Guest
What is the appropriate action in this case? Give him a raise? How much?
Guest
At that point it isnt absolutely necessary to up his wage. If you must just up it an extra $50-$100. That usually takes care of that.
Ramirez
i wait until he is unhappy then raise it by $10, seems to work so far...
Shards
It's doesn't matter, so long as the morale bar isn't dropping the quality of the training is the same. Once he wants an immediate raise you'll get a message in your inbox about it and his morale bar will start dropping - that's when you really need to do something about it. andymckenzie
What do you do if the morale bar drops? Is it better to raise wages or sack coaches? If it's just easier to raise wages, what's the benefit of sacking them?
Guest
Depends on the age of the coach, if you have had him awhile and his points have gone up a good bit then give him money.. personally I throw 10 to 15 bucks at the coach when he starts to complain and that seems to work. THe drawback to sacking is if you are trying to polite you need to do it on Sunday not to dick around with your peeps training and anyone who has that coach set will have to reset the new one. 10 or 15 bucks/week across 2-6 coaches a couple of times a month doesn't hurt much. andymckenzie
Ok cool thanks... That makes sense - guess I shouldn't have just sacked that last coach earlier then lol, better send everyone a message! What does age have to do with a coach, is an older one better? Also do the points just go up, or does it depend on what he is coaching?
Guest
More a coach trains the better he gets.. in 8 months my 145's have increased to 146.3 or so in skill.
SpizzEnergi
Where do you see the coash skill as 145/146 etc?
Guest
Same screen you use to set the coaches training schedule.
Bwang
I hired a new coach less than a week ago and already they've gone from being happy with their wages to being satisfied and thinking they need a raise. Was this something Mike said he was gonna look at? Their morale seems to drop too fast to me.
GBK16
I've not had a coaches morale drop. It might say they think they deserve a raise, but their morale doesn't drop from it immediately.
bjornmma1
I tested once to raise his wage with 2$ when he wasn't happy and all of a sudden he was happy. I guess he was just in need of a coffee...

The morale bar seems the same whether they are "happy" or "satisfied", and maybe even the "unhappy" state? It is a bit of a pest to up their wages by $2 or $25 or whatever every few weeks, just to see they aren't unhappy. Especially if it doesn't actually mean anything.
