The1rstSaint Posted July 14, 2014 Author Report Share Posted July 14, 2014 http://www.mmatycoon.com/images/posters/1404948763wnf14.png Silent Fighting Championships presents WNF 14- Heavyweight Title Tourny Silent FIghting Championships continues it's global domination in the MMA world, with a Heavyweight Tournament showdown located at the Hard Knocks Arena in Los Angeles. There will be 8 Tournament bouts as well as two reserve fights on the card including 16 of the baddest Heavyweights in the world. This big guys will be looking to destroy one another with everyone eyeing the same prize at the end, to become the new SFC Heavyweight champion. Lets get a glimpse of what is to come this Wednesday Night. "The Project" Luca Fietsora (5-1-0) Vs. James Sandford (6-4-0) 6-4 218 lbs. 6-4 219 lbs. Canada USA These two guys are nearly the same size, "The Project" is coming off his first KO of the night performance which lasted only 15 seconds. Luca started out as a Kick Boxing fighter but has done very well transitioning to MMA. Although he has not been tested yet on the ground so i don't expect him to shoot for a double leg in this one. Sandford fell short in his SFC debut when he was Knocked out by Clint Hardy back in May. He will look to use his excellent Boxing skills or may just try to test the former Kickboxer and try to get the fight to the ground. It is hard to say who has the better standup here, but the bigger mystery is how good is Fietsora on his back, and if he needs to can Sandford takedown Luca. The Hunter (8-3-0) Vs. Ville Ahlo (6-1-0) 6-2 237 lbs 6-4 250 lbs India Finland Nest up we have the 8 and 9 seeds facing off. The Hunter mad a bif impact in his SFC debut with a KO victory over Aramite Wallace in the first round of there bout. Hunter has good KO power as he has finished all 8 of his victories with first round KO's. A one time champ of Furious Fights in Rio would like to get back in the glory by winning this tourny. Ahlo is one of a few guys in this tournament that will be making there SFC Debut, what a way to welcome yourself in. The big Fin has a very balanced attack but like his Fo has tremendous punching power with all 6 of his victories ending in KO as well. "Slow Learner" Paso Leati (8-3-0) Vs. Aramite "The Weapon" Wallace (9-2-0) 6-8 249 lbs 6-10 231 lbs USA Belarus In this bout we have two skyscrapers both tall and lean, Paso is a 5 fight vet here at SFC and is now under a new management team. He came up short in his last bout which was for the SFC HW Title against then champ Hamish Kersikov, but is looking to rebound in this Tourny. Paso is good on the feet and the ground which is a rarity for this tourny. Wallace is a former Red Square Fight League HW champ with 5 impressive title defenses in the org, and this will be his second fight here at SFC. Aramite will want to keep this one on the feet but like others he has one punch knock out power. Zlato "War" Kuzmejniec (6-3-0) Vs. Diego Sanchez (8-4-0) 6-3 210 lbs 6-3 247 lbs Russia Mexico Zlato will be making his second appearance inside the SFC cage he was victories over Yize Li in early june with a devasting first round KO. Zlato is one of the lighter guys in this tournament i would not be shocked to see him at 205 at some point, but for now let's see what he can do with these big monsters. He will meet a 11 fight vet of the SFC org in Deigo Sanchez in the first round. Sanchez is very tough fighter with a solid MMA game he can finish the fight on the feet or submit his opponent as he has done so in all 8 of his MMA wins. Chick Bowdrie (6-2-0) Vs. Clint "C4" Hardy (8-3-0) 6-3 217 lbs 6-6 242 lbs USA USA Are 5th tournament match up will pit two heavy handed americans, which has Knock Out written all over it. Like Hardy Chick will be making his 4th appearance in the SFC cage for this tourny. Bowdrie beat former Title contender Patellar Luxation in his last fight finishing him in the first round. Hardy is currently riding a 3 fight win streak since joining the SFC also earning two KO of the Night awards with us. This will no doubt be the toughest fight either of these two guys have encountered and should be a fun one to watch indeed. "The Glue" Stu Mercer (9-5-0) Vs. Patellar "The Axeman" Luxation (9-5-0) 6-2 229 lbs 6-6 241 lbs England Germany Stu will look to rebound from his debut bout here last june when he was KO'd by fellow newcomer Gustav Marailov. Just like his nickname implies look for "The Glue" to stick to his opponent like white on rice. Stu is a former Synchronicity 265+ champ look for him to try and get down his opponent early in this one. Luxation well be looking to get himself once again in title contention the platform is laid out all he needs to do is finish this gauntlet. He is a very dominant striker with all of his wins coming by way of the KO, 4 of which by lethal Head Kicks. Superman (8-1-0) Vs. Zdeno "Big Z" Chara (8-1-0) 6-6 223 lbs 6-9 238 lbs USA Slovakia In are next match up we will get to see the long awaited debut of Superman, who is one of the favorites to win this tournament. Superman is coming over from Furious Fights in Rio where he dominated the heavyweight division to start this year off. he has a solid wrestling background and some vicious ground and pound as seen in most of his previous bouts. He will be welcomed to the SFC by the red hot Slovakian product Zdeno Chara who is 4-0 inside the SFC cage. This is going to be a interesting fight to me both are great on the ground Chara has 6 submission wins and is going to want to set up his BJJ in this one but will he be allowed with a dangerous Ground striker like Superman, Gustav "Misha" Marailov (10-4-0) Vs. Yize "Big Peace" Li (10-7-0) 6-3 242 lbs 6-3 242 lbs Russia China In the final first round bout we will see the #1 seed Gustav Marailov his the SFC cage for a second time. Marailov is a Russian Boxer with vicious KO ability with 10 KO wins to his credit he may be the best striker in this tournament but i don't stand by that. The former Dominance standout is looking to make a statement in this Tournament. He will have no easy match being the top seed by any means though as he meets the most experienced SFC heavyweight in this tourny Yize Li. Yize has 5 KO of the Night awards and would is very capable of pulling the huge upset. Both of these guys are almost identical in size and in skills so this will be a very good fight and a awesome conclusion to a night of excellence. Be there at the Hard Knocks early to see some of the meanest, nastiest, most terrifying Heavyweights to ever step foot in the SFC cage. You wont regret it. Signing off yours truly Butch Harris!!!
