle bulk in the possession. Is there a possibility that your muscle bulk supplement will also have an effect to the 9 remaining sessions which is a non weight session? the same goes for other supplements.

the only supplements i know of that work with any session or resting basically anything is weight gain or weight loss supplements.

 

this is quoted from a different thread from my friend duphus

 

"Supplements:

1. energy supps reduce the amount of energy you burn during training

2. Muscle supps increase the rate at which you build strength while training weights

3. Cardio supps increase the rate at which you build conditioning like when doing cardio or C/T training

4. weight loss or gain supps, increase or decrease you weight while taking them - roughly .3 of a pound per session depending on supp quality"

Is there any negative to constantly using these supplements? Or just financial?

Also, are the weight gain/loss supplements the only way to do so?

 

There is no negative effect of constantly using a supplement

 

about the weight supplements, I think so but I'm not sure
