Guest
Are you ready for the HYPER TYPHOON GRAND PRIX? The Rio Home O' Eroticism is hosting the first and best open weight tournament! This will be a sixteen man tournament, with zero weight restrictions. We will accept fighters of any experience level, specialty or weight. The only requirement is that your fighter is located in Rio. This is just more proof that everyone loves a freakshow. Could your fighter be the next Bob Sapp? http://i31.tinypic.com/2r3jwaa.jpg Or, if you're more daring, MINOWAMAN? http://i30.tinypic.com/2eftdug.jpg Maybe you're managing Fedor (or Choi)! http://i30.tinypic.com/28k0cx1.jpg But whose to say even little guys can't take on bigger fighters? Here's how this is going to go down! - Everyone who wants to participate signs a 265+ contract, regardless of weight of their fighter. - Bouts will be arranged by drawing names from a hat, for true MADNESS. The hat drawing will be televised. This baby's got hella production values. - Managers may enter multiple fighters. When I am doing random drawings to determine bouts I will removed the other fighters for each manager to make sure no managers have two of their own fighters facing off. However, that only goes for the first round. If multiple fighters for the same manager advance, they may face each other later. Fight fair, fight hard. - Rounds will be every two weeks starting early next month, until we have a winner. Fighters fight on regardless of injuries, they are just that tough! - The prize will be 10,000 cash for the winner. However, the true prize is knowing that your fighter is bad enough to take on anyone, regardless of size. I know what you're thinking. You're thinking "I'm pretty bad. I'm pretty tough. But am I tough enough to take on the best in any weight class?" Well, you'll never find out if you don't put your fighters up for the HYPER TYPHOON. Space is very limited. I already have most of the roster filled, there are AT MOST 3-4 slots left open. Drop your fighter's ID in this thread and I'll put him on the list. If it completely fills, we may take a few alternates. More information will be coming tomorrow. In the meantime, I leave you with an important question. Are you bad enough? Spacewiz
With two fighters entering into the TYPHOON CUP I am definitely looking forward to the extra 10k. Look out for the Egyptian Camel Submitting "Hidden Temple" Azad Naja http://www.mmatycoon.com/fighterprofilemanager.php?FID=11743 weighing in at an astounding 175 pounds. And even more threatening to the overall health of any fighter he faces, the offspring of a governmental experiment to breed a world dominating super-human race, from Kassel, Germany!!! Tobias "Der Teufel" KAPPUTTSKI!!!! http://www.mmatycoon.com/fighterprofilemanager.php?FID=9818

Guest
http://img198.imageshack.us/img198/4918/cdctoughsmall.jpg FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE -- FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE -- FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE RIO DE JANEIRO -- The hype surrounding the upcoming Hyper Typhoon Grand Prix open-weight tournament just got more intense today, with the announcement that premier Rio gym Casa Dos Campeões (House of Champions) will be awarding the value of eight weeks of training at the CDC to the winner of the fight with the highest fight rating during the tournament. "I applaud RHoE for taking a risk and holding the first open-weight tournament in the history of the MMATycoon world," said gym president Charlie Foxtrot. "There can only be one winner of the tournament, but sometimes the fights you remember the most aren't the championship fights... they're the undercard fights that bring everyone to their feet. We want to celebrate the fighter that lets it all hang out for the win and gives the crowd a great time." Since it's expected that the grand prix will turn out several exciting match-ups, the tiebreaking statistic will be the person with the most accurate striking percentage, including both punches and kicks, in the stand-up outside of the clinch. Casa Dos Campeões has quickly made a reputation for itself in Rio as the gym that has it all. Several title-holders call the CDC their home, as demonstrated by the gym's ever-growing Wall of Champions. With all-Elite multidisciplinary coaches, both scheduled and by-appointment sparring sessions in all disciplines, pristine facilities and brand new equipment, and involved and responsive management, the Casa is the perfect place for fighters of all styles and skill levels. Membership is capped at 175 to keep class sizes low and usually runs full, but currently there are openings available. Come join Casa Dos Campeões today, before it's too late! Guest
Since all the cool kids are doing it http://www.mmatycoon.com/images/1243913218rcg.jpg Rio Combat Grappling would like to offer up a month TWO months! of free training to the runner-up of the tournament - or cash equivalent if for some reason you don't want the best training Rio has to offer. Which would be doubly absurd because you clearly need it since you came second. EDIT : haha well according to the official page I'm offering a two month prize - so that's $4k to the runner up!
