Looking for more managers who wanna improve their fighter's ground game. I am in the process of moving 3 of my fighters over atm. Near future plans: Add some standup coaches (won't be very good, the main focus is still ground game) If fighter #s start getting crazy, will add more coaches for the ground Pick up some BJJ/Wrestling sparring bots. markyosullivan Posted February 12, 2013 Report Share Posted February 12, 2013 I own Team Finland so have experience of trying to set up a gym and get it running and making a profit so I'll give you advice: It's generally not a good idea having a coach training 2 different things which I see is what you're doing.
