Wolf Palace London smack talk

Hello again children It is I, the WPR master of ink back from his vacation with a slight case of skin melting sunburn. Nice to see you kiddies getting along as well as you ever did. I'm really glad to see that absolutely nobody is after my job and that Rory did a great job filling in. But I must say it seems a little quieter in here than I was expecting given all the big things that have gone on in my absence, A new champion, someone actually holding on to the title (for once) and the bellator tourney about to get back underway in a few days. Hmm, maybe it's time to stir the pot a little.

WPR: Bellator Semis

http://mmatycoon.com/gallery/18/18b2.jpg

Welcome to the WPR: Bellator semis. I’m Lightweight champion Thomas Nxon here to give my unrepentantly biased and hateful preview of the madness sure to transpire here tonight.

Eaven Krzystos vs. "Pitbull" Aguinaldo Salcido

Our first fight of the night is going to be a sad, one sided ass beating. A short miserable night for a dumb motherfucker named “pitbull”, who can’t be bothered to show up in shape, has no morale and no skills to match Eaven Kryzstos and would kick his ass any night of the week. Maybe getting his ass kicked is what “Pitbull” needs to show up for a fight.

Prediction: krzystos by anything he wants.

"Iluminação" Douglas Lima vs. Alex Pereira

Douglas Lima is summed up by his fighter bio “Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing” he is coming off 2 straight losses and is entering the wolf palace in hopes of turning his luck around but the man he faces is a solid test for the newcomer. Alex Pereira is a Muay Thai fighter and blue belt who got bounced in the first round of the Bellator tournament by Dark Striker. He was doing well with leg kicks until he got rocked with an uppercut before catching an overhand right and dropping like a sack of potatoes. They are pretty evenly matched on the feet but Lima’s purple belt could make a difference here. But it’s unlikely. These 2 are going to beat the shit out of each other and see who’s still standing at the end.

Prediction: Pereira by TKO

Hitokiri "The Manslayer" Batosai vs. Matheus Ruas

Batosai “The Manslayer” is a muay Thai fighter with good wrestling which he uses to stay on his feet although he has no fights so any thoughts regarding his game plan would just be pure speculation but based on my previous experience with fight of this exact same build (grim) he’s probably a kick specialist. His opponent Matheus Ruas is a pure boxer with a BJJ blue belt who has yet to win a fight. He has nasty hands but has yet to put them to real use in 2 losses in his career. With 2 totally unproven commodities I tend to lean towards the guy who hasn’t proven anything over the guy who has only proven he can lose.

Prediction: Batosai by TKO

Jason "Mean Destroyer" Alacabey vs. Franklin "Dice" Schroeder

Jason Alacabey is a damn good wrestler and BJJ purple belt fighting out of my semi-illustrious gym Vae Victus fight team. He won his only fight with a 39 second diving right hand knockout at WPR: WD4. His opponent is a solid test though as on top of solid wrestling and BJJ purple bet Franklin Schroeder posses some world class hands added into his arsenal. In 2 fights, he has been in the ring just over 30 seconds with both wins coming by KO. As much as it pains me to say Jason is going to have a serious challenge ahead of him anywhere this fight goes with such a skilled and heavy handed opponent. He’s got the wrestling to get the takedown, but can he get inside before “Dice” connects with a power shot? My gut tells me no.

Prediction: Franklin by KO

Tommy "Gun" Thompson vs. Artur "Big" Silva

Tommy Thompson has lost his last and only 2 fights by decision. But earned 2 straight fight of the night honors and has displayed heart and balls trying to hold his own against superior opposition. He features good boxing and wrestling and is much better than his record or stats lead on. Artur Silva is a big motherfucker coming in with a 30 pound weight advantage over his opponent. He’s also a solid boxer but comes with a BJJ purple belt and has won both of his fights by submission. But unfortunatly for him he trains in the sweat covered, asshole smelling Cozad and in a professional fight I will NEVER, EVER pick a fighter who is trained by retards.

Prediction: Tommy by decision

Raijin Kage vs. Nikola Mester

And finally we get down to the marrow of this tournament with the first meaningful bout. Raijin Kage has to be considered a favorite to win the whole damn thing with his combination of Muay Thai skill and BJJ brown belt. Although he has that belt he hasn’t yet proven himself, making short work of BJJ fight Mauricio Melendez on the feet with his brutal kick-centric offense in the first round of the tournament. But his ground game will surely be tested tonight against Nikola Mester a man who has lived and died by his undisputable ground skill. Coming off a tough decision win over fellow brown belt Tristian Blachefor in the first round he has undoubtedly proven himself on the mat. Nikola has the wrestling edge and can take this to ground but can he finish or even get inside on such a tough and skilled opponent?

Prediction: Rajin by decision

Steve "The Squirrel" River vs. Sum Crazy

Ahh Steve River. This delusional bastard came up lucky in a KO win over brand new untrained Brian Winchester in round one of the tournament in what was described by spectator as “The drunkest looking fight of the year”. Someone had to win and he did so in respectable KO fashion. Sum Crazy is the man who most of you know for taking down and smashing the Florida autistic Project XXX in round one and to this day I owe the son of a bitch a beer for keeping that creepy fuck away from me. He’s a solid boxer and world class wrestler with more than enough skill to take out that sad squirrel bastard out of this so we can finally have a proper contender for the belt.

Prediction: Sum by submission

Nathan "Knuckles" Silver vs. Grim "Death" Reaper

Nathan Silver is a man who got into the wrong sport. He is a pure boxer. That is all. And Grim as I may have mentioned kicks hard, that is all. But sadly for the fans that isn’t all. Grim is also a hell of a wrestler and if he has any mind to he could probably take Silver down at will. He can’t quite stand with him but he can grind out a decision if he really wanted to. But he might just make the mistake of fighting to his opponent’s strength.

Prediction: Silver by KO

"The One" Mr Anderson vs. Dark Striker

As I have previously stated Mr Anderson is the real number 1 contender and I fully expect he will prove it yet again because he is head and shoulders better than his opponent, Dark Striker. Although Striker holds a decent edge with his hands Mr Anderson is FAR superior everywhere else. It isn’t close. Anderson owns him anywhere other than punching range.

Prediction: Anderson by anything he wants

Peter McDonald vs. "Pouco Lobo" Renato Lita

Really we can’t even get a goddamn main event? This matchmaker must be slow or something. Well anyway Peter is a brown belt who will sure look to get this to the ground and tap his man out, while Lita coming off a frankly shocking win in his last fight holds an edge standing. Peter is out of shape for this fight and will come in around 80% and that might be enough for Lita to come away with yet another bewildering win over an opponent with no real threat standing up.

Prediction: Lita by KO?

Well fans I’m sorry if this preview wasn’t quite up to the level of the last one but forgive me I have spent the last 12 hours getting absolutely smashed on Jack Daniels and Guinness. I don’t have the mind for the beautiful eloquence of the ending to the last one as it was a rare flash of beautiful inspiration that only hits after a night spent awake and pondering on the nature of human combat that all of us down to the drunkest, most unruly hooligan can come to truly appreciate. So failing in matching such a beautiful thought I must repeat this to my fellow competitors.

Good Luck and try not to lose consciousness.

Hitokiri "The Manslayer" Batosai through translator:

"Word on the street was that Mr. Matheus Ruas wanted to bang and was tired of getting buttf---ed on the ground. So, I made it very clear my intentions on brawling..he just didn't seem like he wanted any after I kicked his face in. If his chin was granite, my knee must be a titanium sledgehammer because I cracked his face wide open. I made my statement to the middleweight division, and I let my brutality do the talking. I will continue to beat my opponents until their bodies give out...so be prepared to know pain when you enter the cage against the Man slayer."

Nathaniel Cox:

I called out Jacques Don Pierre earlier this week. Rory Daly respectfully granted me a matchup with him, and he was too scared to accept it. I'm the best 185er in WPR on paper, so I understand why you tucked your tail. He's trying a bit too hard to keep that perfect record. I'm going to make this callout public so hopefully you have some pride and accept this matchup.

If you don't accept the matchup with me then I'll move on to the next able body. I don't want to waste my time on a coward.

Rory Daly...If you would gladly resend the fight contract to us. Thanks

i have just signed up to fight again. i am gonna win this fight just like i did my last fight. i did most of my training in the waterfalls for this fight. i didn't have a lot of time so i mostly meditated and communed with nature. i ate berries and plants, and i covered myself in my own feces so the animals would respect me as one of their own. a creature of the forest. i punched out a grizzley bear and i became the alpha dog for a pack of wolves in this time. then i got home and had to eat non stop because i was drastically underweight from only eating twigs and berries. i don't even know what my next opponent's name is. it is irrelevent. i am going to use a top secret technique i learned from a raccoon in this next fight. i call it nuky-ucky-ooohh.

http://mmatycoon.com/gallery/3/3w8.jpgTomas Kalnoky

The chills crawl up my spine just thinking about it. The blood drains from a cut just above their eye or in the middle of his forehead. I sink in a choke and feel his arteries strain pointlessly trying to force blood to his brain that will never quite get there. His blood pressure doubles. What started as a trickle becomes a full blown spray. A thousand men cheer my name as a ref pulls at my arm. It's over. They go quiet again. Not the crowd, they cheer like animals for the pure blood thirst that I managed to slake. They are not so different for me in this way I suppose. But they want this. They want blood and violence. I need it to keep some level of stability before these voices chanting in my head overtake my body and I go over the deep end into the abyss. This is all I have. It's all I can do to keep my self sane.

Battle not with monsters, lest ye become a monster, and if you gaze into the abyss, the abyss also gazes into you.

See you on the 17th Jorge.

Mr Invincible:

Hey I just got back from my vacation, well I actually got back on Saturday but I have been resting up a little as that vacation was exhausting if you catch my drift. I hear I have a little sparring match tomorrow, should be fun for a few mins. Well I know my manager is pissed off at me, especially since I did not even bother to answer any of his calls while I was away, you know I had more important things to do like pleasing all them Brazilian broads, hell many men can't even please one. You may say man they were only hookers, why bother with pleasing them, but let me tell you once you give them a little pleasure too they will go to no end to make sure you have a good time, and times that by 12 and you got yourself one hell of a party. This fighting is so boring in comparison, but hell I got to make money some way right.

WPR FIGHT NIGHT 5

http://mmatycoon.com/images/company/logo/1370544264348n221.jpg

Sam Shields vs. "Stumpy" Renan Cavallo

We open our event with a clash of undefeated welterweight prospects between Sam shields and Renan Cavallo. Sheilds is a ground and pounder with very solid boxing. Coming off 1st round TKO victories here in the WPR his strategy has proven effective but he might need to change it up against BJJ brown belt Renan Cavallo. The owner of 3 victories all coming on the ground, this dangerous BJJ specialist can hang with anybody on the ground. If shield can keep it standing and he has the wrestling to do just that he can probably just box him to a TKO or decision.

Prediction Shields by decision

"Amah" Lungdumtu Amah vs. Jon "J-Melch" Melcher

Both these men are coming off getting bounced from the bellator tourney by Mr Anderson and Grim Reaper respectively. No shame in losing to either one of those animals. Both are BJJ purple belts and both have good wrestling but Amah decided to show up in shape and Melcher didn’t

Prediction Amah by submission

"Buck" Tone Black vs. Rodolfo Vieira

Tone black has had a rough go of it recently and is on a 4 fight skid but this all rounder has faced the very cream of the crop in that run including Mr Invincible and Andraej Drakarov. He hopes to turn his luck around here tonight against dangerous submission specialist Rodolfo Vieira. Vieira may have turn himself around here having finally notch a win with a slick Kimura over Andreas Donovan and put an end to a 3 fight losing skid at WPR: fight night 3. Possessing a brown belt and some muay thai Vieira has finally begun to round out his game but he needs to get this fight to the ground in order to take this win but I don’t think he has the wrestling to do it.

Prediction Tone by KO

Ben "Fly" Kupper vs. Jon "The Protege" Stock

Ben Kupper is sad. He got KOed by Saleem Ibraheem Omar and now he’s sad. Not training just sitting quietly in a room being sad.

Prediction Jon Stock by sadness

Tomas "Toh Kay" Kalnoky vs. Jorge "Thunder" Silva

Thomas Kalnoky aside from being a psychopath quietly muttering to himself in the corner about ligament tears and arterial blood spray has proven he can win here in the WPR taking home a 37 second guillotine win in his debut. he’ll need to get this fight to the ground because he can’t stand with Jorge Silva. A world class boxer with solid muay Thai coming off a 34 second to victory at the TUF finals. But unfortunately for him he has absolutely no wrestling and in MMA a striker with no wrestling is useless.

Prediction Toh Kay via submission

Adelbert Gainsborough vs. Just Falcon

Both of these men have all the tools to make a serious dent in the heavyweight division and are literal copies of each other showing all the same stats and no fights so sorry folks, less of a preview more of a slider based coin toss. But I will say they look like very solid fighters.

Damien ONeill vs. Vitor Magalhaes

Damien Oneill posses some of the best hands in the WPR but he can try to get too technical when he should be throwing. This is what happened in his last fight against Mr invincible who just tooled Oneill by being the much more aggressive fighter. But that said Oneill can hang with just about anybody here in the WPR including Vitor Magalhes. A man who despite having plenty of cash and a perfect record has decided not to train for this and his morale has just crumbled.

Prediction Oneill by KO

"The Master" Hashim Jalilul Hassan vs. Marcos "Sertanejo" Dias

Hassan, aside from posting some wacky shit in the forum about groin strikes and head butts in the forum is a solid all-around fighter coming off a quick TKO victory at WPR: 14. Marcos Dias is a good boxer and blue belt coming off a loss to Jose Vera a fight in which he made a respectable showing despite being outclassed skill wise. But Hassan is no Vera and this one should be very close but based on what the stats say Hassan should take this one home.

Prediction Hassan by decision

"Sir" Percival Pellinore vs. "The Unstoppable" Mr Invincible

This fight has had quite a lot of build up on the smack talk thread so it should be interesting to see how this plays out. Both men have very predictable gameplans as all Pellinore has done is utilize his world class wrestling and BJJ brown belt to take his man down and pound his head into the floor. Invincible on the other hand just well, Mr invincible has done nothing but fuck people up. He has the hands to put anyone to sleep at any time. So what it comes down to is this, can Pellinore get the takedown or can Invincible put him down before that. Pellinore can out wrestle just about anybody but Invincible is no slouch either. Tough call. Some days I hate doing this job but well here it is.

Prediction Pellinore by TKO

Franklin "Dice" Schroeder vs. Big Fatso

Our main event of the evening features 2 fighters known for 2 things, brutal KO power and short fights. Dice is a boxer with top class hands and a purple belt who has KOed everything in his way in less than half a minute. But Fatso has power in more than just his hands as he proved in his last fight against respected striker James Braddock, leveling him with a head kick in just under 2 minutes. Dice has an edge in wrestling and BJJ if he wants it but having KOed everything short of a horse recently I don’t think he’ll even consider it. Let this be the war it deserves to be. One of these men will be Jell-O by the end of the night. (Forgetting that Fatso is already)

Prediction: Dice by KO

Now that's what I call a preview, I think you must have put in a lot of work on this one, and I can see your previews getting better and better every time, your previews now compared to at the beginning is so different it's like a different person writing them, great work. I think you jinxed Mr Invincible as he almost lost by KO right at the end lol. Mr fighter Mr Invincible also has something to say.

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/5/5w14.jpg

Mr Invincible:

Damn you were right Percival, I definitely know I was in a fight today, this was no sparring match. I think I got wrong information, you were so much better at dodging my strikes than I expected you to be, and I think you having a solid chin is an big understatement. 82 head punches and you still never went down. Much respect.

Basically the feed back I keep getting on my previews are the drunker I am when I write them the better they turn out. Well then who is my liver to stand in the way of the org having a top notch preview. :sick01:

What's up with the "win by sadness". Is there a joke there I'm not aware of like the manager giving up on the fighter?

Why the lack of quality substance?

As Jon Stocks manager I'm sure you took a look at Ben kupper before the fight noticed he had no morale. If Kupper had any kind of morale he probably could have submitted you but if you look at it from a morale perspective he's a brown belt with better wrestling than you and he hit early takedowns in the first 2 rounds but did absolutly nothing with them. In all of his wins he used active ground and pound and submissions but he didn't or couldn't do anything with the superior position. That is how big an effect morale can have on a ground fighter.

The bottom line is if your guy has absolutly no morale and isn't training than there is is like a 98% chance he's going to lose especially against an equivalent fighter who has been training and is in good spirits. So basicly he's just given up before the fight even starts.

If a fighter isn't worth your time to train and keep happy than he's really not worth my time to write about.

Eh, before the fight I can't say I was looking him over. Maybe back when the fight was drawn.

Clearly didn't pick up on that as I already had my strategy drawn up and I don't like to over analyze things and change and change and change my sliders.

but yea, thanks for pointing that out.
